We have season passes to Sesame Street so we go to Bucks County at least 3-4 times a year. The Sheraton is one of our go-to hotels because it is very family friendly, clean and it has a nice indoor pool, which is a must for our 5 year-old. Our last stay was in December/January for the New Year's celebration at the park. 1) Check in: has been super easy each time. And, 9 out of 10 times they will accommodate a late checkout. 2) Room: The rooms are clean and well stocked with pillows and towels.... Read more

We booked this room while making our trip from Fl to Maine. We specifically booked at this hotel because it said they took dogs. We didn't arrive until after midnight and when he checked in my husband forgot to mention our dog so I'm not sure we would have received such a nice room had they known that. Luckily our dog is extremely well behaved so there was no barking :) The room was wonderful, the bed was so comfortable as well as clean and delicious smelling. I also appreciate a hotel that g... Recently stayed at the hotel while attending a friend's wedding. Stayed in a King room on the 5th floor. Nice room, comfortable bed and good size bathroom! Everything was very clean. Parking is limited however parking garage close by with an entrance to the hotel. Not a great first impression and a long walk with luggage to the front desk. Suggest unloading before parking. Lobby was very nice with a lounge onsite.

I stayed for 1 night while on business and chose this hotel as it was a convenient distance to my office. The lobby looks pretty impressive and there's a restaurant located there as well. The rooms were clean and well maintained (as you would expect from and SPG group hotel) and there is a mall nearby as well although crossing the road might prove a challenge as there are no crossings. All in all, no complaints and I will stay there again if I need to swing by that way.

A weekend trip in Langhorne with 4yo and 8yo - destination Sesame Place. Hotel is about 1/4mile across a busy road to the park - free shuttle service from hotel to park every 30minutes. Limited parking in front of the hotel, with additional parking around the side and back. Recommend parking at entrance, checkin and unload and park after kids and luggage are ensconced in the room. The room was good, comfortable bed, pretty quiet. Small but clean bathroom. Elevators a little on the slow side. Pool was nice. This hotel is clean, well run and the staff is wonderful. I only have two complaints. The first is the pool it was quite cold and the tile floor was very wet and very slippery when we went I truly believe the hotel should consider having the existing tile either switched to something that can get wet but still have traction or have some kind of coating put on it. This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very nice and clean, and most of the staff is wonderful, especially in the club lounge. The pool is also very nice. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by a few major issues--first, the walls here are PAPER thin. Room was beyond sparkling clean and super comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again! This is undoubtedly a superb place! I don't know really where the bad reviews could have come from. Quiet even though there was a wedding going on.

My family was in the area visiting and I almost didn't stay due to the bad reviews. However, I would say the hotel fixed all the issues given. When we were there yes there was a huge wedding crowd, but the front desks was speedy in moving the lines. Didn't wait too long to get checked-in. Then I was able to find parking right up front (but I can see that during high season you might need to park elsewhere). Room - clean and spacious. We asked for a baby crib and an extra blanket and both were de... Read more

I stayed at this hotel 11/10-11/13, 2016. A member of the staff entered my room at the request of an unknown person to them. A man told them that he tried calling my room with no response. He asked them to enter my room and report back to him whether I was in my room or not. They did as he asked and entered my room without permission and then proceeded to tell this person that they had no idea who he was that they were in my room and I was not there. I called the Sheraton corporate office after ... Read more

Very friendly and helpful staff at check-in which counts for a lot. Clean and comfortable rooms. Our only gripe is with the elevators. We witnessed people waiting 10 minutes for an elevator to show up on the lower lobby level. Otherwise, a solid choice when staying in the Langhorne area.

I had mixed feelings reading previous reviews. Yes, the hotel can get crowded. There was a birthday party and a wedding during our stay but we had no issues. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable as previous reviews stated. So comfy that I can not say how breakfast was as we slept past the breakfast time. Sesame place is a fun park for small children and this hotel is directly across the street offering shuttle service. We will stay again.

We just spent one night and since we have stayed at other hotels in the area wasn't expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and updated. We asked for a view of Sesame and we got it! I'm not sure they would have been as accommodating during their busy season but Sesame was pretty crowded. We had breakfast included with the room and it was very good. Omelette station and everything! We played in the lobby at night for a little while and they... Read more

Went the there as part of a family members wedding, took over an hour to get into our room, something wrong with the key card, we were charged $40. Over what they said we would be, no sign out back that there was a step down , my s-i-l sprained her ankle pretty bad. The maitence man did every he could to get us in our room, s.i.l was put in a handicap room but the tub was a regular step in tub? On the brightside the bedding was very comfortable
