Very nice motel with comfortable beds. Motel sets on a hill not far from interstate, but noise was not a problem. Breakfast wasn't bad, but would have been better with bacon and sausage, maybe they just ran out.

With a Hampton, you expect a pretty generic place. However this one exceeded my expectations in many ways. It's location on a hill gives it a nice view across the valley. The staff was great and the quality of the free breakfast was better than expected. The hotel is any a quiet neighborhood with a few options for food very close. Even then Pendleton is not a big place, and you can be in the middle of town with a five minute drive.

We stopped here overnight, as we were passing through. I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn before, although I've stayed at several hotels in the same price range, and found that this one was about what I'd expect for the money. The staff were friendly and accommodating. This particular hotel was a little run down, and could use some updating. I did really like the humorous sayings throughout the hotel, such as "Oh, Snap!" next to a picture of sugar snap peas. That kind of thing really added t... Read more

Visited Pendleton to attend a funeral. The location was very easy for us to come / go. Friendly staff: we had a little drama at the end with a lost phone and the staff was very helpful. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. A solid, first rate stay at the Hampton.

The Hampton Inn's always provide a good value. This hotel seems light on staff at times, but is always clean and well maintained. People are friendly but from time to times absent or very busy at the front desk.

The consistent quality of the Hampton Inns is what brings us back. It is our "go to" chainā?¦..The facilities are always up to standard. The breakfasts are above average and the evening cookies are the frosting on the cake!

Just driving up to Seattle stopped when we became tired. Found this Hampton. Front desk was very helpful and gave me several room options. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast with plenty of space to eat. Exercise room is small but equipment is in good shape if you do not have to wait to get on the one and only eliptical.

Best hotel for the price in Pendleton. Close to downtown and have had many quiet nights of sleep. Super clean. Front desk staff can range from overly professional to completely droned out. No complaints. I'll continue to use this hotel when we in the area.

Staff was very professional. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The price was great. Continental breakfast was good. I'm extremely satisfied with the hotel and my experience. My only complaint is that when I made my reservation I booked two rooms. I would have like the availability of having an adjoining door in between the rooms.

The Pendleton Hampton Inn is a very good representation of what the Hampton brand does for travellers. It is clean and presentable, without being spectacular. It is welcoming, without being over-the-top friendly. It does a half-decent breakfast to get you going in the morning. It does not offer evening food, but it is easy to get into town. It is also close to the Interstate, with a convenient fuel stop at the junction. It's a safe bet if you're travelling through the Pendleton area withou... Read more

We stayed in a standard King-sized bed room; however, the room seemed spacious. The room attendants correctly put an upper sheet between the mattress and the duvet. We liked the long shower, in place of a bathtub. The set of shelves in the bathroom for the coffee maker and cups is clever. We think hotels that provide a proper soap dish - like this one - are a cut above all others. The cubby-shelving for the towels is efficient and looks good. The breakfast provided the usual range of products ... Read more

We tend to be hotel snobs with family members in the travel industry... This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was as clean and comfortable a location as one would expect to find in any larger city. Let's face it, there's not much, for long distances in this part of the country, which can lend itself to hotels "relaxing" in their standards. Hampton Inn in Pendleton was not guilty of this. I stay at a lot of Hiltons and a lot of Hamptons. I've been Diamond for 8 years and currently have over a million points. This Hampton does not meet the standard I would expect. Overall, the room is not bad but the shower is a mess. The door is broke and the shower is filthy. The bed did not have a top sheet.
