Recently I stayed at this establishment for a trip my boyfriend and I went on to go to the local Casino. For the first time ever, my points booking went off without a hitch!!! Sonia was the senior of the two and she was a doll. Get the 'King Leisure" room. Spacious enough for couples to have their own space; many have two TV's, fridges and microwaves. Some are even suites. Undergoing renovations and we had a "new" room and it was excellent. Staff is outstanding. The only shortcoming worth mentioning is breakfast; but, at 6:30 AM who cares - coffee is great and who can ruin toast? Holiday Inn's parent, IHG International offers extraordinary accommodations. My wife and family stayed here two nights over the past weekend for Lehigh graduation. The AC was so loud she couldn't sleep. Then after checkout she discovered that she had left 500$ of clothes in the dresser. We called immediately to have housekeeping look for it but since it was 'after hours' no one was there to answer questions. The next morning we called again and spoke to the head housekeeper. Only to find that 'no one had reported finding anything'. Our daughter also physically went to th... Read more

My wife and I booked this room in honor of a night at the Sands Casino. Overall, this was a good visit and I would recommend this Holiday Inn property. The front desk employee was very helpful when we arrived (I believe his name was Lewis). Next, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the casino, which is terrific. Our driver, Vince, was great! Very kind and helpful and he also made sure that we were set on how to get back home to the hotel.

We stayed for the night and used the park and fly. The staff was incredible and the breakfast was great! Was so much better than parking at the airport. The hotel is minutes from the airport and shopping, and the shuttle was punctual. The only complaint is the walls were a bit thin and we could hear everything, but overall the hotel was great and I would definitely stay there again! (My kids even asked if we could back there this summer!)

We booked this place because we were seeing a show at the casino. This place was newly renovated. Everything was great. Free breakfast was awesome!! So many choices. This place is very close to the casino. They have a vending machine and soda machine if you get the late munchies. We forgot our toothbrushes, the front desk gave us two. It was an awesome stay!

It is so refreshing to be greeted with a huge smile and welcome. This sets the stage for a great stay and helps to overlook things that shouldn't be. The bed was comfortable, the room had not be cleaned properly (still bits on the floor). The shower rod was falling off the wall (still usable). The recommendation for a place to eat was outstanding thanks to again, the front desk clerk.

We were here for a lacrosse tournament. The hotel served its purpose, a place to rest for the night. The parents allowed their kids to run the halls until 10:30 at night while they drank down by the pool. My 10 year old called the front desk because of their antics. While this was not the hotel's fault but the parents, it would have been nice if they responded quicker and nipped the spoiled kids fun in the bud. Breakfast was NOT that great.

On a recent 11-day trip to New England, my wife and I stayed in 9 different hotels. Some were really bad; some were ok; and some were very nice. This hotel was the best we visited. It had superb staffing, clean and modern rooms; an excellent free breakfast (many nice choices of hot dishes); and a very quiet atmosphere. Clean, spacious rooms, Enjoyable amenities. Courteous, helpful staff. Fair price. Have visited several times this years including on my recommendation joining two dozen extended family members attending a wedding. All had an enjoyable stay complementing a great time at the wedding.

Everything was excellent. Accommodations, breakfast, cleanliness was top class. We arrived a little early and was admitted when no problems. This is our second year attending the festival and we plan to return next year and stay at the holiday Inn Express.

We had a wonderful time for our girls weekend in Bethlehem PA from the moment we entered the Holiday Inn hotel. The receptionist was warm and friendly and was able to get us our room immediately. The renovations are beautiful! Every thing is updated. WE thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel and rooms were very nice, as was the staff and breakfast. The hotel was also close to the highway, which was convenient. The Brave Heart pub that was recommended for dinner was also excellent.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn twice within the past two years. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and attentive, and it is in a convenient location right off of Rt. 78. This Holiday Inn happens to also be situated right next to a Waffle House (points for that!). Hotel breakfast was decent as well with a lot of typical options. My stay's at this hotel were in August 2014 and September 2014.

The Jr Suite my daughter and her bridal party had was very nice. The standard room my wife and I had was okay with a few miner annoyances. The problem we had was with Holiday Inn Express Shuttle Service for the bridal party and guests. I bought the shuttle service for $150. The shuttle was 30 minutes late to arrive and it was booked to make 3 round trips. This caused the time line to be pushed back for both the wedding and reception but it didn't affect the closing time of the reception venue. N... Read more

That pretty much sums it up. Don't count on the breakfast to be fresh or healthy. Bed was comfortable, they gave me a room on the top floor away from the elevators and ice machine as requested. Pleasant staff. Pleasant stay, a bit of a drive to downtown Bethlehem.

I was traveling to the area to visit family and while looking through hotels got great rate on this location. I haven't stayed in the Holiday Inn in many years and wasn't expecting much from my stay, however upon checking in I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean and his staff very friendly and accommodating check-in was quick and smooth and I was able to go right up to my room. Upon arriving I thought I booked a basic room but was given a junior suite which had tons of room.... Read more

Staff was helpful, but noise from the highway, road construction, 6-people families crowded into single rooms (with kids that liked to play with the doors), and early-morning groups of drunk young people made it a rough stay.

Working in Beth for a week, good location and amenities for the price. This location was close to the interstate with east access to and from our D.C. I will stay again at Holiday Express as they are consistent with their standards.

This trip was to give support to our brother during heart surgery. The staff was very accommodating and kind during this stressful time. Ali helped with extending our stay without any problems. The hotel was clean, accessible to the hospital. It has many amenities. Even a great breakfast. Very well pleased with everything.

Everything looked nice on entry - room was not completely supplied. Had to call front desk to get what I needed and then had to return to desk to receive what I needed. Lastly and the biggest part was the credit card used to book for one night was charged three (3) separate times. Management at the Holiday Inn in which I stayed said they would look into it and Corporate has not returned with an answer as of yet. It has been since October 21, 2016.

I just needed a place to lay my head for the night. I was really surprised at how much better it was. I was shocked at how great this hotel was! I've spent triple in other hotels that weren't nearly as nice. The room was spacious with two queen beds, a large flat screen TV, chair, and a great sized desk for work. There was in-room refrigerator that worked well, and tons of other little amenities. Little things like - even the coffee pot offered tea bags. There were tons of outlets and also plen... Read more

I have stayed in this Holiday Inn on many occasions and have never had a complaint. I actually love the upgrade, the staff are so welcoming and have exceptional Customer Service Skills. Check-in is always easy. My stay on 11/5 overall was good, but I was taken back by the bathroom which was obviously for a very handicapped person, which neither myself or husband are. Also where the sink is located over the mirror was an unfinished wall, which looked like it had been scraped and plaster just ... Read more

I received an email several days prior to my arrival. The email asked for room preferences. I asked for a room on the upper floor and away from the elevator. When I arrived the room was on the 2nd of 4 floors and was right next to the elevator. There were several loud groups getting off the elevator late at night and I had to be up at 6:00 am the next morning. Needless to say it was not the best nights sleep I have ever had.

Nice, clean, newer hotel and convenient to Sands casino. However, rating is lowered because the parking lot was maxed out beyond capacity on Saturday night 11/18. Couldn't even use the porte cochere entrance for Sunday morning checkout because of all the vehicles blocking it. Don't understand why someone would design a hotel with inadequate parking, but this issue needs to be addressed.

The Room & Hotel were very clean and neat. Unfortunately our room was on the side of the highway and was quite noisy with traffic at different times. Appeared to be newly renovated. Loved the set up of the room. Staff was very pleasant. Would go again to this hotel (but on opposite of the highway).
