We enjoyed our stay. Clerk was friendly and very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was good and the towels were plush. Had necessary amenities. Internet was a little slow. Location was convenient. I would stay here again and I'd recommend it.

We were looking for a stop over on our way to Montana and the evening clerk was very helpful. We only had a short stay, but found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was light and fresh.

Do not expect the Ritz, but it is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The indoor pool and hot tub looked inviting, but I was too tired to try them out. The front desk clerk was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was limited, but of course, for the price one should not expect a full meal. I was satisfied. I would stay here again when staying in Burns.

Burns is one of those places you don't go for fine hotels/motels or the food - having said that the nearby birding, in and out of Malheur NWR is some of the best in the US. So for that reason you need to stay and eat in Burns. (Your other option is 60 miles away in Frenchglen - that's another review.) The America's Best is always clean, free WIFI (pretty fast), and quiet. Located on the main highway 20 coming into town it is close (.5-2 miles) to the smattering of restaurants in the downtown inc... Read more

Stayed 2 nights in Burns as part of our motorcycle vacation. Wanted a base for some riding in this part of the state. Quite reasonable prices, nice pool room with hot tub and a comfy bed to boot! Love the set up. Park outside the room, and on opposite side is a door to hallway for the pool. Fridges actually work too well, it froze everything if not on bottom shelf :)

We booked in here on our way to Montana. It is a really great hotel for the cost. We had a twin queen room with a good sized bathroom and plenty of space , including a table and two chairs. The breakfast was ok if you liked sweet things, but there was enough for all tastes. The people behind the counter were charming and helpful, if I was ever that way again that's where I would stay

Easy access and exit to and from the property. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and roomy. Even though close to the street they are not noisy. Staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. Standard continental breakfast.

We stopped at this hotel after driving all day. All the other hotels we had checked were sold out and we were referred here. I had three children with me and my aging mother. The owner quickly booked us into a double queen room for the night. Price was decent and the room was cozy. In the actual room it was clean and well kept. Breakfast was enough for us and the indoor heated pool was perfect to get the kids' energy out before another long day of travel.

I stayed in Burns because it was the the midpoint on my motorcycle ride from Winnemucca to Walla Walla. That long ride was characterized by no gas stations, no cell phone service, and no decent motels. I knew going in that it wasn't going to be a great lodging experience. The queen bed room was small, dated, and felt dirty. The lady who checked me in charged me the full rate for the room instead of the CSAA rate that was confirmed when I made the online reservation. I simply spent the night... Read more

This was a rest stop for a longer trip. The staff was courteous, accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend this hotel! There is a pool and hot tub available, although we didn't use them. Continental breakfast was provided and hit the spot.

This is a relatively small motel where we spent the night on our way home after an 8-hour drive. Our room on the second floor had a private balcony, refrigerator / microwave, coffee service. Air conditioner and fan worked well. Staff was easy to work with. Typical motel breakfast: cold cereal, English muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee (my wife pointed out that eggs showed up later); with three tables, twelve chairs, for sitting down.

The rooms were clean and had a microwave and fridge. We got in late so these features mattered because we could make a late dinner in the room (there is a Safeway supermarket on the way to the hotel that is open until 11pm). The place has an indoor pool and hot tub that looked clean as well, though we got in too late to take a swim. There is a small balcony for each room, which was a nice bonus in July when the weather was warm enough at night to sit on the balcony. The Continental breakfast is ... Read more

Clean and comfortable. That's all we needed and that's what we got. We had a bottom floor room which had two doors--one to the outside, and one to an inside hall so we had access to the pool. Hadn't ever seen that, but it was nice. The service was friendly and check in was quick and easy.

One of the best ABVI I have been to especially for such a small town! Very clean and friendly staff! They have actually invested in special boxes in the room to clean the dirty Burns air. Recommend to anyone! Better than any other hotel in the area and it's very central to both Hines and Burns. If you traveling though make sure to stay here.

Burns was booked up for some reason, but we got the last room in this motel. The host was very nice and accommodating--making doubly sure we weren't smokers. I appreciate that--cuz there is nothing worse than a smokey room. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was a little lite, but overall this was excellent value for the money.

This was by far the most comfortable bed and pillows we had had on our two week trip. The room was very nice and well cleaned. The woman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We went across the street for pizza that was great!

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was just right! They were able to give us a ground floor room so my husband's bad knees didn't have to go downstairs! After a 10 hour drive his knee was painful so the manager gave us a huge zip lock bag for ice and an extra towel for heat. She seems to be the kind of person who tries to go the extra mile for all of her guests. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Ok enough hotel. Stay there when on business in town. Clean is room, nothing fancy. Choices are limited in Burns. This would be 1st choice. Never had time to try any amenities they offer. Easy to find. Big parking lot if pulling trailers or boats.

Was a bit skeptical at first, but this turned out to be great. The pool and spa was very clean. Our room was quiet, clean and comfy. There is a guest washer and dryer that wasn't too expensive. The have the usual soaps, shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, iron and coffee in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff and great pizza salad bar across the street. Nice jacuzzi pool and good towels. It's a quiet good area in Burns and the breakfast is very basic. I couldn't find the hot water for the hot chocolate. Fed a value motel but a great night sleep, bed and pillow super comfy!

Stayed here one night on our way home from the coast. Was clean quiet and it was full on a week night. Make reservations if you expect to stay here. Very friendly staff very helpful. Nice pool was warm and relaxing. We will stay again.....

Checking in late was not an issue. Front desk was friendly an efficient. Room was clean. Bed slept well. Location is convenient but still quiet. Oversize parking could be better and better lit. Pricing was fair for what I needed.

This is a basic motel with clean facilities and a fair price. Nothing is fancy here or really noteworthy other than you get a fair deal. The woman at the front desk is pleasant and congenial. The facilities are on the main street through town but the room was quiet and we all slept well. Don't be afraid to book here.

I stay at Burns occasionally when I'm traveling between Boise and Ashland. This is the first time I've stayed here and it worked out really well. First I accidentally booked the wrong night (me being stupid) and the lady took care of it without any fuss - luckily they had room. The room itself was fine, comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was no frills but filled me up. They also had a balcony on the 2nd floor - didn't overlook anything but I always like sitting out side sipping... Read more

It's a standard motel. Cheap laundry machines, nice pool and hot tub. Room was spacious with a balcony on the 2nd floor. View into the distance on clear days, which is just about all of them. Bed was comfortable, room and building were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Safe area, convenient location. We were in the back of the building and it was very quiet. Only downside was spotty internet service, which seemed to affect the entire building, including the front desk. May have been a regio... Read more

Great price!! Very nice clean room, the gal at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I love the fact that they have 2 doors... one goes directly out to the parking lot while the other takes you inside. Great way to stay out of the weather for those midnight ice runs.
