We stay in Eugene regularly to visit family. We have stayed at 2 other hotels and were deeply disappointed by the shabbyness of accommodations at the valley river inn and a suites one near the UofO football stadium. We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Springfield 4 or 5 times now and are always pleased with the spacious rooms, the amenities like small fridge, microwave and keurig coffee machine in each room. The bathrooms are great, fresh and clean with neutrogena toiletries. It will cont... Read more

Great place to stay while traveling through, food is great and prices are reasonable. Very clean well equipped hotel. The amenities are very good, towels are great. Hotel is well lighted and you feel very safe in the surroundings. Rooms have many outlets for your electronic equipment.

The old saying " you get what you are paying for " holds true for the "free wifi" ! Other than that it's a very nice place to stay. Location is very good just off interstate 5. Close to shopping and places to eat.

Very clean facility and the staff went out of there way to make me feel comfortable. Food was great too. The price was good for the value. There are also decent restaurants with in walking distance. I would stay there again.

Over all great service. You can order anything for breakfast, in addition to the breakfast bar. Rooms are clean, nice big TV, large desk, fast internet, and the towls are plush. Free ride to the airport. The shuttle van driver Mr Justin T. is the example of Hilton's customer service. Justin was very helpfull, kind and wellspokened. Justin could be the next front desk manager.

This hotel is very nice inside and out. The lobby is very modern looking and welcoming. Staff was very friendly, provided great customer service, and checking in and out was seamless. If you have the Hilton app, this is very convenient and you are even able to check-in and select your room prior to your arrival. The app was very user friendly. The Hotel room was very roomy, comfortable, and nice. Very clean. If we ever make a trip back to Eugene/Springfield this is where we will stay, for sur... Read more

This hotel is lovely. The staff is attentive and we would have been very pleased, overall, had it not been for the WORST, HARDEST most uncomfortable beds we've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I thought my husband hurt his back when he flopped down on the bed, expecting SOME level of softness. We spoke with the front desk, and they advised us on how to use the dials, but also said the beds stayed firm. Upon checking out, we did complain, and were credited one night's stay. This was ... This hotel was super noisy all around and above the room I was in. That staff did little to address the issues once they were reported. I had to chase the staff down at breakfast for my check and the heating / cooling controls left a lot to be desired. If the place you are going isn't within the shuttle range you are cabbing it and there is no Uber there. Downtown is just in reach, wineries...not in reach. No one can even recommend places to go or things to do because there is no concierge a... Read more

It can be difficult to get a good night's sleep here due to road noise in most rooms, rooms that overlook the kitchen's exhaust fans (such as Room 313) and uncomfortable beds. This property take every opportunity to raise prices far too high for special events and the prices are generally too high for value provided.

Arrived in Eugene at the time of the major snow and rain storm. This particular property was a warm welcome; created by a great team of people, incredibly clean property and very helpful as I tried to figure out how to navigate in the extreme weather.
