Very nice property with large public space. Good size rooms. Very efficient and friendly staff. Nice fitness center. Location is good; close to the Turnpike and I-79. Plenty of parking. Not too many restaurants in the immediate vicinity; a few in the shopping center across the main road â?? it is illegal/impossible to walk across this road, so driving is required even for a short distance. NB: The Juniper Grill, in the shopping center across the main road, is quite good

I have been travelling for work and stayed a few Marriott Hotels recently. Most have really friendly front desk staff, but this staff really stood out to me. Sam Michaels is amazing; he really goes above and beyond. He not only ensures you have everything you need, he makes you feel like you deserve the best - what sells you is how genuinely caring he is. Michaela Moor and Joshua Lindsay (sweetheart!) were also exceptional at making me feel welcome. I'm sort of demanding but they ALL made me fee... Read more

Our fifteenth visit as we travel to visit our son and his family in Michigan. Staff, bar, food and service are outstanding. Please commend John Dinello, Terri, and Katie for over the top service and all the management and staff at large. My wife and I enjoy the atmosphere and food. Excellent quality. The service is the best. Shannon makes sure that we are tended too and takes care of those little needs we have that can be a pain for a server. We appreciate her attention to detail and friendly demeanor.

I've stayed at this Marriott many times on business and have found it to be very nice. My last visit, however, has me wondering. My room on the Gold member floor literally smelled like crap. Needless to say, I asked to move it (which was greeted with a bit of attitude) and I ended up across from a noisy elevator and ice machine. Twice my room key didn't work and had to have it reprogrammed. One of the beds in my room was unacceptable. And even the breakfast seems to have declined. Maybe I just ... Read more

This hotel is old and feels old. The rooms may have be renovated few years back but the designers must have never seen what 4 stars means outside US suburbia. The rooms are big and clean but are quite bland in term of design. No safe. The coffee making machine is very very cheap. The bathroom is large and shower only. The restaurant is nice for breakfast and barely ok for dinner. This is clearly a business oriented hotel, practical if you have business with Westinghouse HQ next door. Otherwise ... Read more

We stayed here while visiting Pittsburgh over the Thanksgiving holiday. It's a very nice mid-level hotel that has all the amenities that you would expect at that level - fancy lobby, restaurant, conference facilities, indoor pool, fitness center, free parking, etc. Our room was clean, quiet, modern and comfortable. Unlike the Embassy Suites and many other chain hotels, breakfast is a $10-15/person upcharge. The staff was exceptional - more than once they asked if there was anything they coul... Read more

Stayed over Thanksgiving while visiting family. The Concierge Lounge was closed due to the holiday, but we received breakfast and appetizer vouchers. The check in clerk walked around the desk to point our the location of the restaurant and lobby--nice touch! There were several large groups at the hotel for a hockey tournament, but the kids were well behaved. Rooms were fairly spacious and the bathroom was modern and updated. Breakfast and dinner in the RC Grille were excellent, and the servic... Read more

Relatively new and modern rooms and solid amenities (pool, gym, biz center, bar, restaurant, cafe). Most importantly, surprisingly personalized and friendly service for a big brand hotel. Would definitely stay again next year.

I was in the area to visit family and needed an ADA room. Our rom was lovely but one bed was too high. We mentioned it and suggested they remove the bedframe to lower the bed. They did so and were delighted to help. All the staff people we met were very friendly, really outstanding. The room was spacious and the ADA bathroom was great. it only needed a lower shelf for toiletries near the pull-down seat. It's going to be my regular place to stay in the area.
