The hotel was pretty clean, especially for the price range. Everything looked fairy new and remodeled which was nice. The walls were pretty thin, especially the ones between the bathroom and main room and outside and the main room. You park right in front of your room, so if people are coming and going in the middle of the night it can get pretty noisy. We were kind of hoping to use the outdoor pool since it was sunny, but it wasn't filled (we should have called to check), and after arriving the... Read more

The sleep was very comfortable, but sound proofing wasn't well done, noise from the outside was quite disturbing. The checkout time was earlier than the others, request us to checkout at 1100hrs. For this reason I probably will not come back again.

I had to stay in Bend for two weeks for medical treatment so I was looking for something VERY affordable. My luck in finding an available room for under $90 during Spring Break was unbelievable. This little motel is excellent in many ways. It is close to everything and easy to access, even during high traffic times. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and upgraded with high end finishes as well as decorated delightfully, as if I was at home. The owners and staff are also very friendly and hel... Read more

We checked in and got into the room and it was set up and designed so cute! Loved the entire room! The manager/owner was super nice. My only complain was the bed. It was harder than a rock, I might have slept better on the floor.

We decided to stay here since price was right. Hotel was very clean and nice, room smelt clean and the manager was very friendly. Unfortunately the only bad thing is they need to invest in better beds....after sleeping in it two nights my back and body was absolutely killing me.....would love to stay here again but I don't know if my body could handle it again.... .and I never have problems with my back....bed was harder than floor.

Generally all I want from a motel is a place I can sleep. This place is around a whole cluster of similar motels and this one happened to be cheapest when I looked up the prices. The rooms was comfortable and clean. Had a microwave. Bathroom was fine with good shower pressure. No noise at all. For what I wanted - it fit the bill perfectly. Will stay here again.

The room was very clean. It was spacious, and it had a nice kitchenette. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The parking was satisfactory, and the pool was clean. The only disadvantage was there were no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

On a long drive and Bend Oregon was our half way spot. Always looked on TA and found Cascade Lodge. Price was right. So easy to book on TA. The guy at desk was awesome. The room ok but would not go back. Things were OFF. Like no closet, I mean absolutely no where to hang a coat. The rug and bedspread was red and could not be cleaned between guests. The walls so thin that at one point I sat up and screamed (about 2 am) sounded like someone was breaking in our room. It was room next door unlocking... Read more

Upon arrival I booked for 2 nights with a woman at the front desk- she was a bit snipy but everyone can have a bad day. Went to my room - bed not made- trash in the room, went back a man was at the front desk- gave me the key to another room - no inside lock on the door - only ones that can open with a key from outside. Wend back - snipy woman there again - tells me that I need a 5 star hotel if I want a private lock. She refuses to give me my money back - the man said he would, but she became ... Read more

We stayed here three nights with our daughter and grandchildren. Asked for rooms next to each other. It didn't happen but Bobby the front office person offered my daughter her choice of all the vacant rooms and offered to move her the next day. When she & I were at the pool another employee gave each of us a bottle of water. This is an older motor court that they have done their best to modernize. It is reasonably priced. It seemed clean. There are things I would've done differently but o... Read more

This is a very nice and affordable motel. Our room was clean and it appears that the rooms have been remodeled not too long ago. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was behind the swimming pool and was very quiet. We will definitely plan to stay here the next time we are in Bend Oregon.

We liked everything. This was one of the best motels during our trip. Room was big, good equipped and very comfortable. Walmart and restaurant were close. There was also pool but we didn`t use that. We liked to stay longer.

This is a cute hotel done in bright cheery colors. It is comfortable and easily accessible. No breakfast amenity but the proprietors are friendly and helpful and the room was inviting. The only issue was a large crack between door and jam let in air and light from outside and toilet was wobbly buy everything was adequate. We would definitely stay here again.

We called in to Cascade Motel without a booking which is always risky. The lady who greeted us at reception was friendly and invited us to see the room before we committed, assuring us it was a very nice room. It was clean comfortable and looked exactly like pictures we had seen online. They also have a lovely swimming pool. Which was a welcome addition as two even get was very warm.

The room is beautiful with coordinated bed and bath linens and accessories. The lovely red rose accents on comforter and matching shower curtain make this place homey and welcoming. Coordinated china (!) coffee cups and real glasses for water or other adult beverages. An added bonus: 1.5 miles from the Bend Outlet Mall! Highly recommend staying at the Cascade Lodge.

Spent two nights in the area and found the lodge to be clean and well furnished. It was a great spot to tour the area and the staff was very nice. We would come back again for both the location and the great pubs and restaurants in the area. You ca almost see Sisters Mountains from here.

I wanted a clean place with a comfortable bed and the Cascade Lodge provided that. This is an older motel but the room was clean and the furnishings were in good shape. The room had a microwave, small 4 cup coffee maker, and mini-fridge and all worked well. There was plenty of hot water for showers. You can park directly in front of your room which makes loading and unloading very convenient, The AC/heater was loud but worked well. The fan noise was constant so it was like a white noise tha... Rooms contain fridge and microwave---along with a large bathroom. Easy access to major highways as well as downtown. Craft breweries are numerous

This was a very clean and updated room. The ice maker was broken and the office was unfriendly and only gave a half bucket a day. Otherwise it is located close to a nice mall and the Mill district. The outside is typical of a 50's style hotel. All one floor. It was also a great value. Bend is fantastic and we loved touring the Deschute's Beer factory. We heard the Segway city tour was awesome but ran out of time after visiting Newbury!

While on a roadtrip vacation we spent a night and wished we could have spent a few more. The rooms were nicely appointed and very spacious. Beds were comfortable and the room was well the price was a bargain. On a 9 day road trip in which we stayed at a different hotel every night this was our favorite hotel.

This is an older property, but it was nicely kept and clean. It had to be marked down for one bizarre reason, though-the pillows. I have never encountered pillows that were so hard in my entire life. They must have been petrified because there was was no give to them at all.. We had to resort to using the decorative pillows which at least gave us something to rest our heads upon. Besides that, the room served our purposes. Also, the wifi was pretty spotty.

Stayed in one of the freshly remodeled rooms. Very cute, roomy, and clean. Two queen size beds with a small sitting area. Was in the back of the complex and it was quiet. Moderate walk to the downtown area, so we were able to park the car and explore.

Traveling alone with my daughter on this trip we wanted to find a motel where we felt safe. The headshot photo of the man on the establishment photos was a little weird, but we took a chance. (Note: maybe delete that photo since it might scare women traveling along or with kids away.) Loved this friendly little motel. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. There is a Dutch Bros coffee shop kitty corner at the intersection close to the hotel. The motel was within minutes of our favorite eating spot and idyllic views. We like Bend OR.

We spent three nights at the Cascade Lodge visiting family. The grounds were kept in beautiful shape and all facilities were well cared for. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The bathroom was large and featured real tile (with a 50s kind of vibe), a good shower, and nice appointments (including good towels). My eyes started burning as soon as I walked into the room. I have had chemical sensitivities before in a hotel which landed me in the emergency room with severe asthma. There was no way I could have stayed in this room. The owner's son oddly did not smell a thing, and just kept trying to say the room was fine! Even my teenage son did not want to risk staying in the room. We literally just were in the room for maybe 3 minutes and our eyes were burning. They refused to give us a refund on our card... We booked to stay at Cascade Lodge through back in January. Turn up after a long day hiking to be told there is a problem and we can't stay. Owner takes us to his sister hotel next door, proceeds to overcharge us for a terrible room, bath peeling, long hair everywhere. Unfortunately we were to tired to argue but never again!!! If you don't want to be ripped off and risk being put in a below par motel avoid this one.

We picked this place because it was one of the few at a reasonable price in Bend that is set back from the road. As we hoped, it was relatively quiet. The most pleasant surprise is that it was the most environmentally conscious lodging that we stayed at while travelling through Oregon. They have real - instead of plastic - glasses, and ceramic cups in the rooms. That reduces waste. And they have warm bed covers (blanket & and a comforter) which reduces energy use.

I was wonderfully surprised with Cascade Lodge. When you pull into the parking lot, you see beautifully manicured grounds, buildings that were clean and neat, and an inviting pool area. Front desk person very pleasant. I was given a room on the end of one of the buildings and it was wonderful! This 'motel' was 1/2 the price of other Bend motels - very clean and the owners friendly and helpful. The room has a refrigerator with a glass front door - such a good idea for those of us who can forget things we have put into the refrig. No breakfast but coffee in the room - and lots of places nearby to eat.
