Uses the hotel for the night before a flight to Puerto Rico to take a Carribean cruise. The hotel was comfortable, a great location, and allowed me to park my car for the 14 days. Upon arrival back, they promptly send a van for us. The hotel has all the services - food, bar, and other amenities.

After flight delays, breakdowns and missing connection back to UK we were put up in the hotel over night. It's good, not somewhere you'd want to stay long term as quite remote as are most airport hotels.. but the staff are fabulously helpful polite and fun. For that reason alone we will use again.

Basic hotel. Great if you're looking for a place to stay by the Philadelphia Airport. We arrived late at night so we didn't get to see much of the hotel itself. Check-in was smooth & the shuttle to the airport was prompt. We like the fact that we could park in a secure lot. Our room was clean & comfortable. No mini fridge. The bathroom seemed to be a little worn-out as the tile grout had some discoloration and discoloration around the fixtures. The access panel to the HVAC wasn't fitted ... Read more

When I had an unexpected stopover in PHL, American Airlines put me up here. There was convenient and frequent shuttle service. For being next to the airport, the room was very quiet. The lobby and bar were inviting. The coffee and tea in the room was quality, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I would have to say this hotel is pretty mediocre at best. I have stayed at other Four Points Sheraton hotels and none of them have been this bad. Few points: -you have to pay for parking -there is nothing to eat around the area. You will definitely have to drive. Room: It was okay. Kind of outdated. The bathroom was falling apart. The shower kept getting clogged and we would have to wait 15-20 minutes between showers to ensure that the water ... Read more

Great service and hospitality from David the bartender/waiter. Really fast food service! Much better than most hotel food in my opinion. Comfortable atmosphere with good television/entertainment. Prices about what you'd expect. In general good location experience for a short stay.

I have stayed in Philadelphia over 40 times in the last four years, and I feel that I found my new go-to hotel for when I choose to stay outside of Center City. The room was big and comfortable. I received excellent customer service from Jane at the front desk who was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is also only four miles from Romano's, where the Stromboli was invented and their version is delicious! As a Starwood Gold Member, I can easily say that I look forward to returning to this spe... Read more

David the bartender is great! He made our stay so pleasant. We will definitely stay here again. Fabulous food and Great brews!!! Please have more happy hour appetizers like you do on Wednesday night. The burgers and chicken were the best part.

Very clean, everything new except the bathrooms. Love that you can keep your car there. The shuttle was great because driving to the airport at 3:30AM is not my idea of a good time! No problem getting the shuttle back. My only problem was finding the place - the signage is hard to find. I drove by twice before I finally got inside the parking lot.

Hotel recently re-modeled. Good shuttle service. Some front desk staff friendly while others are clearly annoyed and surly. If you are staying here during lunch hours, no food options. If you sit at the desk to work, the air vent blows right on you. Great beds and crispy clean sheets. Everything just right for some good sleep. Until.... Staff with push to talk radios in the hallways have no idea how loud and disturbing they are. Oblivious to the fact that people are trying to sleep. Be... Read more

From the staff at the front desk, to housekeeping, to Mr. Reggie in the restaurant, the customer service at this hotel is enough to make us want to return. The word "fancy" can not be used to describe the hotel however; the rooms were very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and size of the room was reasonable. As for location, the hotel is convenient for those flying into Philadelphia. The only negative thing I can say is there are not a lot of good restaurants in close proximity.... Read more

Thanks to American Airlines I was stuck in Philadelphia, even though I was super early for my flight. Soon as I walked into the Four Points, there was a long line of passengers from my flight, with only one front desk person. Shakira at the front desk was AWESOME!!! She checked us all in pretty quickly, all while keeping a smile on her face. It's pretty refreshing to encounter someone so nice after the day I've had. If I were to ever come back to Philadelphia, I will most definitely stay here. T... Read more

Hotel was in a good location and easy to find. Spent three nights for a training seminar located in the hotel. Staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was very good. The room booked was a King Bed which was clean and comfortable. I was able to get the parking ticket at the front desk validated, otherwise I believe it was $12 a day for parking. There is two other hotels in walking distance if you want to try out different food selections and a shuttle that runs every 20mins to the... Read more

Check-in is usually (not always) an indicator of hotel quality. I was always taught to make eye contact with the person you're speaking with and to give them your undivided attention. At the front desk that's basic stuff...didn't happen here.

Hotel room was clean, and the shuttle drive to the airport was less than 5 minutes. Parked my car, no worries. Also, no issues getting picked up and brought back to hotel when we landed. I must add that my wife and I ordered wine, wings and a Greek salad in the restaurant. All three were excellent with the wings possibly the best we have ever had!! Will book again!

I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia Airport twice in the last couple of weeks. Both times the front desk staff was excellent and accommodating. The rooms were clean and they responded quickly to a service issue (the window blind wouldn't go up.) If you're looking for a place that is convenient to the Philly airport and well taken care of, this would be a good choice.

Prior to a trip to the West Coast we stayed at the Sheraton Four Points at the airport. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the desk greeted us, went through the check-in and gave us keys and directions to the room. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Everything we wanted. The next morning at 4:40, the van was there to take us on the 5 minute drive to the airport. The driver was courteous and cheery. Upon return, 6 days later, we called the hotel and were told to go to a specific locati... Read more

Only stayed her with my husband because the hotel was close to the Billy Joel concern. I was shocked a by how the nice the hotel and rooms are. Unfortunately, when I was unpacking my luggage I didn't have me cell phone charger. The nice women Shakira let me borrow her charger. Thank You Four Points for a great stay!

My PHL inbound flight was 4 hours late and we landed at 3 am. I wasn't expecting much for sleep or hotel service with a check-in so late. I was very pleasantly surprised!!! Called the hotel and we were picked up at the curb within minutes. The front desk staff was ready for us and very friendly considering it was nearly 4 am that was so nice. My room was next to an elevator and I figured it would be a tough and short nap. But I was wrong. The room was so quiet that I slept 8 straight hour... Read more

Like many others, I stayed here overnight for the soccer game. First of all, I don't recommend public transportation getting to this place, at least if you're taking the train. I took the Amtrak train into 30th street station, which was fine, and then I had to take the SEPTA to the airport, ok whatever. Then you have to wait for the hotel shuttle, which in my case was full and had to leave several people behind. I feel bad for them. Just get a car, it won't cost that much. The hotel itself... We were looking for a decent hotel with a good rate. We stayed here for 3 nights because we were going to the Eagles game. I found it was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is also only 10 minutes from the stadium, ball park and hockey arena. I would recommend this hotel if you are going to one of these places.

Stayed for a quick overnight-- easy access to airport and expressway. A 10min drive to downtown (S. Philly). Utilitarian option for business or quick trip-- has what you need, reasonably priced. Wouldn't be my choice if I really wanted to explore the city (b/c of distance), but I didn't and so it was fine. Positive point for those seeking pet-friendly-- hotel has a good amount of green space (side lawn is probably about the size of 2-3 football fields). That yard was very clean, well-mainta... Ok, we were booked here by American Airlines after they royally screwed up our trip trying to come home after a funeral. We were stuck in philly with nothing else leaving the airport. When the airport rep from AA gave us our tickets for in the morning to fly out, he gave us the number for the shuttle and assured us the bus would be at the airport 'in five minutes.' There was a small group of us, so 25 minutes later in the 90 degree heat and humidity, the shuttle bus arrives. Driver was nice enou... Read more

This hotel was provided by American airline for a one day stay. Catching the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was quick and easy. Check-in was a breeze (although the desk person refused to note my SPG rewards number). The room was nice & clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice stay!

Upon check in I waited in line longer than usual for an afternoon check in. There was one person working the check in desk and she was very friendly, however, there should have been additional staff at the desk. The elevators didn't work right at this property. Although you push the button for the floor you want, it brings you to a different floor and then back down to the lobby. This happened to me 5 times during my stay and other guests said the same thing happened to them. The second el... Read more
