SpringHill Suites is a good choice if you are visiting sesame place. The park is right across the street with a paved path leading right there. Check in was simple and the front desk staff were always very friendly. The lobby is clean and welcoming. Our group was able to get two hotel rooms next to each other. We had a king suite and a 2 queen? Maybe full bed suite as well. The rooms were clean and spacious with slightly different layouts. The tvs are placed slightly they were ... Read more

Short walk to Sesame Place. Room was perfect. Bed very comfortable and smelled cleaned. Room well stocked(was surprised to find paper plates and cutlery in microwave). Love the room updated the room...but not in the breakfast area! Perhaps the hotel was trying to hip and cool, but the high tables and sofas don't work for the clientele here...namely families with small children. Hard to find sitting and awkward. The hotel should put all regular level cafe tables in rows. That would be ... Read more

We stayed here for two nights to visit Sesame Place. First of all, it's so convenient to stay right across the street from the park. We went back and forth 3 times with ease during the day to change, have a snack, get the car for lunch, etc. The hotel is in very good condition. Rooms are clean and updated. What really stood out was that the staff was so very well trained. The front desk people were so friendly, wishing us a good day. My son skinned his knee and they came out with an assortment o... It seems to be the closest hotel to the park, and theres a walkway that conveniently takes you there and its only a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool. It was nice that the pool water was a comfortable temperature. Another nice amenity was a playroom for young children just off the lobby. We stayed there in May while visiting Sesame Place. We arrived in the morning and was able to park our car in the hotel even before checking in. It was so close to Sesame Place, and there was a nice walkway to the park entrance. My daughter was so sad that we had to leave the park at 6 PM, but as soon as we took her to the swimming pool in the hotel, she was a happy kid again.

Stayed June 2016 for visit to Sesame Place w/ kids. Before choosing this hotel I had a bit of a tough time telling which hotels in the area are within walking distance to Sesame Place. After visiting though it's clear this is the only one. The hotel is across the street from the park entrance and there is a dedicated path to the crosswalk/stoplight. It's essentially no further than the "non-VIP" Sesame Place parking lot.) This let us use our room to change into swimwear for the water portions of... Read more

When we arrived things moved so smoothly. The check in process was simple and arrived around 7pm. This hotel is the perfect location for visiting sesame place, which is right across the street in walking distance. So it saves money on sesame's parking lot. The room is big with a comfy bed and warm shower. The toilet had plumbing issues, but the front desk attendant fixed it immediately. Thank you Julie! Everyone was nice and everything was clean. This hotel is a wonderful hotel to stay at. The service is one of the best that I have seen in a long time. The rooms are big and roomy and if you have an issue it is taken care of immediately. It is next door to Sesame Place but when I put my salesman here they are put on the business floor which is strictly for the business community. We like Marriotts and this was a nice hotel with friendly staff. It's very convenient to Sesame Place. There are some things, probably cookie cutter design for springhill suites that aren't great for a hotel that serves a lot of families with young children. There are not a lot of hotels to choose from in this area, but this one is really acceptable. It's clean, nicely decorated with pleasant staff. It's not the Four Seasons but it will do.
