I was disappointed in this stay. DID not care for the location, and the room was not great. The staff was dismissive and rude. The breakfast was grose and not appetiizing at all. I did not feel safe at this hotel. I will not stay at this Hampton again.

Great customer service! Jesse at the front desk has excellent customer service skills. All of the staff I have encountered are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Check in and check out is easy to navigate. The continental breakfast offers a wide range of options and is kept stocked and clean.

We travelled to Eugene with everyone in tow for our daughter's college graduation the first week of May. The Hampton Inn was the perfect location from the school, has an indoor pool which my younger son loved, workout room which accommodated my husband and a great breakfast every morning! Front desk staff greeted us every time we left or entered the property which was very nice. They also have a variety of coffees, teas and water with orange slices available all day long. I used my Hilton Honors... Read more

Not only did we pay $100 over the normal one night stay because there was a track meet going on at U of O but the power went off 2 times while we were there. The check in personnel was not friendly and had a chip on their shoulder. The gym smelled like there had been a skunk living there and the pool was not clean at all. I do have to say that the rooms were clean and we didn't run into any issue with the room outside of the power going out and having to walk down and up 4 flight of stairs. We a... Read more

My girlfriend and I were in town visiting friends, and stayed here for a couple Of nights. The service was slow and check in took forever, but otherwise it was the perfect stay. Clean rooms, good shower pressure, and soft comfortable beds. The wifi was exceptionally fast, and the climate control was exquisite. If you can handle the very slow service i'd recommend it

Hotel has suites, gives "continental breakfast" with make your own waffles. Water bottles and welcome snacks are provided at check in. Staff extremely helpful. No restaurant, but close to many fast food outlets.

Hampton Inn in Eugene Oregon was perfect. Comfort, cleanliness, great "free" breakfast, computers to check email, coffee and water with orange slices and fresh baked cookies! HELLO "fresh baked cookies". WOW, WOW, can't say enough about my experience. The price is right and the staff was great. Yep, we going back when we visit our daughter!

I've only stayed at a couple of Hampton Inns, and I believe they were before they became affiliated with Hilton. Our stay was excellent. Wonderful staff, fresh baked cookies on arrival (and available until 11 pm). Nicely decorated lobby and room. Room was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. Our request for top floor and being away from the elevator were accommodated. I would absolutely stay here again. Room was nice and quiet.

We were not familiar with Eugene, OR, so we didn't want to take a chance on a budget hotel for our two night stay. There were two elevators, but only one was working and there was no personnel working on the broken one. We carried our long tandem bicycle to our room, but if anyone else was waiting, we let them go on the elevator since there was only room for my wife and me with the bike. This required up to four elevator waits (10 or more minutes each) with the single working elevator. Also, par... Read more

This is the best place to stay in Eugene, as far from the dumpy, pot laden downtown or as I call it, Pottown. Disgusting. Stoned kids all around the central park area and all around the town. I used to enjoy Eugene. Not any more. So stay at the Hampton and get out of the smoke.

It wasn't my best experience as a hotel guest and it wasn't my worst. For the price of this room for one night, I was expecting a rather posh or elegant room. It was mediocre at best. The location is a bit of a stretch from the cultural happenings of the area. Don't blink or you'll miss it. It is tucked into a lot between other businesses. From a distance I could see an undefined taller building behind some businesses and that alerted me that it might be the hotel. As you get to the front of the... Read more

It was just a one night stay on our way up north, but it was restful and comfortable. The front desk person suggested a few dinner places that were great. The location is farther from Hywy 5 than I wanted, but not too far.

The Hampton Inn provides rooms that are exceptionally clean, including freshly washed duvet covers. The mattresses are high quality and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, well-organized and include wi-fi, telephone and a charging station. The construction uses enough sound-proofing to minimize the noise of your neighbors. It's a pleasure to stay in such a well-managed establishment.

I stayed at this property the other night while on business. Having stayed at many Hampton Inns I was happy to see the familiar features offered, comfortable beds, modern décor and friendly, helpful service. The only minor knock that I would have is that this is an older property that has been updated, however it feels slightly cramped. The breakfast area the morning I was there ran efficient but it was pretty crowded....All in all though, its a great place to stay and I'll be back in the fu... Read more

Well I had a business meeting that had to be in Eugene Oregon so had to stay at this hotel. They jacked-up the rate a lot do to some sporting event that was a few days away from my stay. The city and county charge an absurd amount of taxes thinking they can just gouge the visitor. So be prepared to pay way too much for this place in a city that sucks. Oh and they shut off the water for a few hours too.

Good easy stay. Check in, room decent, no problems, breakfast good. Nothing over the top to speak about. Check in was fine, no check out. Fitness room was small but did the job. The best part was maybe breakfast but was not thrilled that ice machine was only on 2 of 4 levels.

The location is off the beaten path for Eugene (not close to UO Campus or Autzen Stadium) but it is more affordable priced. This hotel is right up there with others in the Hampton Inn chain. The room had the basics, was clean and comfortable. A/C worked well, TV was good and mini-fridge was nice. Bathroom was large (may have been handicap accessible) but shampoo was small for two to share. Free breakfast was typical, nothing to worker home about but there was plenty of hot food available. Check in was efficient, though less-than-friendly. Perhaps the staff had end-of-the-day fatigue, but as an arriving exhausted traveler, a little bit of spark or even a "glad you are here tonight" would have gone a long way. Parking was easy. The welcoming refreshments at this Hampton Inn were very disappointing. Not much and low quality. My room was spacious. They had DISH TV at this hotel with loads of channels which is nice when you want to veg out. The room and the tub were very clean,... Read more

It was a great hotel with plenty of room for my other family members and I to hang out in the lobby area to eat Pizza Hut and play cards with some adult beverages. My best friend and I hung out with my Aunt and Uncle down in the lobby after breakfast for 2 or more hours. It was amazing and I have never hung out that long in a hotel lobby area. Try it you may just like it. The chocolate chip cookies aren't to bad either.

This hotel was very clean, and very nice. But not worth 233.00 a night. That is my only complaint. Breakfast was great and so was the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean. I would shop around next time only because of the price.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Crater Lake NP. I like the Hampton Inns as they offer a self-service breakfast included in their price. They also always have free coffee available at any time of the evening! Our room was clean and comfortable. The University of Oregon is less than 10 minutes away by car. We visited the beautiful campus after we checked out.

We had traveled for 8 hours and were very tired, but were met with lovely accommodations. The greeting was friendly and warm with helpful tips. I always try to stay at Hampton/Hilton motels. the only down side was that this particular one was off the highway quite a ways and we had to wind through the area to get to it.

I had an overnight stay and needed something not too far from the airport. This Hampton is about 15 minutes away without much traffic which was ok. The hotel itself is basically like any Hampton. The room was clean and there were no issues. The front desk staff was friendly. Lots of road construction out in front of the hotel that could make it difficult getting in and out of the parking lot during high traffic times. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

This is an older Hampton Inn location. Some renovations done inside with nice wide hallways. The breakfast area has been updated as well. The rooms are average and are in need of updating. The fitness area is way too small and the their only treadmill is out of service. The actual area has many homeless nearby and graffiti all over the sidewalks as the hotel is on the Fern Ridge Trail. Overall, middle of the road.

We choose Hampton Inns when possible and this one is close to the airport. It was very nice to have a to-go breakfast bag available when we left the hotel at 4:00 a.m.. They don't have a shuttle running that early but it was a quick and easy hit to return the rental car at the airport.
