Staff here are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We had a top floor suite, with a patio, and great views of downtown Tulsa. The bed was outstanding, about the best hotel bed I've slept in. Pretty good small bar, and reasonable priced dining space.

Though this is an updated Holiday Inn, in a desirable location of downtown Tulsa...it is just ok. Nothing fancy. Nothing too bad or too good about this place. I'd have to say the best thing about this place is the price. $106 total for a night is pretty good.

This is a quality hotel located downtown. They offer a 24/7 shuttle service, and this was extremely helpful- they took me to the airport for a very early flight. Rooms have been newly renovated, definitely of higher quality. I would return to this location.

Was is Tulsa for two days. This hotel is in a great spot. So close to everything. I would stay here again. However, the meal I had in the restaurant was very bland and had a small portion. The shuttle will take you to some of the local establishments if you wish.

As a platinum member at this property the management does not care to offer you any sort of upgrade. I was staying only 1 night here and the assistant manager Jonathan was working the front desk. I kindly asked at check in if there were any available upgrades this evening. After typing he quickly said no. He says he can only upgrade IHG reward members from a standard king room to a king room with a view. This seems very inconsistent with what is described on IHG's own website. No where in ... Excellent front desk staff, fast check in. An older building but nicely m maintained. Parking is around back, under building. Parking fee is reasonable at $7.00. Hotel shuttle is very accommodating and if unavailable the hotel will call a cab. Room was comfortable, great pillows.

We recently were part of a group that stayed at the this hotel. The hotel staff was excellent. They were very accommodating and helped us out several times. The rooms were nice and very comfortable. The hotel shuttle took members of our party to several places and was very easy to use. Only negative was the parking garage that appeared to be under construction.

We stayed here for a competition at the convention center. The location was great. The parking garage was under construction and a little scary. Had trouble maneuvering my big vehicle through it! We tried to eat at places nearby like Einstein Bros, Subway, Arby's, etc, but their hours were all M-F until 5pm. It seemed like every time we needed a meal we had to drive out to the suburbs to find real restaurants. That was frustrating! We could walk to the convention center and the one time it was r... I've stayed here many times but I just found out its only a little bit more to get on the top floor and have a balcony room! Our room was nice and clean, the beds didn't smell funny. The a/c could have worked a little better but no biggie. And the view was awesome from the balcony, ask for a room on the north side. Can't wait to go back!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly but unlike most holiday inns we have stayed at this one was old and outdated. They do not offer continental breakfast which if I had known I would not have booked here. We stayed because it was close to the convention center but this hotel needs updating badly and they need to make clear that breakfast is not included. There is a moldy smell in the halls and the rooms and we won't stay here again.

It's nothing fancy but it's fine to rest your head for a night. The room was clean, if a little cramped, the food was average and the parking was free. It's centrally located in Tulsa so it was close to the baseball stadium, which was key.

I'm staying here with USA gymnastics team. Since we have several people in our party they gave us complementary breakfast. They made us eat breakfast in a separate location on the second floor and not where the main area for breakfast is served. They did this so that they could serve us a very scaled down meal that consisted of scrambled eggs muffins and pastries. There was no toast, bacon, milk, cereal,or any kind of protein at all. The people in our party is families and small children. Very d... Read more

I stayed here one night while in Tulsa on business. I will say up front that I avoid all Holiday Inns because of too many experiences just like this one. But I was traveling with a colleague who'd already made his reservation here so I was stuck. Given my low expectations, I was not surprised at what I found. The GOOD: The room was a decent size, the AC worked well enough, and the front desk personnel were friendly and competent. My coworker and I also had a pretty decent dinner in the h... Read more

Staff good, Facility-BAD. Numerous things NOT-UP-TO PAR: I am handicap with a walker and have Asthma & allergies. (1) Check In: There was no ramp in front, only 4-5 steps and no sign to redirect you to another place. The other placeThe Handicap area (in the other place) was in a narrow driveway of the garage and unsafe. No way to unload and move luggage safely, because it was on a slope and no brakes on luggage carts. (2) Under Ground Parking Garage: Narrow garage. There are several places... Read more

This is the second time I have been a guest here. The beds are comfy and the rooms quiet. The hotel is showing its age, but is not dirty. Restaurants and convenience stores are quite a walk. Its appeal is the closeness to businesses in the downtown area. Breakfast was provided and was decent and fast. The shuttle to the airport is a nice feature. Check-in has been quick, but my arrival is usually after 10pm. The staff have always been friendly. This is a decent, serviceable hotel that... Read more

I stayed here two different nights last week. Both times my room was fine but I appreciate the space constraints in a typical older Downtown hotel. Sure the bathroom was small but it was clean and very usable. The Boulders restaurant is unusual for a hotel like this , it was really good. I only had two difficulties... my travel partner made the reservations and they were both under his name. When we tried to separate them something went wrong and when I checked out in the morning they didn't kno... Read more

Suggest asking for top floor, to the south and pay the little bit more for it, it is worth it. This is an older, well kept hotel with great restaurant (try the homemade tator tots). Got extra towels and pillows quickly when asked for them and even though the web site doesn't say it, we had a fridge which was really helpful for keeping leftovers edible for later munching.

Chose this location mainly for the location. The room furnishings are showing their age. The front desk was very helpful when I had an issue with my bill. It was taken care of at checkout. It appears that hotel is doing some updates but still have more to go.

We paid with points and got a nice suite on the top (15) floor. Kitchen was nice but did not have many items (pots, pans, plates, coffee cups etc) so it would be tough if you wanted to seriously cook there. Living room was nice with TV and balcony. Bedroom was a nice king bed with TV, but the bathroom was very small. Great location - we attended a wedding at the summit club.

Set up a group of about 20 people to spend a weekend in Tulsa and stayed at the Holiday Inn Tulsa City Center. The hotel is in a great location to do the Downtown Art Deco Walking Tour and visit the Brady Arts District. The hotel provides a shuttle service that is a tremendous convenience. The hotel and rooms are modern & clean, and the staff is wonderful and accommodating. Dinner on the outdoor patio of the restaurant is wonderful. Rooms have a great view of downtown churches and buildings.

As the hotel is located in Downtown Tulsa it was a great location to explore the city. Airport, Campus of TU and Tulsa State Fair were all within a 15min drive. There are some nice breakfast places and bars within walking distance of the hotel. Nice hotel, big rooms, nice pool and good breakfast. They also have a free airport shuttle.

I've been staying at a lot of HI recently and frequently finding myself dissatisfied w the level of cleanliness w the branch. I didn't spend too much time at this location, but during my short stay. I enjoyed the comfort of the beds, my coworkers shared w my how good the food was (I didn't get a chance to experience for myself), and the hotel was clean.

If you are going to an event at the BOK this is a great place to stay. Friendly staff, on site parking. Must have a key to get to rooms from parking garage. We walked to BOK and it was very well lit. Two blocks west and three blocks north and never felt insecure about walking as it was so well lit.

We stayed here while in town for a concert at Cain's. We had a great experience and have nothing but positive to say about our stay. We stayed on the 15th floor which allowed us to enjoy the balcony and a great view of the city. Typical Holiday Inn room with a King bed, flat screen, safe, fridge etc. We had a nice meal at the restaurant on site and utilized their free shuttle to travel back and forth to our show.
