river view is distant & overlooking buildings. We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to Anthony's Restaurant where we were celebrating brother & sister in law's 50th Wedding Anniversary. The hotel was nice, enjoyed the free movies on HBO channels, bed was ok...firmer that we like but still comfortable...but Anthony's was not a good choice for dinner conversation with hearing impaired seniors. We would stay at this hotel again but would choose a different restaurant.

Have stayed at this location multiple times, and continue to go back because of the location and atmosphere. The lobby is inviting, and they have a sitting area, fireplace, and bar. Our room has had a view every stay, and has been comfortable. The front desk staff has always been great. We like that there is a movie theater down the stairs, and a shopping center with different stores and eateries. Will not disappoint.

First trip to Bend and really enjoyed the location of this hotel next to an outdoor mall with plenty of dining options. Quiet room, nice view of the Cascades. BIG NEGATIVE: No water pressure on the shower head. I mean, only a trickle of water, regardless of the setting. Other lesser negative is dial up modem speeds on the complimentary Wi Fi internet service.

We stayed one night at this Hilton Garden Inn in Bend on our cross-country trip from Asheville, NC, to Eugene and Yachats, OR. The hotel is in the new and apparently quite successful Mill District mixed-used development (retail, restaurants, hotels, commercial and residential) on the Deshutes River. Although not downtown, the Mill District has a nice selection of restaurants -- Greg's Grill is particularly good -- stores such as REI, shops and other retail. This hotel is at the top of the shopping and dining area factory district. A very short walk. Major name brand shops as well as local boutiques. There is also a day spa which we enjoyed. Near the amphitheater. The room was large. The beds were comfy. Breakfast had everything you could want. Short drive to downtown.

The location is amazing and perfect! You can walk from your hotel to the Old Mill area which offers great restaurants, shops and walking trails. The staff is also great! I had breakfast at the hotel and it was also very nice. Bend people in general in my experience are among the friendliest in all my travels so its hard to say anything negative. The bar could have been open a little longer on a Friday night but that's ok too. I would come back here on my next visit for sure!

Excellent place to stay! Free parking, great location for shopping & dining, and wonderful rooms! Free WiFi if you are a Hilton Honors member. We didn't eat the breakfast but people we spoke to said for the cost, it was good. We did have a drink in the lobby bar ... $15 was a bit expensive for a Martini that was mediocre. Lovely hotel close to Mill River. We had a roll-in shower and accessible room. Quite comfortable with easy access to the end handicapped parking spot. There is a full restaurant menu and bar. Perhaps it was the season, but the rooms are expensive. They location is within walking distance of many hotels and restaurants, as well as the river. The lavender was in full bloom, the hotel is spotless and basically brand new and the rooms all have amazing views over the Deschutes River and the Three Sisters. What's not to like. Enjoyed the close proximity of this location to the Old Mill District. Hotel staff were welcoming and flavored water and cookies at entrance was a nice touch. I truly have had a great experience every time we have stayed. I have visited this hotel for at least 20 stays. It is the cleanest, friendliest hotel in Bend. The location is perfect for enjoying all that Bend and the surrounding area have to offer.

Close to restaurants, bars, movie theater and shopping just a short walk away. Comfortable, quiet hotel. Typical breakfast. Friendly service. Rustic lobby. Free parking. Was more expensive than it should have been.

Staffs at the hotel were very accommodating. The staffs were able to give us restaurants and bar recommendation. Our room was very clean. Plenty of parking space and very close to a lot of activities! Hotel has easy access to the old mill shopping district. Highly recommend

My wife and I would always like to come here. Took our daughter and son in law. They had a great time despite the rain. Close to everything at the Hilton garden. Price was excellent with room upgrades. Restaurant was good. Loved the complimentary cookies and coffee.
