We stay here periodically when we visit family. It is a great facility, great food, great accommodations...but a very unfriendly bell and room service staff. I mean no personality!!!! While it won't stop us from staying again, we certainly will dread those interactions!

Last week we held our annual company divisional sales meeting at Mount Airy Casino Resort. We were there for the entire week. The staff was amazing, the food was outstanding and the accommodations (both conference space and sleeping rooms) were fantastic. In fact, the resort did such a good job, we booked the space for next year already.

Stayed here last night. Very nice set up. Room was modern and had great view from 5th floor of golf course. Casino very smokey, so be sure to ask for extra towels so you can take a few showers, I took 4. Decent casino with tight slots and many table games, most $5 min(un heard of on a weekend night)but once again very smokey. Good thing is the smoke doesn't follow you up upstairs, only on your clothes. Pool was very nice, but the 2 so called hot tubs are connected directly to the pool. So it's l... Read more

I stayed at the Mount Airy Casino Resort May 20 and 21st. The resort is impressive as you drive up to it, my friend and I stayed in a suite on the 6th floor. It was spacious, large bedroom, bathroom with sunken tub and large walk in shower. The only thing that would have made it perfect, is if the bed was softer. The mattress was very firm, did not sleep well. The room was very clean, Gilchrist & Soames soaps and lotions. The casino was nice, won some $ playing the slots. The restaurants tha... Read more

Our stay at Mt Airy Resort & Casino was just wonderful. The service from the time we gave our car to the Valet, Check-In at the hotel, went to the pool, Casino & Restaurants was the best. The hotel room and amenities plus the view were excellent. The location of the hotel/casino in the beautiful Pocono Mts. is great and very easy to find. The pool is absolutely out-of-this world. We have been to the resort several times before. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is always friendly. We have never had a problem. We dined at Bistecca for dinner. Always delicious. My husband and I both had the steak, excellent as always. There are plenty of machines in the casino. The only complaint that I have is the smoking, and people using two machines at once. Other than that, we always have a great experience.

I have always had great experiences at this casino. The customer service is great, the drinks are good, there are a variety of machines, tables, etc.. and there are frequent promotions. Another thing I like is that they stamp your hand if you look under 30, so you don't have to keep showing your ID throughout your time there. Buffet is a bit pricey but delicious!

While the casino is somewhat smaller than what we seen in Atlantic city of Vegas, this has a more homely atmosphere. Specially the calm and quietness of the surrounding area is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway The pool is the highlight of this resort, somewhat similar but smaller in most ways to the one at Harra's Atlantic City. Bottle serve private booths on the side of the pool and a fully stocked bar make you want to stay in the pool the whole day.

The bonus redemption was given to us on a card and before you could get the rebate you had to spend a certain amount before you were credited. I don't feel as though we should have been forced to spend money in order to get the rebate. I don't think I will ever want to go back there. Awful, worst payouts in PA. There is a terrible selection of machines. Their offerings get cheaper and fewer with each passing month. This place is a total joke. They have no clue how to take care of regular players.

We have been enjoying Mount Airy for yeasr, just 1.5 hours from our home in NJ we stayed in a suite as usual, stunning new decor, all updated spotless, very inviting, private king bedroom with new bathroom tub and showe, private toilet room. Casino was nice as always although the cigarette smoke really puts a stink on your clothing and hair, my wife hates that part. Restaurants are great although we like going to Desaki for Sushi and hibachi. Shipping at the outlets is always fun. Lastly don't f... Read more

Came for a weekend break from city life in Philadelphia. The staff in the casino were the most racist, disgusting people I have ever come across. Immediately, judging us for the colour of our skin. Our room was not ready till 4pm - so had to wait. Decided to eat lunch, and despite empty tables we were not served for 30 minutes (racism). The casino staff, mainly a women called Peggy, were horrendous. Costs $30 to use the sauna and steam, and the people working the desk are racist too. Overall, o... Read more

From the moment I called for reservations to the moment the valet brought our car to us, our time spent at Mt. Airy was delightful. Our room, spacious and clean, looked out to the lake and golf course. We had visited Mt. Airy six years ago and were happy to see the improvements they've made, i.e. swimming pool, restaurants and golf course. The casino is well lit with all kinds of slots as well as table games and a bar. Starbuck's was available too for that late afternoon pick me up. We were... Read more

Their were many choices on the buffet so no one should go hungry. The quality varied and I have seen better for less than $27.00 per person. The cold shrimp were not cooked enough and they were as clear as cellophane. A real waste of what should have been great food. They had two fellows singing and playing a piano and a sound mixer and the sounds of Sinatra, Bennett and more made the meal with while.

We had a Great time. The Food was excellent -- both at the Noodle Bar and Bistecca. The friendly staff go out of their way to make you happy. The pool is beautiful, but could be a bit warmer. Scenery is beautiful especially this time of year.

Mount airy casino is only a 45-minute drive from home. The casino is a perfect location, practically a rural setting. The staff is friendly and courteous. My friend and I enjoy playing the slot machines. The buffet is second to none and compares to any Atlantic City casino. I never booked a room at Mt. Airy but friends have said the rooms are immaculate. I enjoy having a Bloody Mary upon arrival at the center bar. Mount Airy also gives back to the gambler with giveaways based on points. I strong... Having been visiting MT AIRY CASINO has always been enjoyable if not profitable but we continue to go..I have recently expressed my disappointment with the RESTAURANTS since the recent change over..They are very over priced with no place like BETTYS which we really liked pleasant friendly and reasonably priced..also the wine served on the casino floor is like watered juice

We stayed in beautiful spacious rooms. The spa is great, nice than you would expect,. There is a beautiful indoor/outdoor pool with nice poolside drinks and snacks. Nice italian restaurant. We did not go for the casino and if anything it was a noisy distraction but not enough to mar our stay.

My wife and I love this casino, we been there 2 or 3 times now and we will be going back. Good restaurants, nice clean place & friendly people. The only drawback is there really is no refrigerator to use, there is one in the room but it's stocked already so you can't put anything in it.

Valet, bell men, and front desk were wonderful. Our suite was VERY nice, comfortable & clean. When our family tried to go to dinner on the first evening of our arrival the restaurants are on casino floor and that is where it all went downhill! we were stared down and gawked at from the time we stepped off the elevator and felt very uncomfortable! No one approached us to ask if they could assist or even smiled just stared at us my family was like why are they staring at us? We proceeded to talk t... Read more

We stayed at this resort for a couple of days while exploring the Poconos area. We were impressed with the room and the service is top notch. We are used to having modern rooms, clean and even turn down service. This hotel did not disappoint in this aspect. Though pricing for this hotel is a bit on the high end, you might be able to get better deals if you book your stay during the weekdays and not weekend. The indoor pool is kept clean, however be wary of the some crowding as this during the ... Read more

The casino is quite nice.....alcoholic drinks are free on the floor, there is non-smoking and smoking areas and it is clean. We did not stay over night there as the prices were simply ridiculous. Nice stop with great views of mountains. Being non smokers you need to walk fast thru the initial area top of escalators. It is non smoking and breathable on the other side. Plenty of parking, They were advertising on monitors stop in for room tour, which we are considering, but good for them- sold out- no tours. GREAT STAFF.

I loved this resort and hotel. The rooms are some of the most modern ones we've stayed in, and we've been to Vegas many times as well as many other places. The indoor pool is awesome too. My only complaint and the reason for a four-star instead of five- star review is the smoke in the casino. Most of the casinos we've visited have defined areas for smoking, and of course there's a little carryover into the adjacent non-smoking sections, but here it was more smoky than not everywhere. My husband and I decided to go to a weekend gateway sans the kids and chose Mt. Airy - we did not regret it. Hotel is nice and clean, it was pretty busy, but quiet. The Casino is huge and busy any time of night or day. The restaurants are located at the Casino floor - so anyone under 21 would have a problem eating there and the Casino has a constant smell of smoke from all the smoking areas, so this is not a kid-friendly hotel. Since we were without the kids, this was not a problem for us. There... Read more
