Hotel has been remolded and rooms were very nice. Courteous and friendly staff added to very nice stay. I have stayed at this location on several occasions and always the experience has been excellent. The fifth floor suite was awesome. Hotel location is convenient to airport, sports complex, interstates and downtown

We were looking for a location near the Phillies game, easy to get to Atlantic City, and situated to make a 1 day trip to visit family in Baltimore, and as well close to the airport. This facility fit the bill and was an excellant choice!

Everything about our (all too brief) overnight stay exceeded our expectations. The woman who checked us in was cheerful, friendly and helpful--in fact in the top 5% of all the hotels we have stayed in. The airport shuttle provided water and a snack, as did the hotel. The room was attractive, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Not only did they have free breakfast, but a to-go breakfast for those of us flying out early. What an oasis!

This place looked worn before. This was my first time staying here and what a pleasant surprise. They have renovated the rooms. The carpet still smells brand new in the place. When I was catching the shuttle this Mrng the lady behind the desk told me they should be finished with the final floor that they have to renovate this week. I didn't get to use the fitness center or get a chance to eat breakfast cause I left too early but I think if you have a reservation here over the next few weeks you ... Read more

This is THE place to stay at PHL. The rooms are new and the staff are the best that I have encountered anywhere. They are out to please and always with a smile. The rates are fair and the parking is included in the rates.

Not only did we stay at a Hampton Inn to celebrate our 53rd wedding anniversary, the Inn itself is clearly worth celebrating. The location, just far enough from the airport, worked very well for us, coming from the terminal, to a quiet place we could both enjoy. It was only one night, but just what we both needed, away from the usual daily routines.

This is a sub par Hampton Inn. Most are better cared for. However, they are undergoing renovations that most likely will bring it up to Hampton Inn standards. Staff was friendly and location of hotel is good for airport.

Usually don't frequent airport hotels because of the airplane noise, but this facility is far enough away that I did not hear a single aircraft take off or land, yet it is a 5 min drive in their courtesy bus. For its price range, the room was spacious, free Wifi was good, bed comfortable, and the highlight was the friendly staff. The included breakfast was above average and included cooked eggs and meat not just muffins and cereal. Would stay again if in Phili.

After a while it feels like when you've been to one Hampton Inn you've been to them all. This hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast left something to be desired. It is located in the immediate vicinity of a light rail stop going towards the airport. Be careful with the light rail, fares must be paid for in cash and the conductors don't like to give change.

the staff is super friendly, no problems there. the hotel lobby was crowded and very loud as it's not very big. don't bother choosing a room in advance if you check in online, mine 'wasnt ready' at almost 6 pm. the room was nice, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom looked nice until i turned on the water and had to wait for the yellow water to turn clear - that was stomach churning.

Well, they do say first impressions count, and it is so true. What can i say - was greeted from a long flight by Carmen, who was behind the desk......and what a welcome. She is a credit to the hotel and a valuable asset. Not only did she assist my check in, but later that day when i asked for some directions she happily provided me with a map, and guide book of the city, whilst explaining to me the best areas for tourism and places to eat. a personal thankyou to her from me for making my very fi... Customer service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and breakfast were GREAT!! However I didn't get any sleep because the pillows were so uncomfortable! The hotel room was very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms were quiet, bed was extra comfy. Location was great, needed to run to Walmart which was Five minutes away. Was able to walk next door to Ruby Tuesday's for supper, unfortunately the hostess greeting at the door of the restaurant was actually kind of rude. But definitely no reflection on the hotel!

Whether renting a car or needing a shuttle, this hotel is very convenient. A Wawa and Ruby Tuesday's are within walking distance. It is a bit pricey, but for me the location was worth it. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was average free breakfast fare. Since our room was not ready on time, we got 1/3 off our cost... making it a great deal.

No major problems with this hotel. Room and restroom are clean. The price could be slightly lowered to be more competitive with surrounding airport hotels. My husband and I arrived very early for our stay at the Hampton Inn. Our later flight was cancelled so we needed to take an earlier flight. Instead of making us wait until the official check-in time, Carmen offered us breakfast and an early check-in. We were very tired so we appreciated the act of kindness. We noticed that all of the staff greeted the guests in a pleasant way that truly made us feel like guests, not paying customers. The difference was important and much appreciated. The r... Read more

First, unlike other hotels in the airport area, you park overnight offsite, there are no closets and so no means of hanging clothing. Also there is not an iron or ironing board. Therfore, unless you are looking for a place to flop, this is not suitable for multi-day or a business stay. I must say, the staff is very friendly and very helpful.
