Really nice property, high ceilings, roomy, premium breakfast buffet, professional staff, and clean. But for the price tag of over two hundred and fifty dollars a night, I was surprised that my room had not been cleaned even though I was out of the room from 7am until 1:30pm. After that we had to use the room until late afternoon and didn't want the maid to come in and clean and vacuum around us (so we put out DND sign and went without). Otherwise I was impressed with everything else about the p... Read more

This hotel is close enough to attractions to be convenient, and it's tucked away from highway 26, so it's quiet. The staff really were so friendly and cheerful. I'd stay here again, for sure. The rooms were very clean, with plenty of outlets, too.

The hotel is like new and clean. Very good buffet breakfast each morning with omelettes made to order. I had requested late checkout and it was accommodated which Inwas pleased with since I had an early evening flight on my last day. The staff seemed very nice and the hotel is a 5 minute drive away from good dining options.

Very modern Embassy Suites. Clean, comfortable. One of the better ones that I've stayed in. Good staff. No diamond club parking spaces...would've been helpful. Forgot to acknowledge that I'm a Diamond Club member. Why's that important? It means that I've spent a lot of days and evenings in this chain and I'd like to be recognized for it. Other than those minor points...this is an excellent hotel.

Our family stayed here one night after a visit to Portland. It was about 15 minutes out of town but worth it. It was a very clean and modern hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was great with made to order omelettes, fruit, cereal, pastries, etc. The location was close to the highway and several restaurants. We were very happy with our stay.

Due to a flood in our home, our insurance company agreed to cover the cost of a nearby hotel for 2 nights. We live 10 minutes from this Embassy Suites location, and having never needed a hotel in this area, we were thrilled with the location, staff and our room! We recommend to anyone...solo, couple, family, business or leisure.

My wife and I were touring Oregon wineries and selected the hotel based on location and ratings. We were not disappointed. The room was clean, new, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very dark (we slept in). The free breakfast was also outstanding and better than most other restaurants.

I had reservations made via our company travel agent, Confirmation# 86342130. My flights to Oregon had one cancellation and two delays, meaning I did not arrive until nearly 2300. I was very tired. I went to check-in and the clerks at the front desk said my reservation had been cancelled. I asked about my confirmation and they said it had been cancelled. Had a great week-long stay at Embassy Suites Hillsboro, Oregon. Super convenient and new. Breakfast at regular Hilton or Conrad level. Suites are extremely roomy and smart. General Manager Mr. Sanders extremely diligent, intelligent and courtesy. That trickled down to all the staff at hotel. Pool big enough for my kid and her friends to play in. We have been Hilton Honors members for over 20 years and have had good experiences at Embassy. The hotel a fairly new so we were excited to stay. We were met by a strong chlorine smell when we entered the lobby which was very cold both in temp and decor. Our room was freezing!!!! I had to call the desk to figure out how to adjust the temp. Nice staff, they tried hard but not enough folks to manage this big nice hotel. We tried to check in early as we had a wedding 90 minutes prior to the 3:00 p.m. check in, they couldn't pull it off. Looks like they don't have near enough folks to care for the property and they seemed to be at best half full, plenty of oom in the parking lot. Beautiful rooms, kind of nonexistent staff.

My family enjoyed their experience at this hotel from the swimming pool to the morning complementary breakfast. The front desk staff was very attentive and gave great suggestions for restaurants in the area. My only concern is that when we brought food back for dinner for 10 people we were told we were not allowed to eat in the lobby where all of the open tables where. Yes, there is a restaurant in the hotel but it is enclosed and we should have an option to eat in the open area.

Upon checking in the service desk the gentleman never had a smile. I am a diamond member. first he put me on the wrong reservation and wrong room, never said sorry, I had 6th room reserved. I went up to the room 613 and there was someone in that room when I opened the door on him, I went back to the lobby and told him what happen. He said " let me see if i can find you a room" he said they gave my room to another person with same last name. never an apology or expressed he even cared. I have s... Read more

The hotel presented full capacity to support our needs during our meetings including good food (breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks), internet connection, equipments and environment. Besides this, excellent beverages. The rooms are clean, comfortable and silent.

Love this location, its tucked in a corporate area but the lushness and cleanliness of location was inviting and pleasant. It served as a great location to be able to go outside and take walks around the neighborhood. The hotel itself is pretty immaculate. The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations. They even have a omelette bar. The dinning/cafeteria area is the biggest I've ever seen at any hotel. Overall great experience and would definitely return.

The rooms are very nice and clean. There is a desk for work. If you are staying with someone, the living and bedroom are 2 separate rooms so there isn't any interruption if one person is trying to sleep.

After a wonderful weekend in Bandon, OR we drove to PDX for my husband to catch a flight home. I had business in Hillsboro the next day. The hotel room was a welcome respite with all the comforts of home and the staff were great. And a free breakfast in the morning to boot! The hotel was recently re-done and its beautiful! Best deal in town. Thanks, Embassy

Hid a bed had spring mattress, not foam. You could feel the hide a bed bars AND the individual springs. Only one person on staff at night in a huge hotel. Her only solution was to move myself and the children to another room (we were already in PJs and it was 11:30pm. I had to suggest she bring 2 of the regular bed's mattress pads. She was polite and prompt. Breakfast was tasteless and poorly cooked (cold sausage w/no salt, room temp oatmeal, mushy and cold hashbrowns like mashed potatoes,weir... Read more

I was looking for a hotel to use as a home base while visiting my daughter at Pacific University and traveling with my mother who is disabled. I booked a two night stay via Travelocity for one fifty a night for a king room with a roll-in shower. Upon arrival I was little confused as to where to park because there is another hotel property (Hampton Inn I think...) which has parking that appears to be part of the Embassy Suites. Anyway... confusing, but since we weren't towed I guess it was OK.... Read more

Hillsboro was much better than I expected. The hotel was very close to all the main places/restaurants that I wanted to visit. The managers reception had less to choose from than some (no amaretto) but still good. Definitely will stay here again!!

Really really love this hotel. Room is very big and spacious and modern decor that is lovely. We are a family of 6 (4 kids under 10yrs) and we had two double beds and the pull out sofa. The bathroom opened into the living room and bedroom to make one round space. We had a kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave and sink and a large table. Two TVs, two closets, and a very large bathroom. Wifi works great and parking was very easy. Quick check in. Everything went very smoothly and comfortabl... Read more

I enjoyed staying 5 nights as the Embassy suites in Hilsboro when I came for work. It's located close to many companies, shopping centers and is just off hw 26. There was a very nice spread for breakfast as well as a complementary afternoon bar. The rooms are all new, and updated, so that's fun. there's hardly any view in this specific location, though sunrise/sunset from the higher floors were nice to watch.

I recently stayed here while i was in town for work. Being alone i get nervous about where i stay but also dread the boredom of sitting on the bed watching crappy cable. This olave was such a surprise. So well lit outside i was not intimidated being outside late. I was instantly greated and quickly checked in. They were hosting an open appetizer and drinks reception for guests. I did not participate but others looked like they were really enjoying it. I went up to my riom which i was so please... Read more

Not your typical atrium-style Embassy Suites. Great decor, theme, colors, and suite layout. Was not disappointed with room or breakfast. Ideally, I would have loved a hot tub, also. Located about 40 minutes west of Portland. Overall, EXCELLENT property and would definitely stay here again if I was looking to stay outside of the City.

This is the suburban hotel you read about in ads, not in guest reviews. Well located, check. Comfortable beds, check. Good climate control, check. Well-stocked amenities, check. Professional, friendly, helpful staff, check-check-check. My wife and I stayed at the hotel last week, and got value for our money and then some. Mike and Cassandra at the front desk went out of there way to be helpful... they aren't smiling faces behind a font desk; they're problem solvers. They're also the reason we'll... Read more

Easy convenient use of digital key that allowed quick access to the room I chose without waiting in check in lines at the lobby. The rooms were roomy for a family of 5 and very functional. We used the sofa beds for my 2 sons, my daughter had her own bed and my husband and I shared another bed. The beds were quint size and very room. But the beds could have been more comfortable. Overall the hotel and staff were great. The food we ate was good. The chef prepared us an item that was not on the room service list at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is not walking distance from anything. You will need a car or use a taxi or uber to obtain any outside meals. They do not serve lunch, so unless you buy before hand you have to go out.
