We stayed in the jacuzzi suite. The room was very clean looking and was a nice size. The lobby and breakfast area was nice as well. I did not use the pool so can't comment on that. We did eat the breakfast and it was pretty standard but set up nicely. I will probably stay there again the next time I go to Erie.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, great prices. Only issue I had was the bed was WAY too soft...sinks almost a foot when you sit on it! Other than that, the hotel is beautiful! The rooms are roomy and elegant! Loved the jacuzzi tub and mini bar! And two flat screen TVS!

Right off I-79 and near I-90, this Marriott property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. My limited interaction with staff was very good. Check in was quick and easy. Everything worked well in the room including the HVAC system, TV and plumbing. The bathroom is split to accommodate multiple party use and a quick getaway! There is also a Starbucks in close proximity that opens at 5:00 a.m. as well as many other stores and eateries.

Stayed here for an overnight rest while roadtripping to see family with my wife and infant son. Staff was helpful and professional and the room was clean and well maintained. Only drawback was the walls seemed thin for the price tag. I would deffinitley recommend this hotel for anyone staying in or around Erie.

My SO was working in Erie and my daughter and I decided it was time to visit after 2 weeks of being apart. I originally made reservations for 2 nights and when I called to extend it a night, the front desk host was more than accommodating. Compared to the hotel's in the area, the price per night was only $10 more and it appears like a luxury hotel. The bed is super comfortable, there is plenty of room for our toddler to run around and play in the room, enough room for a pack n play for her to s... Read more

Hotel is by far one of if not the best in Erie! We stay in Erie at least once a year and have tried numerous hotels, this Springhill is by far my favorite. Beautiful hotel, nice pool, very clean, huge breakfast area, wonderful continental breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room is exactly as it appears online. This is now our choice hotel when we visit Erie.

My stay was horrible and I was not happy. I do not think I would stay there again. The rate was steep for the service and experience that I encountered. Children were allowed to play soccer in parking lot until 9:30pm and children were allowed to run throughout the hallways yelling, laughing and screaming past 10:00pm. The breakfast was bland and not many options for food choices were given. When showering, my water would diminish to a soft stream and turn cold whenever someone in the next room ... Read more

We were invited for Thanksgiving Dinner at the house of one of our friends in Erie, PA. So, as soon as I saw there was a SpringHill Suites in the area, we made our reservation. The service was great, the room was perfect, with plenty of space, the Hotel was in excellent shape and they keep it looking brand new. Breakfast good as usual and there was a Starbucks Coffee very close to the Hotel, so you could not ask for more. We had two rooms for the whole family and we were not disappointed.

My boyfriend told the front desk and they came back to our room within minutes to assist us. They offered us another room if it was a problem for us and we declined. It worked we just had to be careful. The breakfast was good in the morning. We will be coming back again sometime soon! It's right near the mall and many restaurants! ... Read more

This Marriott property performed as I have come to expect from the brand. Everything we needed was provided, the bed was comfortable, my wife loved luxuriating in the large tub in our room, and we had a great time. The only reason this review has a less than perfect score is because the staff of the hotel were smoking immediately outside the door we used primarily on two different occasions during our visit. I have stayed at this location several times over the years for work. Check in is always pleasant and fast, and the number of thoughtful touches such as local food menus by the elevator, available hot fresh beverages, a tiny lollipop as a treat are just plentiful. The rooms and public areas are clean and very well maintained. I always look forward to the very comfortable beds. I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as I have and still do.

The location is great - just off upper Peach and the highway, but set back far enough for peace and quiet. Greenery and small garden around the rear of the Hotel, across from their outdoor firepit. All entrances and exits were convenient. No long waits for an elevator. The Erie-based hotel boasts large, comfy beds with a pull-out sofa/bed. What I liked about this hotel is that the sink is separate from the rest of the bathroom so one person can brush their teeth while the other does their business. Of course, the Marriott-owned hotel offers a free breakfast (ends at 9:30 on weekdays) that includes cereal, juices, fruit, yogurt, and more. If you want to connect to the "Net," though, expect delays, as the Wi-Fi here isn't the most reliable one there is.

I would not normally give a Springhill Suites a top rating just because I believe it's limited as how good a hotel at this level can be...however this place is an exception. First the accommodations are what you expect. All good here. The short version is that this management team has a terrific staff and REALLY cares and want to make your stay as best it can possibly be. From a unique welcome letter to simply other requests. You can tell when people care and it's evident here. Tip of the hat ... Read more

We ended up staying at this hotel because we had a change of plans. We had originally booked another hotel closer to the I90 but because they couldn't accommodate our chance in dates we ended up at SpringHill Suites. We are very glad it worked out this way. We were very happy with our experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and the location is the best for shopping. We didn't have to fight the traffic down Peach St. as it is right across from the mall. We... Read more

Springhill Suites in Erie, PA, is one of the new generation of affordable "boutique" hotels. This is not your dad's motel. This means it has a fresh, stylish look and offers amenities that one would not expect in a travel lodge. These include great looking rooms and common areas, an attentive, competent, and friendly staff, excellent free WiFi, above average breakfast, and an attractive indoor pool. There also appear to be scads of assistive tech to aid the disabled, on a scale I'm not used ... Read more

Another good stay at this hotel. Very clean room and amenities. Staff were very friendly and courteous. This is a very good location for those looking to shop and be near the bulk of Peach Street eating options.

The best thing about this hotel is the customer service. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a big variety. My kids enjoyed the pool but missed having a hot tub. The room was spacious and clean. My only complaints are that the beds are double instead of queens, and we heard a lot of noise from the room upstairs and the hallway.

This was my first stay in a Springhill Suites hotel, and I must say that I liked it very much! It was right off the freeway and easy to find, although our GPS did not explain that we needed to drive all the way up the hill to get to it. But we saw it from the freeway so we knew we needed to keep going up until we got to it. There were quite a few restaurants, stores and gas stations surrounding it, as well as a mall and shopping plaza across the street. The entry and foyer were nicely appointed ... Read more

We were in town for funeral services, and their staff was beyond great to our family of four (including two small ones). Leaving a note of condolences for us was incredibly thoughtful. The main reason why we booked this hotel was because they had a Tesla charger. It worked great as we were coming from Virginia, and are part of an emerging category of travelers seeking out these types of establishments. One more thing that put this hotel beyond others during these colder months was the heated ... Read more
