The parking area for this motel is rather cramped. Apparently you have to "re-activate" your key every day, for instance, I was there for 3 nights, and everyday after I left my room in the a.m. and came back to it at night, r he key would not work and I had to come back to the front desk to "re-activate" it....WHAT?!?!? I've never heard of such inconvenience! I've done extensive travel all over this county and other countries & I never had to come back to the reception in a daily basis to "re-ac... Read more

Unless you're a hopeless alcoholic,a crack head or just plain psychotic- you want to stay someplace else. But on the plus side if you enjoy the company of AIDS infected junkies or don't have any money to eat with your in luck. The cocaine prostitutes are abundant and many live right there in the motel itself. Soup kitchens are in walking distance so you won't go hungry after a hot ten minutes of unprotected sex. Parking is no problem because most "guests" walk or take the bus to get to the welfa... Read more

First, king of Prussia is a very short distance, with a few hotels priced nearly the same as this one. People live here, sell drugs here, prostitute here, and it's basically a seedy spot in a seedy town so don't expect much. The rooms are half decent and no hotel is ever going to REALLY have clean carpeting. But the problem I have is the owners are constantly making up prices out of thin air. I called to make a reservation and they told me one price and then the lady at the window tries to jack ... Read more

Here's a short list of places that are better to sleep in than the room I was at in the America's Best Value Inn on Main St: My car. An active volcano. An iron maiden. The sidewalk. An inner tube floating in a tank of frenzied sharks. That canyon that James Franco got trapped in and had to saw his own arm off in that one movie. A coffin occupied by a rotting corpse. I had booked a room for 5 nights while I waited for my new apartment to be ready. I couldn't make it past the second night. The ... Read more

Disaster. The worst hotel I have EVER STAYED AT... I wanted something inexpensive for the week and "you get what you pay for"... When I pulled up (in the dark) there were men lurking around the outside Of the hotel... There was a man in pajama pants waiting in the front office..: HIGH on heroin or crack... Told me that "I looked familiar and thought I was from there..." There were 16 surveillance cameras and bullet proof glass in the lobby office... Between that and the man who was high, I was...
