DoubleTree has done an excellent job in remodeling this hotel which includes a lovely coffee bar in the lobby area. We found our hotel room to be clean, roomy and relaxing. The location is absolutely the best, as you one staircase away from downtown Bend.

Food and sightseeing great outside of hotel, all in walking distance. Beautiful scenery everywhere. Lots to do in Bend Oregon. Staff works hard to make your stay wonderful. The room was clean and well kept. Extra towels available in room without asking. Quiet at night and not that noisy during the day for a nap after hiking and eating great food.

We were pleasantly surprised by the updated room, accomodating front desk staff, and excellent breakfast. We told friends who live in the area that it was the best hotel buffet breakfast we have ever had. The location is ideal - an easy walk to downtown Bend. It is also a very convenient drive to other amenities in Bend: parks, walking trails, and golf courses.

Our stay was quite pleasant. Three night stay. Every one of the staff, most of all Kenny at check in was fantastic. Overall, clean and well taken care of facility. Some noise on rooms facing the street; better soundproofing needed. Facility needs some upgrading; shower floor had large repair patch and some concrete coming up in pool area.

Great place for walking, shopping salons and dining. Hotel staff professional and pleasant. Rooms were pleasant but not too upscale. Stayed in family suite which offered more space for the 6 of us. Nice breakfast which we got complimentary but would not be worth the $10 they ask from most.

For my first ever trip to the States, I certainly landed lucky with this choice of hotel. Nice friendly and very helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room and a good choice offered at the buffet breakfast. The fresh fruit salad was something I really enjoyed and was obviously made fresh every day. This place only lacks in a couple of points - healthier choices on the limited menu they do offer for evening food. As far as the hotel goes it was great. Nice room, fantastic location and pool/hot tub. All rad. However, something I think they should make way more clear is the parking. We left for a little dinner and when we came back the whole lower lot was full. Some kind of convention was happening during our stay. We parked just up above where the stairs lead down to the hotel entrance. We walked everywhere the next day. Then we got in the car the following day and had 4 parking tickets all needing to be ... This hotel was over-the-too GREAT when it comes to a service-oriented, friendly staff. To the person I was impressed with the enthusiasm and dedication to going far beyond my expectations. I experience 2-3 hotels per month for work travel...and Bend, OR Doubletree people truly blew me away! Take advantage of the incredible location...walk to the Lot for food trucks, wander the lively downtown, and ride one of the bikes in the lobby to a great restaurant or tap room!

A quick overnight stay. Room was a generous size, clean. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly & welcoming. Breakfast buffet was quite substantial and very tasty. It's not like going to a "breakfast" cafe, but it's certainly sufficient to get you on the road. Just blocks away from Drake Park on the river. And if you like to walk, it was a beautiful walk along the river to the Old Mill district.

Nice property but the need to nickle and fine you for everything is insane. Breakfast was not included nor is wifi. It's the year 2016, you get more amenities in 3rd world countries. As for our room it was good minus the dirty tub.

Hotel overall was good. Breakfast had a variety of food. Staff were very friendly. Location was great and was near many places we wanted to go. Hotel was quiet and we were able to sleep well. Would come back again.

We have stayed with the Doubletree in Bend, Oregon on one additional occasion and stayed again because of the quality of the previous visit. We were equally happy with this experience for comfort, quality, and courtesy of the staff. Wonderful location right on the edge of the city center, within walking distance of shopping and excellent restaurants.

Check in was a breeze using the online check in. Staff was very pleasant. We were within walking distance of many restaurants including the Deschutes Brewery & restaurant which was the reason we went to Bend during winter. The room was clean and quiet.

We spent 8 nights at this hotel. We enjoyed everything. We had the King Suite with the hot tub and fireplace. Room was very spacious with a nice Kitchenette. I would recommend this hotel. Our granddaughter came and spent three days and having the extra sitting room worked out perfect.
