This was a very clean and nice hotel close to the Portland Oregon airport. It has a small lounge with food. Staff was very nice and polite. I would recommend this hotel is you need something inexpensive and close to the airport. The front desk hands out a bottle of water when you check in.

Stayed one night and attended a meeting at this hotel. It is undergoing some remodeling and apparently outside structure and painting. Personally I think they should focus more on updating the interior of the rooms. Nothing bad, just very plain. The staff were extremely helpful and the food was good. I would stay here again. My daughter and I stayed the weekend. Complimentary bottled water is nice touch. She likes to swim so I online checked into a 1st floor room. The outside of the hotel is being renovated but it didn't affect us. We didn't try the lobby breakfast but I did get some coffee from the lobby. There's a McDonald's next door which was convenient. We had a rental car and drove all over downtown. The trees in the back of the hotel have birds and croaking frogs which was relaxing to hear at night. Th... Read more

Excellent hotel and staff. The staff went out of their way to assist my husband who was handicapped. The driver of the shuttle was unbelievable as he drove us to a restaurant and did not want any tip. We had to give him a tip because he drove us there and back to the hotel. It was a great experience and we recommend this hotel and staff to everyone.

I stayed here on May 22 and again on May 25 and both times the televisions in the workout machines did not work. The second time the tv on the wall didn't work either. I can understand the first day-things break, but even my cable company can get things working over a several day period.

We only stayed one night. This hotel is very average. The room is very plain. The carpet definitely needed to be vacuumed. I like the fan to run constantly on the HVAC to provide white noise in a hotel. There was a button on the unit, but if the fan was running, it certainly wasn‚??t much. The service was a plus since I was checked in in about a minute. No big issues, but glad to move on.

This is a typical Hilton Garden Inn, with rooms of average size and regular furniture. Nothing out of the ordinary; good for an in and out business trip. Pleasant customer service at reception. Breakfast buffet and omelet station for a fee. Free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is a max. 10 minute ride.

Plan your schedule carefully. My flight was early and with shuttle running only on the hour and half hour makes it less than convenient. This caused me to arrive much earlier than planned and when getting up at 4:30am, you want all the sleep you can.

Room was clean and the halls were quiet. That's about all I can say in a positive vein about the room. They didn't bother to have any tea without caffeine - luckily I brought my own. The staff were friendly but "distant" (and they weren't that busy I assure you). The hotel itself is located in a convenient area for me, but I was disappointed that their restaurant was not open at lunchtime - that's the meal I needed them for! Nothing hugely special about this airport hotel. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are dated and could use a remodel. It is close to the airport and the car rental return. No breakfast is included, although there is a small pay restaurant onsite for breakfast and a McDonald's across the parking lot, as well as restaurants within walking distance across a busy road. Fine for a night before flying out.

This property is dated from top to bottom. The furniture is nicked up, the metal bed frame is exposed, the bathroom is Spartan, and the common areas are small and not that inviting. We chose Hilton Garden based on past experiences. This hotel is very close to the airport but the noise level was nill. They were remodeling the exterior, but they let me know that before booking the room. It is only about a 10 minute trip to downtown Portland. Parking in the town of Portland is a joke. Hilton Garden Inn is also convenient to the Columbia River Gorge and the waterfalls. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The Hilton is always a good choice, and this is our choice when visiting Portland and having an early flight. The hotel is clean and inviting, and the shuttle is terrific. I just wish we would have had time to have breakfast and enjoy the hotel a little more. The hot tub was nice after a long day of driving,

I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn many times. Normally I would rate my stay at this location is good to excellent. However this stay I had some issues.. Cold pool which staff was notified of and stayed temp was correct . Poolside restroom out of order. Complimentary warm cookie bars were cold, this was a biggie to the grabkids. Worst was very poor complimentary internet as a Hilton Member. I love the Hilton Garden Inns and make a point if staying at Hilton Garden Inns, but this rat... Read more

I initially was not coming to this Hilton Garden Hotel until 10/14 but because there was a Pacific Storm coming into coast I was staying in Cannon Beach, OR & since I am not from this area I got out quickly from the coast back to Portland. I happened to stop by small town & made phone call to Hilton Garden Hotel I spoke to gentleman Paris & told him of my plight & needed room earlier & he immediately told me I would have a room I was so thankful they had one available. I told him I had to drop o... Read more

Started with the front desk at check in, not very friendly. Didn't really seem interested in helping me check in. Only stayed there because I was waiting on friends to arrive from the airport. One of the higher priced hotels with no free breakfast or wi-fi unless you are a member. Had dinner in the restaurant down stairs, was good with a very polite sever. Out of my ten day trip all around Oregon this was the worst hotel. When leaving Oregon I made other arrangements at another hotel by the airp... Read more

The Hilton Garden Inn PDX is a nice hotel geared toward the business traveler. The checkin process was quick and painless. I used the Hilton app to check in and select a room in advance. The room was ready for me when I arrived, even though I arrived early. The location is very convenient to the PDX airport. I liked the room amenities: microwave, mini-fridge, lots of power ports on the desk, and a decent TV with lots of cable channels. The bed was comfortable, and the climate controls worked muc... Stayed here over the weekend for a family event. Very good for an airport hotel. Rooms are large with comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. Free bottles of water are available at the front desk. The lobby is light and spacious, with plenty of seating. Airport shuttle was fine. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at the hotel, excellent breakfast and service. The location is close to the airport, MAX train stations and in an easy location to come and go by automobile. A great place to have fun and feel very safe.

Nice hotel for a Wuxi just stay for early flight from PDX. It was a very convenient location and quite nice to have a hotel with a restaurant after traveling from a distance. Dinner was very enjoyable and they serve local Pinot moors for those Willamette Wine lovers like me

Not happy with my experience, I booked on points and was told I couldn't do any changes because of that and was treated poorly by numerous people at the hotel. Great food was the ONLY plus. they DO NOT let you park and take the shuttle and your vehicle to stay for free.

The Hilton Garden Inn is convenient to the airport and rental cars. The room was nice, but not so well-appointed as other Hilton properties. Buffet breakfast is not complimentary (9.95 per person), but staff was welcoming and offered additional choices. The desk staff were efficient and very pleasant.

Average. Room I stayed in smelled terrible and requested to be moved. Amenities such as hand soap was missing when I checked in. You have to pay for coffee in the lobby. The only thing that was complimentary was bottled water and internet. Coffee in room is Keurig.

As a multi-year Hilton Honors Diamond member, I have stayed at my share of "airport" properties. This particular property for some reason is extremely noisy. I had a room facing the street and I literally heard every car, truck, and motorcycle that went by all night long. You can also hear everything that happens in the room above you. While the location is great and the room was clean and comfortable, due to the noise, I would not stay there agin.

Our family has utilized this hotel numerous times over the past 5 years with great experiences. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. The general maintenance seemed to be declining; the toilet handle was broken, the door going outside the hotel didn't latch properly, our blow dryer didn't work and was replaced by one that didn't fit the wall hanger properly so it laid all over the counter for 2 days. The coffee/tea table in the lobby had a gross disposable dental floss tool on it f... Read more

spent my last night at the hilton garden inn near the airport. surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel. the service is excellent like all hilton hotels. the rooms are clean and well maintained. i was too tired from my trip to use the available gym and indoor swimming pool. the location was perfect --- its near the ikea and outlet --- about a $5 uber trip. the shuttle to the airport makes it easy to fly out in the morning. uber trip to downtown is about $18 one way. $6 uber to nearby rest... Another excellent stay for this frequent guest... personal attention as always is greatly appreciated.... the front desk remembered that I always request blankets and had them delivered without me having to ask... the waitress remembered that I have a favorite drink!!
