Spent a quick but fun 24 hours celebrating a friends birthday. Enjoyed business and pleasure shopping in And around 5th Street area. Had an amazing dinner at Marche. The waitress was quite helpful with our pairings of beverages to meal choices. We heard some live music and walked to and from our venue less than a mile away without any safety concerns. Upon return the Inn's staff provided us with greetings and a complimentary late evening snack. Comfy beds, beautiful bathroom and decor. Bo... Read more

I had never stayed at the Inn before so I didn't know what to expect. We were in town for a friends birthday and they picked the hotel. Boy was I impressed! Upon arrival valet quickly parked our car and offered us cold bottled water. Our room wasn't ready so we were offered a glass of complementary wine while we waited. We wandered around to a few little shops and when we came back our luggage had already been taken to our room. We checked in and headed up. The room was wonderful and cute! They ... Read more

While bicycling across the US, my wife and I stayed at the Inn at the 5th. The bike was welcomed in our room, which is not always the case at such upscale hotels. The staff is great, the room was perfect and the location is excellent.

My husband and I enjoyed our 6 day stay at this hotel. The staff, the room and the overall ambiance were excellent. There are no negatives.....and we both highly recommend this property! A bonus is the restaurant marche, that is located within the same complex. It serves excellent, fresh, locally sourced food.

Every person who works in this hotel is welcoming and friendly. The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated, and the beds are comfortable, the rooms spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by what a lovely hotel this is in the heart of Eugene. I would want to stay here no matter where it was located, but I appreciated how close it is to the university while still being within walking distance of great restaurants and cute shops. I loved the butler pantry room service, and would recommend tryi... Read more

Loved the giant shower and the "aquarium" behind the bed. Didn't have to walk more than a block for more excellent food venues. We'll look forward to another stay here. Would like a room with a little better view than 321 next time.

While the rooms were nice, this is definitely not a user friendly hotel for a business traveler. There was no overnight parking on-site. The hotel required your vehicle be taken by a valet to an offsite location for a $15.00 fee to cover overnight parking even though there was a huge empty parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. The Marche restaurant, which serves as the eating spot for the hotel,, is not open for breakfast until 8:00am. So, at 6:00am, I had to drive to downtown Eugene to ... Read more

Inn at the 5th in Eugene was fantastic. Excellent service, super friendly and helpful staff, great location, nice, big rooms. Everything about it was five stars. It is a small boutique hotel next to shopping and eating and very easily accessible from the highway. The staff was incredible - probably some of the nicest hotel staff we've every experienced while traveling. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

My daughter and I just returned from a trip to Oregon where we had the pleasure of staying at Inn at the 5th. As we drove into the entrance we were met by Bradlee who helped us with our luggage, showed us where to check in, and assured us he would take good care of our car. As we entered the Inn with its modern French décor, we were greeted by a friendly woman who checked us in, guided us to the elevator, and pointed out the complimentary mini bar stocked with sodas, water, local beers, Pirat... Our family of 5 was driving back from a road trip and made a last-minute one-night stop in Eugene. Based on the TripAdvisor reviews, we decided to stay at the Inn at the 5th. It definitely lived up to its reputation. It is a wonderful small boutique hotel within a small outdoor mall. The service was impeccable and the room was awesome. I had the chance to stay at the Inn at the 5th during the first two days of the Rio Olympic Track and Field trials...certainly an incredibly busy time. I cannot compliment the staff enough for making us feel as if we were the only guests there despite it all. The staff quickly got to know me and my son so that even when we called for the free shuttle, they remembered how many in our party and where we needed to go. Lovely, nice hotel with spacious, modern room and surprisingly good room service (had breakfast as well as dinner). Don't expect a view of anything better than a parking lot, but other than that, the service was great; the room was quiet; and the location is super convenient to the University of Oregon.

It is a pleasure to stay at Inn at Fifth since it is one of the nicest hotels when you are driving from SF to Port Angeles along Interstate 5 and want to stop on the way. It is easy to Find off the freeway. Parking is easy with valet parking. The hotel is very dog friendly; they provide a large dog bed and dog food bowls (the pet fee is $55). Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The restaurant next door has good food and there is also a gourmet 'food hall' with all kinds of prepar... Read more

We enjoyed a lovely time at the Inn this past weekend and took advantage of the hotel's shuttle service to drop us off for a concert at nearby Matthew Knight Arena. They also picked us up, right in front of the venue - SO very convenient, and appreciated at nearly 11:00 at night! We also enjoyed all our meals at Marche. There was no reason to venture off-property with such a lovely restaurant right there.

The Inn at the 5th was close enough to walk or ride one of their complimentary bicycles back and forth to campus, downtown, and Autzen Stadium (no need to rent a car). The only thing the hotel could have done better is: Build the valet parking into their rate (hate the add ons) Clean the terraces better, ours was filled with cobwebs everywhere.
