We had no running water overnight until about 9:00 am. Unable to flush toilets or wash hands. We were sent to the Quality Inn (with a rusty tub) twice during the stay because of no hot water. The kitchen staff reported they had to heat water for breakfast in pots in the oven. Four times during our six night stay, we had issues with either no water or no hot water. Their remedy is for one free night???? Would make sense if we had only one bad night.

Great staff in a beautiful part of the country. Greeted, checked in, enjoyed cookies, and appreciated being asked if we had dinner yet. And then...she went on to tell us what was nearby. Very proactive and helpful approach! The Cottage is nearby and is nothing fancy, but you won't go away hungry. WONDERFULLY made pies are worth a stop there (best coconut cream we ever had). If you don't mind a walk back up hill, it is within walking distance...and it will help you walk off the pie!

Decided to stay due to being extremely tired and felt it would be better to stop than try to drive drowsy. Hampton Inn has been one of our family's favorite choice of hotels. Staff was very courteous and helpful in providing information on the various types and prices for their rooms. They also got me set up with their rewards program since we do stay at Hampton Inns when traveling. The room was very comfortable and was pleased to see they now offer body wash as well as shampoo and condition... Read more

Stayed there for 1 night. Staff were real nice and quite helpful. They went out of their way to help us. They even gave us a suite for cheaper price. The breakfast was real good, but pool was ok where hot tub was not working. My main issue with the place was the hot water where kids showered at night with cool water as the hot just did not come in.the next morning, water was ok. Seem it's an issue that will need to be fixed.

We stopped here in a drive back from Pittsburgh to Boston. We had our gps find Hampton inn properties because , in the past, they've always been above average in every way... The room we got was disgusting ... The chair and couch were so dirty and covered in visible grime that they were rendered unusable as were th extra linens. The mattresses didn't fit the box springs and moved around The staff was great- friendly, helpful, and professional but the room was an absolute disgrace

Everything was nice and it was a great break from the highway except for the Wi-Fi. It took a call to Hilton corporate for them to call local Hampton so they could give me a tech support phone number. After two hours of calls tech support had me enter cnn.com in the address bar and all was well. It is amazing how details can spoil an evening. Tech support aside, this a beautiful site with clean modern rooms and a very nice staff.

We stayed only one night on our trip from NY to Ohio. As Hilton Honors members we received a nice little welcome gift of waters and snacks. Our room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. The free morning breakfast was nicely appointed with many hot and cold choices. The to go breakfast bags were great - water, apple, cereal bar, dried fruit, dark chocolate bar. I chose this hotel mainly because I prefer Hampton Inn to other brands, and the location was at the half-way point of my trip. We selected this hotel because it was about half way in our trip and seemed like a good location to stop for the night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Well, as I said in my review for Hampton Inn and Suites Mishawaka in Granger, IN, not all Hamptons are equal. No complaints about the hotel itself but be prepared there are extremely limited dining options (if that's a worry for you; it was me).
