Spent a quick but fun 24 hours celebrating a friends birthday. Enjoyed business and pleasure shopping in And around 5th Street area. Had an amazing dinner at Marche. The waitress was quite helpful with our pairings of beverages to meal choices. We heard some live music and walked to and from our venue less than a mile away without any safety concerns. Upon return the Inn's staff provided us with greetings and a complimentary late evening snack. Comfy beds, beautiful bathroom and decor. Bo... Read more

I had never stayed at the Inn before so I didn't know what to expect. We were in town for a friends birthday and they picked the hotel. Boy was I impressed! Upon arrival valet quickly parked our car and offered us cold bottled water. Our room wasn't ready so we were offered a glass of complementary wine while we waited. We wandered around to a few little shops and when we came back our luggage had already been taken to our room. We checked in and headed up. The room was wonderful and cute! They ... Read more

Every person who works in this hotel is welcoming and friendly. The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated, and the beds are comfortable, the rooms spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by what a lovely hotel this is in the heart of Eugene. I would want to stay here no matter where it was located, but I appreciated how close it is to the university while still being within walking distance of great restaurants and cute shops. While the rooms were nice, this is definitely not a user friendly hotel for a business traveler. There was no overnight parking on-site. The hotel required your vehicle be taken by a valet to an offsite location for a $15.00 fee to cover overnight parking even though there was a huge empty parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. The Marche restaurant, which serves as the eating spot for the hotel,, is not open for breakfast until 8:00am. So, at 6:00am, I had to drive to downtown Eugene to ... Read more

My husband and I spent a delayed 35th anniversary at the Inn at 5th St. and enjoyed the stay very much. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Being within walking distance of the Market and other shopping venues was so nice. Most of all our stay at the Inn was relaxing and it allowed us to simply be a couple enjoying each other and our anniversary. Thank you all for the experience!

This hotel was cute. Roomy room with gas fireplace, free snacks in lobby (apples, small bag of pretzels, M&Ms, sodas, water) - and a glass of wine too. Right next to 5th Street Public Market which has some shops and several restaurants (hubby got coffee there and some breakfast pastries for us - since breakfast is not included with stay). Staff was very friendly on check-in and whenever we passed through lobby or went out in the front, staff said hello. A little spendy but we were treating ourse... Read more

The room service food excellent. The staff very professional and friendly. Car service was great. Really like the butler pantry for room service. Thought the rooms rather small and average for the price.

One of the best hotels and experiences I've had from beginning to end. Get a room with the fireplace and deck. Location is excellent with top class shopping, dining and wine bar right on location. All 5 Star for sure.

From the warm welcome from the Valet to the glass of wine from the Front Desk Staff and on to our immaculate room, our stay was perfect! Walking a few steps to a gourmet meal at Marche completed a very luxurious stay.

I'm the first one to look for a deal and my husband booked this hotel for me. I was tempted to go with a less expensive option but decided to try it. Really private and quiet. Service from the staff excellent and genuinely warm. Room was not large but perfectly fine and also luxurious. I've booked it again for my next trip looking forward to the excellent food at "Marche". Notably the hotel restaurant is a local favorite as evidenced by the patrons when I stayed there.
