The staff is all very friendly and ensure that you have a trouble free stay. I would and do recommend the Homewood Suites in Medford to anyone traveling through or staying in the area.

My daughter has started her new life in the state and we came to get her situated. We stayed the night here and what a peaceful stay. The rooms were extremely clean and breakfast was awesome. Very easy to locate and close to the airport without hearing the planes. The view from my room was breathtaking. Will stay again if we're ever out west again.

We (Pennzoil Company-Shell Oil) have been sponsoring the Rogue Valley Youth for Christ golf tournament for over twenty-five (25) years, this is an excellent format for the community to rally around the church and help them with their many outreach programs. Recently I have been staying at the Homewood Suites, and the rooms are fabulous, clean and well maintained. My husband and I have been booking stays at Homewood Suites in Medford for several years now as we visit a family member in assisted living at the Rogue Valley Manor. It's location is perfect but most importantly is the comfort level of this hotel. The beds and bedding induce a restful nights sleep. The overall design of rooms and common areas are inviting and practical. We love Homewood and will seek out this hotel chain in our travels.

Homewood suites is a very beautiful motel. However had several problems. I called the motel 2 days ahead of time to book my specific room which is available to me through the Hilton Honors program. When I went to go check into the hotel they had no record of me requesting a specific room, nor had they taken any of my preferences that are listed through my Hilton Honors into consideration when booking my room. I had to be very cranky to get the correct room and the correct floor. There was also n... Read more

This was our third stay at Homewood Medford., It is comfortable and clean. The staff is very attentive. The desk clerk even brought a luggage cart around to the parking lot for us. Dinner at the close-by Black Bear Diner location was inexpensive, plentiful, good food with very good service. The Homewood breakfast was excellent as usual. We will stay here again.

Stayed here with a couple of my girls for a weekend away. Stayed in a suite with two Queens and a couch fold out. Everything was real clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was nicely upgraded with granite counter tops and our suite had a full kitchen! Lots of bang for your buck and very little freeway noise. Would definitely stay again!!!!

This was our second stay at Homewood Suites and it was very enjoyable. I couldn't fault the hotel. The suite was spacious and wonderful and we got to do laundry, which was an added bonus. The staff on check-in were great and all very friendly. I was a bit disappointed that there was no evening social hour, as it was the weekend, but there was a free breakfast which was nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again - the beds were very comfortable and the air-con worked a treat.

I didn't give this property a 5 star rating because there were a few glitches that shouldn't have happened, but the bottom line is that when any issue was brought to the attention of the staff, they immediately and graciously took care of it. We are all human and stuff sometimes goes sideways; what's important is to take ownership of errors and correct them. It doesn't get better than that. The room was lovely, large, and comfy. We stayed one night visiting friends. The Homewood template standardizes the room, layout, furniture, bathroom and air conditioning. They all look the same so in general we got what we paid for. 2 words of caution however. They say free hot breakfast. They had boiled eggs, a nasty looking egg mcmuffin looking ho dish, bread and cut melon. That was it. In my view it should not be advertised as a hot breakfast. No eggs, no meat. We arrived expecting an outstanding experience and stay. Accommodations were at best average as related to price. Stay on anything but fourth floor is likely going to provide for a restless night as lower rooms are noisy and children seem to run all night. A pet friendly hotel. There were two somewhat minor issues, one, the living area TV didn't work, and two, the bathroom sink basin drain could not be closed. So if you are tired, you don't have to drive out again to find some food. Also, there are some places to eat within walk distance. Traveling thru on vacation. The room and bathroom was very clean. The front desk staff was excellent both evening and morning. The only problem we had was the people upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants all night and started again early in the morning. If you ever stay here just request a top floor room. The breakfast bar was cold and the ladies staffing it wasn't friendly at all. We ask for coffee, all the food was almost completely empty. A jar for tips was out but we passed being the ser... We stayed in a King Suite and were very happy. We expected an oversize room, however when we entered, it was actually a two room suite. The bed and bathroom were in one room and the Living area and Kitchen were in the other room. There was a nice couch and chair in the living area. There were two televisions, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. It had a full size refrigerator, some glasses and dishes and silverware. It had a microwave, stove and dishwasher. I love staying at Homewood Suites. No matter what city we are in, I always look for them! Also, the attention and respect (and perks) they give rewards members is excellent. It's free and definitely worth signing up. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and have all the amenities you want!

Horrible management Behavior from the manager Leann, Flat out rude !! Raised her voice to my daughter when she asked if they were going to have cookies out today. She said we are not a bakery and to go down the street. Also as if that was not enough, She asked if we would leave early...I don't know if they have a lot of competition there in Medford , but that would never last were we are from. Will never stay there again...We could stay at Motel 6 and treated better !!!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff extremely friendly, breakfast way better than average. Excellent location for exploring the region and way less expensive than Ashland just a few minutes away. They even had a good choice of pillows! Highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at Homewood Suites during our visit to Medford, primarily because the popular bed and breakfast we stayed at was not available for Sunday reservations. While we would have preferred to remain at the BnB, we were pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean the rooms and facilities were at Homewood Suites. We were most impressed by the many amenities available within the rooms, truly living up to their name. We would gladly stay here again!

We normally stay at Hampton Inns but decided to try this property. We had a large studio and a well appointed accessible bathroom. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was a step up from the Hampton Inn breakfasts we are used to. The room was fairly well insulated so we had a good night's sleep. I would recommend and stay there again.

I was very happy when I ran into some of the staff I had met before and they recognized me and we had a little chit-chat. It is comforting to know there are still hotels out there where you can feel at home.

This would have been a five rating but for one issue. This is a classy hotel, the best at which we have stayed in Medford. Full kitchen, two tv's, great bed, and an excellent feeling for the property. The added benefit is that they provide complementary hors d'oeuvres in the evenings, Monday thru Thursday. Our only problem is that we could not understand why they would have provided a room that had a door panel kicked in the door into the bedroom. Someone was definitely not paying any attention ... One of the few Hilton properties in our range of travel that still has two smoking rooms and we applaud that. We have been Hilton Diamond since it started in 2004 but regret that, since most of our favorite hotels have gone non-smoking, we may soon switch to Best Western.

Stayed here on a stopover on a road trip. Was a little difficult to find, but once we got here it was like an oasis in the desert. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and had more than enough space. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were great. The whole suite was immaculately clean. Premium tv (HBO!), a nice pool for the kids, and the towels were super soft! Had to drive to find somewhere to eat though - as nothing much appeared close by. I'd definitely stay here again.

I recently spent four days at this hotel for business reasons. I had stayed here shortly after it opened, a year or so after that, and then recently had to return to Medford so I thought I would stay again. I come up to Medford every 2-3 months to visit parents at the Manor and always stay here. I tried a couple of places that were cheaper ($70-80/nt) and all three were gross (small rooms, not great furniture...) It's worth paying $20-30/nt more and having a CLEAN, spacious, functional room that is quiet and so close to the Manor. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Although this is a very beautiful lobby and friendly staff, the quality for the price is just not worth it. The room was run down and the floors were stained and filthy. I had a hard time feeling at "home." It was SO nice having a kitchen though, it gets old eating out all the time. The smell of marijauna infiltrates everywhere through that halls and into your room from other guests so that was distracting and off putting- its a nice hotel, not a dorm room.

It is easy to give an "excellent" review when all goes right, but what really matters is how the hotel and staff respond when things go wrong: I reserved a suite online, 4 months in advance, for three nights at Thanksgiving weekend. On arrival, the receptionist asked if we were aware we'd booked a smoking room. Oh NO, what an awful mistake! The receptionists and the manager were understanding and even apologetic at our plight, especially since they were completely booked for the entire weekend.... Read more

I have noticed a distinct and unfortunate decline in quality since it has been under new ownership/management. the carpets in our room were filthy, the bathroom sink was cracked, the internet was slow, some staff were great and some were useless and unconcerned, the breakfast was poorly managed and disgusting, no tea selection, very little fresh fruit, the jacuzzi chemicals leached the color unevenly from my daughter's bathing suit. Great staff and excellent service. Very nicely furnished, very clean with full kitchen including dishes, utensils and pots/pans. Lots of parking and close to major attractions/shopping in Medford. Only criticism and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the very stupid Hilton policy of charging for faster Internet service ($4.95 per day). It's 2016 and this policy dates from the kilobyte days when floppy disks were a big improvement over punch cards. Time to join the 21st century, Hilton!!!
