Friendliest people! Never been to Oregon before, traveled on business. Most welcoming staff ever! We travel often, and always stay at the Hampton. This stay provided all the expectations of a Hampton, and then some! We will certainly be back.

The "complimentary" breakfast was awful, bananas were overripe, black in fact. The waffles/whatever they were were hard as rocks. Not a good thing. The rooms were in dire need of redoing, according to the desk clerk they were redoing them all, she apologized after the fact for the not so nice rooms. We did not even mention our dissatisfaction she volunteered the apology. Why be honest when you check in that the place is being renovated and make sure the rest of the experience is a good one.

We booked our stay online for five people - two beds. We are used to staying at Hampton Inns due to their spacious rooms. This hotel is not your typical Hampton Inn. It is too small - we were cramped in our room, and when we inquired about the fifth person we were able to book online, the staff shared that the fifth person is considered an infant. A roll away is unavailable for the room due to fire marshal restrictions, which when seeing the room, makes sense. The bathroom is all tiny, with... Read more

Celebrated our wedding over Memorial Day weekend! The general manager and staff was absolutely amazing. But there was some renovations happening so that kind of sucked ( no working hot tub) but overall great clean rooms And staff! A little lacking in space and amenities for how much it was a night but it was the cheapest place over a holiday weekend that wasn't a slum! Would come again if I had to be in that area of town.

We had a great time and everyone at the hotel worked hard to make it so. We were missing coat hangers and the head housekeeper delivered them almost at once. The food was really great as always but don't wait til the last minute to get down there. It is very popular

The Hotel was in the area of where we were attending a wedding. Booked about 10 rooms, all for 3 nights. Were not happy with rooms that had no closets or storage for clothes. Hotel in middle on remodel but we were not notified of this. The remodel is definately needed.

I have stayed here many times. It's perfect for our needs. The breakfast service is very good and the hrs of service (6 to 10 am are quite generous compared to other places. The staff is very helpful. It's not super-fancy, but it's very nice. I will stay there whenever I'm in town. They strive to upgrade to stay up with the market. They're like family to us.

This is the #1 hotel in Clackamas on Tripadvisor. That's not saying much for Clackamas. The hotel is under a renovation but not near completion. Even after the reno the footprint of the rooms won't change and they are super small. So the good things. The breakfast was slightly better than a normal Hampton but still resembled the normal.
