The first time I stayed here I was woken up at 2:30 AM with the train that is less than 40 feet away from the hotel. I was reassured by the manager that this "never" happens so I tried the Holiday Inn Express again and wouldn't you know it, the train rolled in 1:25 AM.

Parking Is confortable and near the front door. Service was friendly. Breakfast was usual and fresh. Great shower head and loved the bed and bedding. Very good sleep. Was disappointed about a new hotel with such a poor gym. A few weights and a bench would help.

This place was AMAZING! my room looked great and smelled great. I was in the king size suite. The king size bed was big and soft . There was a bar area with a sink, microwave, and fridge. Foam plates and plastic cutlery was provided. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. But the best part of the room was the whirlpool in the middle of the room. I took a bubble bath and watched tv while I talked on the phone. I felt like royalty and the tub was spotless. Erica at the front desk was extremely ... Read more

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Not much in town to do but close enough to Niagara falls without having to stay in New York. Also enjoyed the zippo museum which is another reason we stayed in Bradford.

Stayed here for work. Modern hotel with nice rooms. Can't say enough good things about Jenn (GM) and Stephanie (Front office Mgr). They were very helpful and made my stay very enjoyable! Nice fitness center as well. Would definitely recommend and return!

Got in late, around 12:30am. Had asked when the reservation was made for a room on a high floor not near an elevator. We got a room on the first floor near elevator. Had the fire alarm go off at 7:30 am. WOW. False alarm. The girl at the front desk hit it by accident. Lastly, we left by 9 in the morning and figured we would have housekeeping come in to get clean towels. Nope. Very disappointing. Buffet breakfast was good. That's why I gave them two circles.

I was just here for one night, passing through. My room was on the first floor next to the ice/vending which worried me. Room was very soundproof! Pleasantly surprised. Spacious, nice sitting area. Broken desk chair replaced immediately, otherwise, everything worked well. TV, WiFi, AC. Great.

Stayed here one night on our way to see tour the Northeast. Room was nice as well as the staff. Beds are comfy. This seemed like a hotel that had been built recently so we took the chance on it. Turned out well. Nice for a stay, easy on/off the highway.

I stayed here after a long drive and went to where they make Zippos. The place is very clean and quiet. There are plenty of lighting in the parking lot. And it feels safe. The price was right too. The breakfast was good.

All good. Clean, comfortable rooms. Convenient - right off the highway on the edge of town. Amenities as expected for this level of hotel - though room was larger than expected (double-Queen suite). Parking-lot a bit undersized for property. Very nice overall - would consider again when in the area.

I thought this one was a nice place. It's fairly new and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback I seen was the vicinity to the Railroad tracks that's just outside the hotel. The 4 days I was there I never noticed any train traffic.

Check in was very slow, even though we were the only guests in sight. The night clerk didn't even look up to greet us for an uncomfortable length of time! There were no rooms on the top floor, even though we requested this months ago when we booked the room. Rooms are small and poorly designed. We were disappointed the hotel didn't have a jacuzzi. The bathroom was clean, but the caulking around the tub was peeling and discolored.

Nice hotel in which seems to be a sad little town. Promised early check in was not honored. Room was on the first floor, practically on the railroad tracks. We were only in the room in the evening and overnight and there were no trains. We really liked Laura at the front desk. Very nice and helpful. Give her a raise!

We have stayed here twice. The first time in a king luxury room with jacuzzi tub, microwave and refrigerator. That stay was wonderful. Everything was awesome. With the jacuzzi in our room, we never went near the pool. This weekend we took the time to have a getaway and stay again. It was again great. This time we had a two double bed room with a refrigerator. I missed the microwave a lot. I have to eat every couple hours and the leftovers that I would bring back were useless, except to keep unti... Read more

It is great to find a hotel that looks that new. If it is not new, it is really well maintained. Rooms were updated and clean. Bed and pillows excellent. Very comfortable. Services was good with amicable and niece staff. Also efficient during check in and out. Breakfast was quite good and complete. Nice for a good start of the day. We could use the indoor swimming pool which was clean and good size for some family fun. It would have been nice to have it heated. The gym was descent and ... Read more

We stayed here while in town for the Case Collectors' Club event. The staff was very nice. The room was very comfortable, both the size and bed. Holiday Inn Express is one of our favorite places to stay. Happy to know the quality is there everywhere. Breakfast is the usual Holiday Inn fare, but remember that includes those wonderful cinnamon rolls. Those and a cup of OJ, nice.

The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. They were able to suggest places to see and restaurants that would be good to try. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included which is always a bonus. The food selection was appropriate and well stocked.

If you are travelling to Bradford for business or pleasure, the Holiday Inn Express is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and attractive and the staff is extremely attentive. Breakfast is exactly what you expect in a HI Express, so if you want a full breakfast drive into town. As a continental breakfast it's OK. Also note, hotel rooms in this part of the world fill up quickly on weekends so you should book at least two weeks in advance.

Sparkling clean, great staff & a great breakfast. A little disappointed that the mattress had a plastic liner under the sheet. Ran out of hot water in the evening, but fine in the morning. Enjoyed the nearby Allegheny National Forest. Only explored a small part. Would need the better part of a week to explore the whole thing.

The place was clean and inviting for overnight stays, breakfast was good and a good amount of choices. We will stay there again when in the area. It was convenient to a lot of area sights even Kinzua and Rock City, the sky bridge etc.......

We were on a business/leisure trip, so our stay was long- 5 nights. Each day was a joy. The staff were warm and friendly - always looked at you when speaking. This Holiday Inn Express is tucked away from the streets, but in easy walking distance to the town. The rooms are very clean, and if you want to ask for any information, they're very helpful. The only problem I had was, when doing our laundry, there was not a chair for anyone to sit while waiting to wash/dry clothes.

Stayed here 2 nights this past weekend and have stayed here in the past- got there early for a surprise party and they got my room ready early so I could get ready which was so nice- we had a tornado warningb1 night and thunderstorm warning the next night- so the tv channels were frozen except a very few- maybe they could switch to cable- the breakfast was good and food kept warm- they were doing a special on Sunday morning of breakfast from 9-12 so people could sleep in and liked it very much-... We were exploring western Pa. and looking for fall leaves since our trip to Myrtle Beach was preempted by Hurricane Matthew. Bradford is where we chose to stay after seeing Kinzua Bridge Park -which is a must see. The building and room we were assigned were nice. The big issue is the train track behind the building. And of course it came through at 1:30 am! Will look for different lodging next time.

We enjoyed our night here from top to bottom. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area was a nice size and the offerings slightly above average. One thing to look out for is that the rooms don't have microwaves in them (fridges, yes), but there is a common microwave next to the first floor ice maker. But that's not enough to make me take the mark down. Stopped here to visit the Zippo museum and the Kinzua skywalk, both of which were rewarding.

Nice staff and meets all the standards for a Holiday Inn Express. The address may not be in your GPS. Close to highway. Rooms clean and good breakfast. Breakfast kept well stocked. Be sure to ask for a room on the non highway side when you make your reservation.Highway side also has active train tracks and is quite noisy.

Brand new property that's in the middle of nowhere. So new my GPS struggled to find it! No restaurants in the area, but the typical HIE breakfast made up for that. Cheaper on IHG points than anything in NY (my final destination). Quiet, insanely clean, super friendly staff. My room was HUGE. I wish it'd been here earlier this year when I was in the area!

This Holiday Inn was great. Rooms were very big and clean. Breakfast was also good. The driveway was a little hard to find but it is right next to the railroad tracks. I asked for a room in the front of the hotel so that the traffic noise would be minimal. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't have time to use it. This hotel is close to some restaurants but we ordered pizza that was delivered. Laura checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Over all I really had a great experience.
