My husband made the reservations for our anniversary. A wonderful surprise. The hotel staff were some of the friendliest. Rooms very clean, bed, good, nice view of the city. Only negative was one of the elevators wasn't working correctly. They are working on it. Close to so much, we didn't have time for everything....even walked to the Fulton Theater and back for an evening performance. Great continental breakfast, a nice variety.

The staff was outstanding, super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and quiet, just what I needed for a week of training. Food and entertainment all around the facility within walking distance. If you are staying in Lancaster for Auntie Anne's training this is the hotel you want to stay at. I saved a over $200 by Ubering to this location from the airport, walking the 3 min walk to AA corporate for 2 days, then taking the Courtesy ride to training area provided by the hotel and finally uber... Lancaster center is a great place visit. This hotel is right in the middle of town. Lot's of restaurants and very walkable. The staff at the Lancaster Hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were what you expect from a good hotel. We were very pleased.

For a short overnight stay, I would have to say this hotel was convenient for me. The room was a bit dated, but for the most part was pretty clean. The location of the hotel was nice, as there were many places to eat close by and it was an easy drive back to the interstate. The wifi was good for the most part, didn't really have many issues connecting, more so was slow late in the evening, which is basically normal. Not a huge fan of the parking deck connected to the hotel, was pretty creepy at ... Read more

Who wants to open their room door to see huge stains all over the carpet. Dirt on the bathroom floor and in the tub. What does it really take to replace carpet or at a minimum remove the heavily soiled area. Heck I would have been happy if they covered the stains with bathroom rugs from Walmart. I will never stay here again or recommend to anyone. Is it to much to expect a clean room????? On a positive note the front desk agent that checked me in was pleasant.

As a retired journalist I have spent a good many days and nights in hotels of every description around the world. Some were good, some not so good but none were more pleasant than my eight days and nights at The Hotel Lancaster. I arrived in Lancaster at night in the middle of a November sleet storm and when I went to check in discovered that because of some kind of computer glitch I could not get my debit card to work properly. Staff members spent an hour on the telephone with MasterCard until,... Read more

I wish I could rate different parts of my experience separately, so I'll break it down. Here's the background info: I booked 9 guest rooms and 2 conference rooms for 10 days: 5+ Stars- Gary Davis, the sales manager, was very accommodating and great to work with. He's an extremely pleasant guy and really just wants to do a good job and have people want to come back 0 Stars- Gary's manager (can't remember his name) was rude and condescending when we had an issue with one of the guest rooms 5 St... This is a locally owned and operated hotel. The owner really cares about his guests and shows it. The people are friendly and very helpful. This is a great place for a group stay. We had our sports team there. It was comfortable, quite and the service is great.

It's clean and the staff is friendly. It does get a little noisy but that is to be expected in the center of town. Breakfast is not really worth the effort. Rooms are a nice size but the bathrooms are small. I would stay again.

It was little noisy. I can hear the traffic and kept me up all night. Room was clean and staff was nice. Few blocks away from Central Market and walking distance. Public parking garage right next to the hotel was convenient. Discounted rate of $10 a day with in and out privilege.
