Was doing an overnight here and got 2 rms. One for my sis and bf and mine and significant other. 1...I booked 2 rms at the same time, sooooo I thought they'd be side by side? Unfortunately not..on the same level, so it's good I guess?? The rooms did smell a bit funky, and were dirty. I did take a pic somewhere and there were nail clippings and I'm not sure what the other bits were. There are suspicious looking characters hanging around so be careful! I will find and upload it..But for $50 for a ... Read more

I booked this hotel for one night through Orbitz. After driving for 3.5 hours from Seattle, we arrived around 2pm, and the front desk receptionist said that the room won't be ready until 3pm, which was ok. All we asked (which was natural given our nonstop drive) was the permission to use their restroom. The answer just shocked us: "It is against the policy, and you cannot use our restrooms". I called Orbitz and asked them to call the hotel, which they did and got back to me with the same refusal... Read more

One of the worse hotels we've ever stayed in. From the $25 charge for early checkin, to the eye dropper- like shower this place has little to recommend it. The bed was like sleeping on plywood, and the creaky noise every time you move was impossible to sleep through. Not only was the shower a mere dribble, but the tub was a slippery disaster waiting for a disastrous fall. Looking for an economy overnight? This is not the place!

Room was dirty. Old smelly garbage in garbage can. Clump of hair in hair dryer. Phone was dirty. Toilet seat looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Going up to the room there were piles of garbage at the bottom of stairway. It all made me want to leave. It did seem safe and was fairly quite except for all the slamming doors.

My grandma and I went to visit her Aunt Katherine who is in her 90s, her daughter Kim and friend Heather. We can't stay with them when we visit because they have a good routine that we would feel horrible interrupting. Anyways, we book this hotel through hotwire and as soon as we check in the front desk charges her again the entire booking costs plus the early fee she was trying to pay. On top of that the room had a stuffy smell despite being smoke free. We opened the window but it didn't have ... Read more

This place had great pictures of the rooms online and looked great when I drove up. That all changed when I got to my room, it didn't look anything like the pics, there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom, a used Q tip on the floor. Dark and dingy and dirty. Went to the office and asked if they had cleaned the room, of course we did was the offended response! They cleaned the room while I was gone, towel gone but Q tip and tooth paste smeared on tub still there, FAIL! They don't really ... Read more

As soon as I walked in to check in, I knew it was bad. Front desk told me that they only did housekeeping once a week. It was obvious as soon as we got in the room. It was a dirty room. Had smashed food & garbage under the "queen" sofa bed. No bedding in the room for the sofa bed. Went to the front desk and got double sheets, they were too big, bed was a twin. I found black long strands of hair on the bath towels. Extra blanket smelled like mold. Stay somewhere else.

I stayed here for two nights with my family on vacation. I figured for the $300 I spent for two nights that it would be decent. I was wrong. The room smelled like mildew mixed with urine. There was mildew in the shower. The rooms appear to have been updated in the not too distant past, but I'm assuming it was more of a cover up. A breakfast is advertised, but it was nothing more than a granola bar and a banana. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have other options. Of note, the check in pr... Read more

I have stayed with this chain before but this had to be the dirtiest room I have had, the freezer had rust in it and the stove had food still on it. The staff was great but the hotel itself needed a DEEP appliance/furniture overhaul, to give them credit they are remodeling but I would fire the construction company, they left so many things around that could harm the guest!

First and probably my last stay at an Extended Stay. Dirty property. Was greeted by trash and sticky substance at my front door. Was uninformed about construction going on. Should have done my research.

I stayed at this hotel in August 2016. I bid on Priceline and this was the winner - unfortunately. When I arrived at 9pm to check-in to my prepaid room, the lobby was empty. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called the emergency number and finally a worker came and told me that my room wasn't ready and that she was cleaning it. She said they were not short-staffed and also admitted that she had never cleaned a room before. She said she would call me on my cell when my room was ready. I waited in my... Read more

Stayed at Extended Stay in Everett WA. NEVER stay there again and I mean not EVER. I will sleep in my frappin' car first. 1) Check-in and there are no exceptions even if you have a reservation is at 3PM. Ostensibly this is because they need time to clean the rooms (ROFLMAO...) so this means that if you have been driving for hours or just came in from a long flight and you're tired and you need to lie down and rest, you're sort of screwed. AND they don't tell you this when you make a reservation.... Read more

Hotel doesn't looks bad from a distance, but upon getting closer you notice the overflowing garbage, cigarette buts littering the parking lot, and the walkways covered in unknown stains. by the way... I'm a young professional fresh out of college and my company put me up in this hotel for the summer... i read the bad reviews online upon finding out where i was staying but I figured I'd give the hotel the benefit of the doubt rather than try to change my housing situation. But after 10 weeks of... Read more

This is a $79.99 hotel. Wouldn't pay any more than that. Better options at $80-$100 within .5 mile. No gym. No breakfast. Slow wi-Fi. Right next to freeway. Not very clean. Nothing you can walk to. Must have rental car.

I stayed here for business. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though non smoking (can tell used to be a smoking room). This had a kitchenette in it however, ALL untensils, dishes, etc were not in the room, had to circle items wanted and they bring to your room. This room was reserved and paid for by the company I work for, so after we had lunch we stopped by hotel to get me checked in and paid. We explained I was not staying at this time, just wanted to get room key, etc so that my ... Read more
