Room was very dirty. Staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Hoping the dirty room was not a reflection of the entire hotel. The shuttle service to the airport was great. Even though the room was dirty, we would stay here again just for the convenience to the airport.

Got to the Embassy Suites just after midnight, the night manager was helpful and checked me in quickly. He gave my the closest suite to the front desk as I only had 4 hours to rest before taking the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle leaves every half hour at the top and bottom of the hour. The room was clean and comfortable, only wish I had more time to sleep. My only issue with the hotel, was the shuttle drive. He never asked me which airline I was flying, so after he dropped the first... Read more

Wonderful place to stay. Front desk People are very courteous and friendly. Morning breakfast Chef is excellent. Manager personally looks after customer needs. Shuttle service to airport especially pick from airport is very poor. It took almost an hour! The new marble flooring being installed is pretty but very slick and slippery. make sure to bring a pair of shoes with soles having excellent traction.

Visited here for a couple day to do some work training. Staff was good and it was a pretty typical embassy suites. They were installing tile in the lobby which was a bit much but they did a good job making sure there was sufficient room for guests to get by. I would stay here again.

Room appearance: rather shabby...chipped tub and 'dirty' furniture. Pool: A filthy green, Ph must have been off the scale and the pervasive odor of chlorine was ever preesent. Mangers Reception: The hors-d'oeuvres consisted of nachos and cheese cubes, how very Holiday Inn. The staff I spoke, and there were many, were gracious and attentive. When I pointed out a problem they were quick to correct the issue and apologized for the problem that never should have existed.

Separate from being under construction/renovation which cannot be helped, this is a dirty, loud, poorly operated hotel. The front desk staff is either inept or negligent and the entire facility lacks security. The line up of people with complaints at the front desk delayed our check-in by 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it had the Hilton and Embassy Suites name.

The hotel was under construction in the lobby area, this was a minor distraction. The room was nice but needed to have the carpet replaced it was stained and appeared dirty. Overall this was a good experience the hotel staff just needs to make a few tweaks.

Not informed ahead of time of construction. Took 15 minutes to exit parking lot and 10 minutes for any staff to respond to stuck gates. Staff lied about ability to open gates with room key. PS They charge nearly $13 per night for this parking.

I stayed here on account of my flight getting cancelled. It was very easy to book & conveniently located near PHL. I was very glad that the hotel offered shuttle service as well. There was moderate remodeling going on near the entrance & in the lobby area, but this didn't disrupt check-in, or my ability to navigate through the hotel. Kudos to hotel manager, Javon & supervisor David for their commitment to customer service & hospitality! Both made me feel very welcome & even took care of my hot... Read more

I called when I made the reservation to make sure that the shuttle would pick me up at the train station. When I got to the station, I called for a pick-up and was promised a shuttle in "twenty minutes or less." After 15 minutes, I became concerned that I was waiting in the wrong place and called back. I was promised that the shuttle was "on it's way." Another 15 minutes in the hot sun and the shuttle screamed by on the nearby road. It took him 5 minutes to do a U-turn and get back to us. Had I ... For an airport hotel this property is fantastic for late night arrivals or early morning departures. Very clean property, great rooms, extremely friendly staff and convenient to the airport. The staff was very kind and provided great customer service. Due to poor weather conditions and a canceled flight, a colleague and I stayed at the Embassy Suites because it was close to the airport. I arrived at the hotel upset due to my canceled flight, however the staff, restaurant, bar and clean hotel room helped brighten my day. I would certainly stay again when traveling through Philadelphia!

Big rooms and good service from the check in personell. Nice and quick shuttle bus to and from the airport. Quite dark in the area around the elevators due to black floors. Recently refurbished, but not enough lights for my taste. Cleaning in my room far from what should be normal. Ketchup splatters on the table from earlier guests was not washed through my 3 day stay. Stains at the bathroom floor as well. If the cleaning had been better I would be more likely to recommend it.

We chose this hotel because we love the one in DC. First, the room was not clean, there was urine all around the base of the toilet, spiders and webs in all 4 corners of the master bedroom and stuff under the couch. (The sofa bed was so saggy!) I was in a superior suite, and my first impression when entering the room was like I just stopped at a Travelers Inn. Everything in the room was old, and it smelled musty. I went to turn on the TV and it didn't work. Maintenance came quickly and tried to repair it, but then it was stuck on one channel -- I had to pull the plug to turn it off (funny thing, as I was checking out, I overheard the cle... Read more

The Embassy Suites on Bartram Avenue in Philadelphia provided excellent customer service. The provided a cooked to order breakfast, as well as a breakfast bar for those clients on the run. There is also a Manager's reception each night that enables guest to mix and mingle over liquid refreshments and snacks. Evening shuttle service was also provided for those without their own transportation to enable guest to explore the area.

Very nice stay. The rooms were clean comfortable and roomy. My bed was soft and comfy. All staff was very nice. The shower was a problem. It seems the doors were reversed. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I stayed there 6 months ago and they had snacks in the room this time they didn't, I really missed them. They have a free cocktail hr. from 5:30 to 7:30 which is a ni... Read more

All in all it was good. The staff was very professional and very helpful. We used this hotel for my daughter and her bridal party to get dress and for her and hubby to stay over. Good location for the airport and downtown Philadelphia.

Hotel is very convenient to Philadelphia International Airport. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodations are always in order. We enjoy the complimentary breakfast each morning and the evening reception with free drinks and snacks.

I am generally tired of the Embassy Suites concept. The rooms are typically dark and outdated, as are the lobbies. The evening reception "snacks" have gone mostly to chips and dips with the focus on the free cheap booze. However, once and awhile I stumble across one that, somehow, elevates the experience. This Embassy was one of those exceptions due, large part, to the friendly, helpful and happy staff. I also enjoyed the restaurant food. So, if you are staying at/near the Philly airport, ... Very disappointed with our stay. There was a mold issue in the bathroom, a lot of dust in bedroom and the majority of the staff was rude and unfriendly. However, the bar/restaurant manager was very friendly and accommodating upon hearing of our disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price.

Pack light because it's a large facility with only one entrance. I had to return to the front desk for my key to work. On departure, the parking validation process failed and I had to return to the front desk for the ticket to be revalidated. Excellent evening managers, but not willing to put up with preventable inconveniences due to unreliable processes. Safe parking area, great complimentary breakfast, and great location to access either side of philly(76 and 95) depending on traffic.

I recently spent one night at this location as I had meetings in the area. I felt that the location gave me fairly good access to Philly without being in the center of things. I do think the rooms need an upgrade, but felt the atrium looked really great. I ended up doing dinner at the hotel as there wasn't a restaurant reasonably close. I had no problem with the parking, I just had the charge added to my hotel bill when I checked out and they opened the gate for me when I drove out. Because I ... Read more

Overall, the stay was good. The TV wasn't working in the room and was not repaired/replaced during my stay. I was given a complimentary meal for my inconvenience. I had plenty to do using the Internet and my work tasks so it wasn't a problem not having a TV.

We've stayed at his hotel several times. It's convenient location and free shuttle service gets us to and from the airport easily. The rooms are large and kept clean. The food and beverage service is nice. There aren't a lot of other choices for food in this area of Philadelphia, so unless you have a car expect to dine at the hotel. The prices are not as bad as other hotels that I have stayed in. However, they are hotel prices, so expect to pay a little bit more. Yes, I'll stay here again when ... Read more

We stayed at this location over a long weekend to attend a wedding in the downtown area. Although it is not downtown we found it very convenient and easy to get to points of interest as well as to the wedding locale. What really set this property apart to us was the hospitality extended by the staff. We drove overnight from SC and arrived at 8:30 in the morning. Although they were sold out the previous evening Shannakay was very polite and professional in assisting us with an early check in. We ... Read more

Kids run everywhere. So noisy because of the atrium design. Don't stay here for sleeping. Parents suck, hotel doesn't care. Parking situation is confusing. Nice reception. Just drink until you pass out and you won't notice

As a longtime HHonors Diamond member, it pains me (literally and figuratively) to write a less-than-glowing review about a Hilton property. Unfortunately, I have to do it for the Embassy Suites at the Philadelphia Airport. Wife and I flew cross-country to Philadelphia on Thanksgiving Day 2016 and stayed at the ES before moving on to New Jersey on Friday for a family observance. I'm not a spring chicken anymore and long flights take a lot out of me. By the time we got to the destination, I wa... Read more

Traveled for business and found this to be an excellent place to stay. Upon arriving at the airport, I called and they sent a shuttle to pick me up. I was also able to get an early checkin upon request. The room was large with a separate bedroom from the sitting room. A small kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator was also included. The bathroom was small and included a nice tile shower instead of a tub. I especially loved the free breakfast each morning and the free happy hour each... Read more

Stayed at the hotel for my birthday. The check in experience was horrible. The night man was super lazy. There was a bunch of ants in the bedroom. Only good thing was the breakfast and the breakfast staff. The bed was super comfortable as well.

This is usually my go to hotel whenever I visit family in Philadelphia. I have stayed here often. But on this particular visit over Thanksgiving 2016, the service was what I would consider BAD!! First off, we were staying on the Premium floor. (HH member, but I paid full for room) The room next to ours had what sounded like a smoke detector with a dead battery that kept chirping. We called the front desk around 11pm and they said that they would send someone right up. They never did. So we ... Read more
