I just stayed there in May PROS: My room had a fridge( but most do NOT) Room was clean for the most part. I didnt notice any stains- Comfortable firm bed. Nice modern alarm clock ( same one found in Hyatt House KOP) Sheets and comforters were white and clean.( its a common recent hotel practice for any of them 3 stars or higher) You can tell they put new ones on every time. I paid for my stay for 3 nights with priceline. Love the Wyndham hotels. I extended my stay from one night to two. I left the property at 10am. When I returned after a 14 hour day, the room was exactly as I'd left it. No cleaning. Breakfast tray still on the bed. The manager kindly gave me a $30 discount, but very disappointing experience.

I travel a lot, mostly for family trips but occasionally for business. I evaluate every place I go accordingly. This hotel is very nice. My room was a great size although if my family was with me it would be kind of small but it serves it's purpose none the less. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Hotel was quiet. I was not pleased to come back to the hotel at 4:00 PM and find that my room had not been cleaned. They came by later and asked to clean my room, I was working and told them to pass. Both days I was there, the breakfast cook was not around to cook the eggs to order station. Had to wait for them to come. Ended up with continental instead of made to order.

There for my son's graduation. everything was fine. They just didn't cancel my first reservation because I asked them to due to making it over the phone with my Wyndham Rewards. The reservation was with UTI discount but got a better deal with my rewards. Everything was great.

We were recently in town for one of the year's biggest soccer tournaments. The hotel was sold out, but it appeared that they were understaffed and unprepared to handle the hotel. The hotel breakfast bagels were hard as rocks and the eggs tasted terrible. We were out most of day only to learn that our rooms were not made; and garbage was not emptied for our 3 day stay. While front desk staff were apologetically polite; housekeeping service was poor. Clean bath linens were missing; beds were unmade on more than one occasion. I had to go downstairs and ask for linens and beds to be made more than once. Furniture was scratched, carpet was dirty (needed shampooing or replaced), and tiles in shower needed new grouting. We were in town over Memorial Day week-end for a soccer tournament. I believe this was the worst hotel my family has ever stayed at. Towels were hard to come by. A family of 4 given 3 towels one day and 2 the next. We were out of our room from 8am until almost 5 pm and our room was untouched. Ice machine did not work. After two failed attempts to open our room, we went back a 3rd time to the front desk for a new key. Once finally inside our room, we found the bed completely undone...our room was changed with a new key. Definitely a frustrating experience. Don't bother with their breakfast. We paid $30 extra for nothing great. Better to go to Starbucks next door.

My husband I and our 4 ur old spent 5 days at this hotel, and we love it here. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Our room has been cleaned every day. And our son loves the pool! The bathrooms are newly renovated and our room had a refrigerator iron and ironing board. Plus a blow dryer and extendable make up mirror in the bathroom.

Property was quite rundown. Room was surface cleaned but the furnishings and fixtures (e.g. carpets, furniture, bedspreads, bathroom flooring and fixtures, etc.) need to be replaced. They are well beyond improving with a thorough cleaning. I'm sure Wyndham is a good chain but we won't be staying at this unit anytime soon.

While the room was clean when I arrived, the room looked as if the staff only made the bed after the first night. Garbage was not emptied, hand towels and wash clothes were not replaced, shampoo conditioner was not replaced. The making of the bed was even a quick sloppy job. I know these are not the worst things to happen but I was surprised as it has never happened to me before and I travel often.

Breakfast was top notch but really not much else. Stayed for multiple days and one night the power went out. With a brand name hotel I would assume of a back up generator but no. I sat in my room 30 minutes with nothing. Cable tv, I was watching a movie and then nothing. Screen acted fuzzy like I wasn't authorized to see that channel. A/C wasnt cold. It was a very nice hotel and for your money it was well worth it the only things that I didn't like was you had to pay for breakfast and that we weren't aloud to go into the pool when it didn't even have hours of operation other than that it was a very nice hotel

We stayed in the West Wing for a recent event nearby. The North Wing was renovated and much nicer. The West Wing was old, run down, paper peeling off the bathroom wall, duck tape in the hallway by the air conditioning unit. The room furniture was old, heating/cooling unit was old. The first thing we saw when we got off the elevator was duct tape covering the HVAC in the hall. The rooms were tidy but not clean. The bathroom looked like it was quickly wiped down, not sanitized. Called the hotel a few days in advance to book a room and had requested a king bed. Upon arrival, was told they didn't have any and I would be given two queen beds (while I was unhappy, I didn't have any option). Stayed for 2 weeks for business. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. Hotel also has a restaurant/bar in the evening with some good options. They have an outside pool which was great for relaxing. About 30 minutes from Lancaster County so it's an option if visiting that area as well.

Stayed with a big group for a lacrosse tournament. The manager Brian was very accommodating. All staff were very nice. We were able to eat together as a group which was really nice. Food was very good. Would love to be back at the same hotel next year and would recommend to others.

Our family has traveled all over the US for travel sports and stayed at many budget hotels. This hotel was the worst to date. Rude, monotone check-in. We stayed in two rooms for two nights and both smelled of mildew and had filthy bathrooms. My daughter and I stayed 3 nights for a lacrosse tournament. We did NOT receive any housekeeping/maid service the entire time we were there. Our beds were never made up for us and the bathroom was never cleaned or soaps and such replenished. I had to call for fresh/clean towels and it took 1 1/2 hours to receive the towels

This is not an ordinary Wyndham hotel. The room just flat out felt unclean, despite being in the North (new) wing. I discovered that the hotel was taken over by a bank, and re-sold to a new investor of late, but the place needs a massive overhaul. The pics are not representative of the actual quality of the hotel/rooms. This was a consistent theme among other people in our group in different rooms there.

Do not stay here this is NOT a 3 star hotel it's more like a 1 star hotel no breakfast no fridge or microwave location is okay but the pool is jammed pack and it takes more work to walk around the hotel then it does to get there

This hotel provided us a place for our convention. It was lovely with all our needs met. Plus it was quiet which helped us hear our speakers. We were happy with the food for breakfasts and lunches. In my room I found the coffee maker was broken and they quickly replaced it. The housekeeping was perfect. My air conditioning was very loud which kept me awake! The front desk only had one person working there and she was overwhelmed. Our key didn't work in our door two times and she was so busy it took her 20 minutes to let us into the room . Once inside it was musty and damp so we turned on the air which smelled terrible - luke burning , wet dog . If I wasn't so tired I would have left and gone somewhere else .

As nice as the front desk and conference room and restaurant personnel were, our visit was overshadowed by the fact that we had absolutely no Housekeepimg for our entire four day stay! I travel quite a bit, and have never encountered this! Even after repeated calls! Also, room keys did not work for a travel companion even after being "fixed" twice! Husband and I stayed for a few nights. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was very pleasant. The hotel is in a convenient location with many restaurants nearby.

I normally stay at Hampton Inns when I am in this area but there were no rooms available there nor at my second choice Holiday Inn Express I did not mind spending more but I expected a good experience for the extra cost. The first night I stayed (7/25/16) my room contained no coffee, no shampoo and 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper with no extra roll and no kleenex. This hotel is in crisis. The front desk staff are saints. It appears they have zero support from upper management and no housekeeping staff. My bed had no sheet. Things were dirty. The housekeeping staff is totally awol. My heart breaks for the professionals at the front desk. They must be apologizing many hundreds of times a day. I hope the national brand manages to right this ship in the next year. The actual hotel manager had to clean and make up my room himself. That is not normal.

The overall place was dirty including the room I had to call the front desk to have my sheets changes because it had hair all throughout the beding. Hotel staff and housekeeping were very pleasant. Rooms furnishings are old. Wallpaper needs to go. room was clean and neat. Linens were new and clean. Bathroom was tiny. The clean towels are kept on a shelf 4" off the floor next to the toilet. NOT GOOD. Not the most sanitary storage. Hotel was in a good location with restaurants and stores nearby.

We stayed for one night only. The rate was good because we had a block of rooms reserved for a wedding. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use a better cleaning. I didn't appreciate the beard whiskers on the bathroom faucet. We didn't use the bar but we did have the breakfast. It wasn't free but it was decent.

Really crappy look of hotel, made me wonder if it was clean. A step just above motel 6. The price was good but would rather pay 30 extra a night to get a new carpet! Uck that carpet was terrifying. Bathroom wasnt terrible, just carpet and drop ceilings in hallways. Staff was excellent and friendly. Up the look and this will be a killer deal.

Thankful they were able to check us in an hour early...but first room they gave us the door was wide open, urine left in the toilet, bathroom obviously was not clean. They moved us immediately to another room- come to find later in the evening sheets had hair & dirt on them & a small bug was crawling in my bed. Hallways smelled. Family staying there in another room reported having blood on their sheets. I would never stay there again.

Room was comfortable and clean, but the restaurant kept them from getting a great review again. This time I didn't even order food to be disappointed in the restaurant. I tried to order room service about 15 minutes after their stated hours on the room service menu, but was told by the front desk that they weren't open yet. There is one major issue I have with the front desk at each Wyndham property we stayed at that weekend...when I was asked if I was a members rewards holder (to take advantge of the "free" night stay) , I told them yes but becuase I didn't have my number readily available I was told they would sign me up right there (and not to worry, I would still be eligible). The Hotel when you walked in was nice people at the front desk were very nice how ever the rooms were not. They were not very clean no towels we had to ask for them. The Bar and Restaurant were very nice the Bartender Troy was wonderful he told us that the hotel was going to be under new ownership and we should come back and give it another chance. so I said we would do that we do come to Exton three times a year.

I was staying her for a week with a group for an event. The only reason I gave this 1 star is because you can't give it zero. I've never written a slamming review before but this room was disgusting. We felt like we couldn't walk barefoot on the filthy carpet. Housekeeping service was almost non-existent. When we complained the manager had a bag of towels delivered to the door handle. Period.

We had to make a change to our reservation. One call to the hotel resulted in a "no problem, happy to help" response. Staff was also helpful with information about area. If you need a quick meal, try the sliders at the on-site restaurant - very good.

First room still had food in the fridge, not vacuumed and felt someone was still staying in the room. Then I found water all over the bathroom floor. Went to front desk and got a different room. Which 2as better, but still needs help.

Last night I went to a wedding at the Wyndham and the food was excellent! Cocktail hour had crab cakes, lamb chops etc.. dinner was buffet style with amazing salmon, potatoes, beef tenderloin etc.. They do a great job making sure everyone is having a good time. Pam was the DJ as well as the wedding planner, she works for the hotel. She did a super job at getting everyone to dance and laugh and have fun!

We were part of a 50+ room group. Multiple complaints of room problems; mold in shower, rooms not ready or not being cleaned, key cards not working. The computer mistakenly checked many out a day early which resulted in a 30 minute line to have the understaffed front desk fix. My room was dirty upon check in and had no bedding, just a mattress. The banquet facility was in the basement and the mystery meat dinner terrible. Very disappointing for a Wyndham.

My husband and I held our wedding reception at this location last October. The entire experience was a nightmare. This was the worst hotel stay we have had all year. (we have had a few) upon arrival everything seem to be ok. The hotel was clean and the front desk was polite. This hotel is run down except for the lobby. The air conditioner was noisy. The pool was ok for the kids to play in. The wine selection at the bar was 2: red or white. The red tasted as if it had been open too long. The whole place needs refurbishment.

I was very disappointed in my 2 night stay. At first when I checked in their was a line of 6 others waiting they had one person at the desk and someone learning. I used to work in the hotel business at the front desk check in, so I understand. I stayed here for one night. There was a block of rooms reserved for wedding guests. The wedding began at 4pm. Guest check-in was at 3pm. I called a few weeks prior to request early check-in and was told to call the day of the wedding. I called that morning and was told guests could check-in between 1:30 and 2 pm. I stay here often and front desk team and housekeeping are always receptive to my room requests and are good at accommodating...this hotel is a good road warrior hotel...it isn't elegant but clean and affordable. It just needs a facelift!

My wife and Inwere very disappointed to find plastic sheets on our beds, The room was also further ,away from the lobby, though I requested the same room as previously. Really enjoyed my stay here. Came for parents' weekend at CFS. Ron/Rob (can't remember) made the check in process so easy. The room was nice and clean. There's a nice restaurant on site, but there are plenty options nearby. Will def be back the next time I come visit my son.

Pulled back the bedspread to find hair( guess what kind) and stains on the sheets...so disgusting! This was at 12:30 at night, housekeeping said they would 'check into it', and showed up 20 minutes later to just shove sheets at us! We stay here while visiting family and always have found the front desk staff to be quick and efficient and the rooms to be as advertised. The rooms in the north wing are older and we usually stay in the West end for that reason. The rooms are usually clean (although we had an issue with getting the room made up after we had been gone nearly all day). I was here on a very busy weekend. I heard someone at the desk say they were sold out. It took 40 mins of standing in line to check in.They were ill equipped to deal with the number of guests they had. It started out bad while making reservation on phone. After giving all my info, was put on hold to get confirmation number. 10 minutes later...still waiting. This is by far the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was mentally prepared for disappointment when I read the horrible reviews, but unfortunately because we are with a group, we had no choice but to stay here. It is a very mixed bag this hotel. It looks great and is not a dump, although my room was dirty and under supplied. We had a small issue with a reservation made through a third party and the staff was excellent in helping us resolve it. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food we had at the small restaurant - it was really very good. The bartender, chef, and front desk staff were excellent. The hotel is older and a bit dated, so the rooms themselves were quite average, but the bed was quite comfortable and the room quiet. And, it's right next to a Starbucks.

I had a late arrival to the property. It took over thirty minutes to check in. The night manager took 20 minutes to respond to the bell response. The property needs upgrading, bathrooms, dark hallways and creaky elevators. There were large dark stains on the carpet in the room. Few outlets for tech accessories. The morning staff were friendly. For a Wyndham property the bar was very low for visual aesthetics and expectation.. Great bar and buffet.

The two nights we stayed here were filled with annoyances. When we checked in, there was still trash in trash can from previous guests...room lacked basic supplies like toilet paper, tissue...there was a coffee maker but no coffee. Furniture, Carpet, Wallcoverings, Bath Fixtures all need to be replaced. Bath tub was outdated and left a lot to be desired. My son said that he has seen better shower facilities in a locker room. Good location, close to shopping and restaurants. If my son's team hadn't been staying there, I would have checked out.
