Good price. Great staff. Nice size room. A little noisy under the adjoining room door. We could here the neighbors talk clearly, even though the door was closed. Had to put a pillow in front of the door to make it quieter. Everything else was great!

My family and I stayed 1 night the person at the front desk was pleasant and room was a good size. However when coming into the room we found left over coffee in the coffee maker, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and a dirty hand towel under the bathroom vanity. The breakfast buffet wasn't impressive. We will be staying elsewhere next time we are in the area.

Super close to things but off a main road so it isnt super busy or loud. Close to the beach, shopping center, and everything else you could need! The employees were helpful and cheerful. I couldn't ask for a better weekend trip. If you're staying for a long time, the rooms were spacious, and had full kitchens !

Nice hotel with big rooms so it was great for a family of 5 with teenagers. The first night that we stayed our room was over the pool so it was very loud, even after the time when the pool was supposed to be closed. For the second stay, I made sure to select a room away from the pool (which is great that you can do using the Hilton app). No complaints about service at the front desk. The hotel is conveniently located right off of I-90 and near lots of restaurants.

We would stay here again most definitely! In fact, if they weren't booked in 3 weeks, we would have come back to this exact Home2 Suites. But I like the green concept of Home2 Suites, so will try another of this brand. The towels and sheets were organic cotton, and very soft. Beds were good. Got a good night's sleep away from home, which is hard to do, so kudos to this place! Breakfast options are healthier than most, and our family appreciates this, too. Will look forward to checking out... Read more

I really would love to give this hotel an "excellent" rating, and if it were just on the room and staff I would say "excellent". However, prior to booking I read other reviews saying to stay away from the pool area because the walls are so thin you could hear everything! They were right! Our request was not honored and our daughters room was right above the pool and you could hear everything! If I stayed here again I would only come back if I could stay on the 4th floor! Also, they just had... Read more

So I stayed here my third night of a west coast to east coast road trip and it was a Monday night. The first problem was there was not one open parking space. Not one. I arrived very late (2:30am) and the desk staff tells me to park in a handicapped parking space. There was one of those left and all the other handicapped spaces (4 I think) had non-handicapped cars too. So I get my key and my suite is beautiful. Spacious, new, modern, bed very comfy. I stayed here for ten nights. My first complaint is the key cards for the doors. We had to have them reactivated each day as they did not work all the time. When I asked about this, I was told that it had been a problem since they had gotten a shipment of new cards. Both weekends that I was there, there were kid tournaments going on and the pool was always in use. Nice hotel with rooms having slight to the efficiency side with small kitchen area. Within walking to several restaurants and convenience stores. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast isn't bad though the galley layout is very cramped so you're constantly doing a dance with other guests trying to navigate around to everything. This is the third time I have stayed at this property and I will never stay there again. We had issues the first stay but we chalked it up to it being a brand new hotel that was still working out the kinks. The second time I was only in for an overnight work trip and things were OK. We stayed the night while passing through on our way home from a two week vacation. We normally stay at Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden Inn brand hotels by Hilton and love them. However, we thought we'd try this type of hotel since we travel with four kids. The positives: salt water pool was excellent, clean lobby area, and great workout space. Since I was a kid, if there is a flea in the neighborhood he will find me. I am a smoker and it's harder and harder to find smoker friendly hotels. So I go to a PET friendly hotel because the price is right. Not sure if they were in room 208 or just about everywhere, but I got home with about 30 flea bites on my lower legs, and there was pet dander in the pullout bed. I'll never stay pet friendly again.

Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The customer service upon arrival was far too casual, there was no seating to eat the "free" breakfast, the rooms and hallways were noisy, and after paying for the three night stay in full through a widely known hotel booking website, Home2 Suites still charged my credit card. Two phone calls and long waits on the telephone have still not procurred a refund. It is evident that the hotel and staff have little regard for quality customer service, res... Read more

Wonderful little "Home away from home" during recent family visit. New clean building, recycles, fun fire pit on patio adjoining indoor saline pool. Bring your catch for the day and grill on same patio. Parking lot a little small if all rooms need parking.

The room was so filthy but the receptionist was so nice and she came to clean as much as possible but it still was not enough. I requested that management contact me but to date I have heard nothing. Also, did not have the towels and bedding required for the room.

I visited on Labor Day weekend, on a sold out night. Parking is insufficient for a capacity crowd, so arrive early on summer weekends. The room was typical of a mid level residence hotel. Staff was rushed, but managed to accommodate requests. The sofa bed was horrid. It might be ok for younger ( read lighter...) kids, but not ok for adults. I ended up sleeping in the desk chair. The HVAC system was not well controlled. It could not keep a steady temperature. I would probably not return to th... Read more

The hotel seemed to be fairly new when we stayed. It was clean, few, if any stains on the carpets in the hallways. The room was very clean. It had a small sofa, the standard coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room. It also had a sink for washing dishes that were kept in the room (as most extended stay hotels have). The bathroom had a shower but no tub. The breakfast was less than desirable compared to similar hotels. You could fix your own waffles which is common. There were bre... Read more

My wife and I stayed here for the Tall Ship Festival. The motel is nice for a limited stay, but the complimentary breakfast is awful. The food looks like frozen items purchased at SAMs Club, and I'm being kind. The service from the main desk was slow, I had to wait for 10 min. for a person to man the desk. Overall was an ok stay but we wouldn't stay here again. They also allow pets. We overlooked this as we wouldn't have stayed here for that reason. A lady came out of the room adjacent to ours w... They don't build 'em like they used to. While this is a new property, 1) the sliding/pocket bathroom door was hung at an angle and would not stay closed (it slammed shut); 2) the sink faucet seemed to be missing an aerator and (regardless of volume) would spray directly on my stomach and chest. Worst of all, there were bloodstains on my comforter.

Although we usually stay at Hampton Inns, we chose this property for a change. It proved to be a mistake on many levels. Although the room was large, it proved not to be very clean and at night I'm sure there was a soccer game going on in the room overhead! Such noise! In fact it was so bad on the second night we called the front desk to complain, but it made little difference. On the second day that we were there we went shopping in the morning. When we returned, our room had not been cleaned a... Read more

This is a nice place to stay. My husband and I enjoyed it very much. I only had 2 issues...1 was I didn't like the breakfast due to food allergies. 2 was the extra pillows in our room ( kept in a bag in a drawer under the t.v.) was disgusting. They were yellow & there was "dirt" and hair on it. Other than that it was really nice & we will be back.

So I figured I would ask when I arrived. we were staying for 3 days due to a family medical situation and a separate bedroom from the kids would be nice. I must say that I found the bed to be very comfy (my hubby thought so-so), the pillow cases very soft, so that's why I didn't give this motel two stars, but the decor was very off-putting, stark with cheaply made furniture. I sat down on the couch and it was SO stiff and uncomfortable and just screamed cheap. The remainder of the room was furnished like my dorm room in the early 70's, although even less appealing. We did appreciate the fact that the room was VERY long and had a ton of counter... Read more

We had a bit of trouble finding this place, but one call to the cheerful, helpful man at the desk meant great directions. Hotel is 18 months old. Clean lobby, rooms, bathrooms. I went to do laundry and was pleasantly surprised to see they do not charge for the one washer or three dryers. Comfortable bed, large TV, nice room. This is pretty subjective, but the wild, vibrant colors used in the decor are a bit much for me. Think Andy Warhol and you get the idea. Great breakfast--eggs, sausage... Read more

Stopped overnight on the way from Cincinnati to Massachusetts. Nice and modern hotel. Room was very large, with a small dining room table to eat at. It was so nice to eat dinner at a proper table rather than sitting on the bed. The bed was excellent (which is hardly ever the case). The breakfast had some different choice which was refreshing. Would love to stay there again.

First visit to this Hilton property. Zach at checkin was very good. Property was located in an out of the way place. One elevator did not work. Very bare bones. Reminds me of other hotels that have Numbers in their names! Skimpy towels and that was a double bed. One small bed for two adults. Lots of kids, but still pretty quite. Did not have breakfast, it was way too packed. Normally we would take it upstairs but with the elevator why bother. Reality we are more comfortable at the hgi.
