Bed is comfortable, lots of pillows. Staff is very accommodating. Only issue would be both times I've stayed I've asked for adjoining rooms and neither time has that happened. However, because they are so nice and upgraded both parties it made it hard to be too upset.

Disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Arrived early evening on a Sunday and there was no shuttle service to local restaurants- disappointed. The in-hotel restaurant was pricey for what was offered. The food was less than spectacular. Stayed previously at less costly hotels and breakfast was included. Again, disappointed this was not included.

The Parking is terrible. the front desk services are not helpful. The breakfast was good but if you ordered a special item, LIKE a omelet you had to be seated and wait and it took 30 minutes just for a egg white omelet that was not good at all. the fruit was terrible, about the only thing I liked on the breakfast was the yogurt and juice.

I travel often for business all over the country. When this meeting was set for King of Prussia, I was not sure what to expect as it is a rural area. I was pleasantly surprised not only by the friendly staff, the great room but also by the great dinner we had. Highly recommend.

We booked here because of the location, near the city, and the price, which was about $100 with taxes. I'm a HHonors member, so we're familiar with the brand. The hotel was about as expected, and the location a few minutes' drive from King of Prussia. Requested a king bed, but got two queens, which was not really a problem. Free wi-fi (for Honors members) was good. It's quite large, with lots of groups, including a wedding and youth soccer teams while we were there. My request to be in a quiet s... Read more

This is a place where the staff is very friendly and always anxious to make your stay as pleasnt as possible. When you arrive and check-in you are given a chocolate chip cookie which is so good that I wanted to purchase a pound bag of them but my wife warned me that too much sugar was not good for my blood pressure. Boy, was I crushed.

This seems to be a rather large scale hotel with the triple entrance, the huge checkin desk, the vast and full parking lots, and number of floors. Our room was by the elevator so the elderly dog didn't have to walk far to get outside. Hallways had brand new carpeting. There were three elevators for guests and I didn't wait longer than 10 seconds during peak checkin time. It took me 5 minutes to find a parking spot like a quarter of a mile from the main entrance, but that doesn't lose a star. I c... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights this past weekend and truly enjoyed my stay! The staff gave me a warm chocolate chip walnut cookie as soon as I walked up to the front desk, which was greatly appreciated since I was starving! My room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a huge King sized bed that was really comfy (photos included). The parking and the wifi were also complimentary, which is always appreciated. If you like long & arduous walks from the Parking lot to your room this is the place for you. Nice Room, but ... low flush toilet & hair dryer failed to work properly, housekeeping failed to leave necessary items and there was a large gap at the entry door that let a lot of light in to the room making it difficult to sleep.

The staff is over the top friendly and accmodating. The rooms however are comfortable but a bit stale. No USB chargers in the room. don't forget your ac adapter! The pool and exercise facilities are at the opposite end of the elevators which I hate as that makes people have to walk through the lobby all wet and in their bathing suites. I am Marriott gold member and always happy with their hotels. I booked this hotel as last option and was really surprised with the service and staff hospitality. Rooms are decent and modern, very close to KoP malls and most of business offices. Downside is that breakfast is expensive. I would definitely stay here in future. These hotels are cheaper than other big hotels around the area with great facilities and service.

Anthony and Al the shuttle drivers. All of them ensured we were so well taken care of. They new our names and spoke with us like we were old friends. I recently gave this place another try, third go around. the last stay was GREAT. THIS STAY was terrible. the Room was not clean, the air was not working some nights and the cleaning people decided to FREEZE me out each day. Towels forgotten, faucet not working. Shower was not working right.

I was searching for a pet-friendly hotel in the Philadelphia area as it is mid-way for us to meet with our son, wife and his young son. This hotel was absolutely great: Junior suite very roomy, pool area exceptional, green walking area behind hotel convenient to walk dogs. Staff very friendly! Food in restaurant OK but convenient.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Much better experience at the Valley Forge location vs. Plymouth Meeting location. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Property is well maintained, the pool is fairly decent and the gym is clean. Room service was prompt. I kept the do not disturb sign on our door for the entire length of stay, since we were in and out of the room for wedding prep. Housekeeping left a bag with fresh towels on our door and it was a nice surprise coming back from a late night... Read more

Very comfortable, modern Doubletree in a convenient and accessible location right by King of Prussia mall. Accommodations were spacious and clean, nicely appointed furniture, and quiet. Only issue was that the room's air conditioner was a little on the noisy side, but soon got used to it. Receptionists were very pleasant and cordial and had good knowledge of area restaurants (and give out the signature Doubletree choc chip cookies). Two restaurants on site: Three-01 for breakfast and lunch (... Read more

Most accommodating staff I have dealt with in a long time, especially Alexis and Jerome. I felt so welcome and the cookies at check in are a fun touch. The accommodations were spacious enough for our party of 3. The beds were so comfortable, we all had a great night sleep. The outdoor pool was quite large with plenty of seating. I was glad that I read other reviews that said you could request a fridge for the room,(that is all that was missing in my opinion). The fridge was deliver... Read more

This hotel rocks! The lobby is commodious. The entire facility is clean, well-lit and fun to stay in. The restaurant/bar is big, clean and has nice menu (separate review). The fitness center, while it will never be mistaken for a Bally‚??s fitness, is well appointed for a hotel gym. The pool area (outside) was very clean and the pool looked very clean also. Withing fantastic proximity to the mall the hotel is modern and has a beautiful footprint. There is ample parking however some of it is further away from the main entrance and I could see it being a struggle if you had lots of bags. The staff were polite and friendly. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and comfortable with a good selection of toiletries available

The sheets were rough. Air conditioning went on and off all throughout the night with extreme tempeature differences. No cookies upon check-in. After asking for them later in the day discovered they had walnuts in them. Shower was not good set up. Guest in room next door was speaking loudly at 1 a.m. and we could hear them through the locked door in between the rooms. Overall did not get a good night's sleep here - stayed two nights - both bad.

I travel 3 weeks out of the month for work so I'm used to staying at hotels. All in all this was a decent hotel. The breakfast bar at the three01 restaraunt was good, hot, fresh. There was a convention or something there so it was at capacity the 3 nights I stayed and it got a little loud but nothing outrageous. My one and only complaint is that when I arrived there was a minute drop of blood on my pillow case. It was midnight so I discarded it and fell asleep. I told the staff and they changed... Read more
