I loved this hotel! It was very clean, classy and beautiful. The room was a nice size and the bedding was very comfortable! There is a nice lobby area to relax in. Everyone that works there was very friendly and helpful. The owners were very nice and were around to make sure the hotel always looked great. The free breakfast was nice and simple with healthy options. There was always fresh coffee throughout the day. The location is great downtown. I definitely will go back!

Horrible experience with an inexperienced or simply disinterested front desk supervisor. In addition to not communicating effectively, the eye rolls, manner of speech and attitude palpable to my 9 year old made a busy, stressful trip all the more exasperating. Frankly, I should have paid the extra bucks and stayed elsewhere. Never again.

This is a decent hotel but overpriced for what you get. The room was decent, comfortable bed, but the shower was not clean. The walls are paper thin. A couple next door came home around midnight and had a conversation and i heard every word. They weren't yelling or anything, just talking about their evening. And then the next morning while i was brushing my teeth, I heard my other neighbor in the bathroom. Not good.

Hotel Lancaster is a good reasonably-priced hotel choice if you can't get a room or can't afford to stay at the Marriott. We stayed recently while attending a dance competition at the convention sent. Rock the Blue!! Hotel is conveniently located. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is free but a bit on the light side. Wifi is also free. Recently renovated so rooms were very nice and well appointed. Parking is convenient and allows you to come in and out of garage as you please. Overall we had a gr... Read more

Unfortunately I had a death occur within our family and was unable to come into town. The cancellation was allied in, however, neither party had the confirmation. I realized the hotel was charging my credit card for the full stay weeks later and had contracted them to discuss the situation. They offered very little compassion and referred me to their cancellation policy which is nonexistent. The only documentation offered within the reservation email was the clause which stated penalties MAY a... Read more
