Our stay was wonderful. The room was very clean upon arrival. There were plenty of towels for us and the bathroom was very spacious. It was nice having a fridge and microwave in the room. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed overnight while in Lancaster for a show at American Music Theater. Located about 10 minutes from theater, hotel was clean and front desk was very friendly. Although we did not utilize, there was a restaurant and bar available that looked very nice. Will definitely use again.

The Granite Run Drive location in Lancaster is a particularly pleasant Garden Inn. We've stayed several times now and each one has been an excellent stay. The lobby/breakfast area and bar are attractive and clean, quite bright on the whole. The staff never fails to please. I would highly recommend the hotel as a place to stay should you be looking for a non-full service property near Lancaster, PA.

The room had some kind of "not good smell" so the staff apologized and quickly moved me to another clean room. The front staff always greet me as soon as they see me and the people at the cafeteria are quick to greet and take my drink order. Wonderful service! I love it! Thank you!

The Hilton Garden Inn in Lancaster has a beautiful setting and is very clean. The front desk employees are friendly and helpful. This location has a bar and restaurant as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. We had a microwave, fridge and Keurig coffee maker in our room, which was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. This hotel was centrally located for us between Lancaster shopping and Lititz, where we had an event to attend.

Lovely, full-service hotel near attractions. Quiet rooms overlooking tree-lined courtyard. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and surroundings - spotless!. System for breakfast service was a little inefficient. The food we chose from self-service areas got cold before egg dishes prepared to order arrived at our table. Breakfast charge was $9.95 per person. Room charge for Memorial Day weekend was $230 per night.

We stayed here because of the Lancaster area. The hotel was a place to sleep and we barely used it for anything else. We were gone from the hotel 12 - 14 hours per day. But the hotel delivered. Due to the way I booked the room, we had to checkout and check in every day. Staff was very accommodating to us. Rooms were clean and we were given a room with a view of the courtyard instead of the parking lot. Great experience with the hotel

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. The on site restaurant was perfect for breakfast in the morning, unfortunately it's not free but it was reasonable and the food was good. We really enjoyed the 2 outdoor courtyards they had, one was right off the lobby and the other was outside of the pool. A group of us ordered pizzas and had drinks at the courtyard while the kids played. With that being said I was glad not to have a room right off the courtyard. We just stayed at this hotel in Lancaster. We had a wonderful visit and would strongly recommend it. This was a quick fun trip over the July 4th holiday. If you are looking for a friendly staff, not where you want to stay. If you want to park on the grounds, not where you want to stay. My family and I had to park across the street after a long day out with my 1 and 5 year old due to a fireworks show being held nearby. The locals decided to take all of the parking spots so we had to walk across the street, back and forth to carry in our kids and our belongings. I don;t mind paying for service, but that was ridiculous.

My family and I visited the hotel during a soccer tournament. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was the bathrooms. They were very small and cramped. The pool was very nice, but as soon as I walked in the pool area my eyes were burning from the chlorine and most of the soccer team was coughing due to the thick chlorine in the air. Hilton Garden Inns are always very nice; this one had great thick, soft towels which is a hard thing to find at a hotel nowadays! Friendly staff, nice bed, pleasant public areas were a bonus.
