Thank you for having such great accommodations. Although the bathrooms are so tiny, the atmosphere, lighting, cleanliness, and friendliness of everyone makes this place feel less like a hotel, and more like staying at a friend's place. Within its price category, it really is five stars. I have stayed here so many times, and I will stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this modern, clean hotel. The staff was pleasant and efficient at checking. The room was reasonably spacious. There are a number of dining options close by to meet any budget or tastes. The complimentary breakfast was above the average inclusive fare and there was ample comfortable seating for dining. I would recommend this spot as a suitable stop on a road trip through Pennsylvania.

I stayed here on April 28 and May 8, 2016. Excellent. Matt and John at the front desk were terrific. The food and drinks, especially the appletinis, are delicious. I always ask for a room on the higher floors facing the front of the property. The amenities are nice. And I enjoy walking around the area after a long day of driving.

I book a lot of hotels for a travel basketball team, and of all the hotels I have booked, this has been the best so far! The parents were so happy with the spacious, clean rooms, fun pool area, well-equipped workout room, delicious breakfast, large party room and friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Pittsburgh area.

Our family of four traveled to Pittsburgh for the Memorial Day holiday. While the Hyatt in Cranberry is outside of the main city center, it is an easy drive (about 20 minutes) to reach most of the attractions in Pittsburgh. The hotel was very clean, relatively quiet, and had free breakfast including eggs and pancakes. The hotel pool was large and clean. The wi-fi was free and very easy to connect to - a huge plus for our family.

We stayed at this hotel on a couples trip. The hotel itself is nice and desk staff and manager (Brittany?) were great. We have stayed up late both nights, spending time in Pittsburgh. We put out the "do not disturb" hang sign and all three mornings were awoken by banging on the door from housekeeping. Not everyone is on business and we were trying to take advantage of a quiet few days from reality and relax. After we left our room, housekeeping came in even though we left the door hanger on. The Hyatt Cranberry hotel is very conveniently located right at the exit of the PA Turnpike. Lots of restaurants within a mile. The room was comfy and clean. The large tile shower was very nice. We had a king suite with a small kitchen area and large sectional sofa with an ottoman. Very nice. I highly recommend.

My room was very clean and up to date. The king bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of things to eat. There was plenty of free parking. My room was unfortunately next to the elevator When I checked in late , the clerk claims that was the only king bed left. It was very noisy on the weekend. A very large group of bearded men left their rooms at 3:00 AM for two nights in a row being very loud as they waited for the elevator, then proceeded to make a lot of noise... Read more

I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency on two separate occasions and have been very impressed with the hotel on both trips. The hotel rooms were both very clean and beautifully decorated. This is a top flight hotel for a very affordable price. Service is consistent and the room is always spotless. The location in Cranberry Township, PA just off the PA Turnpike & I-79 make it a great destination to stop convenient to both downtown Pittsburgh, Ohio border or Erie, PA. I have spent nearly 50 nights over the past 3 years at this hotel location for both business and pleasure travel and always have the same consistent Hyatt experience.

First stay at a Hyatt Place and had a great experience. Rooms were roomy, clean & comfortable. Had a very nice large indoor pool with towel provided in pool area, which was nice. No vending machines on floors and beverages in lobby were expensive. Check in was slow as only one person was available and she was on the phone. But over all a very good experience and I would definitely stay again.

Do not book a room here for your family or group! We booked a room with 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa. When we arrived, that room was unavailable. We were given a room with a king bed and a sleeper sofa. When I questioned this, I was told very curtly that my room was not guaranteed. If it isn't guaranteed, what is the point of the reservation? I will never reserve a room at a Hyatt for my family again! They are simply not dependable. We were very disappointed.

We stayed here on our way down to VA Beach this year. Walking in, there were upgrades happening all around the open front area. We had the most amazing, clean, pretty, modern room with MORE than enough room for our family four. Breakfast was good, but space was highly limitled due to construction happening and the staff was almost absent in the am. Free coffee in the lobby was a joy for me!
