Everything about the stay was great. The restaurant food was just OK, but adequate to avoid having to seek out a restaurant when we were tired. Room was clean and well appointed, beds were comfortable, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

For the price, the hotel isn't as nice as I'd expected, but it's directly on airport property, so it was nice that we could be at the hotel about two minutes after leaving the airport. Rooms are a little dated and we weren't given info on the sleep number beds, so we weren't very comfortable. The staff were great and the breakfast was good, but not complimentary.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and location of this hotel is good if you need access to the airport or downtown. It is also about 15 minutes to Owassa. Food from the restaurant was also surprising good. However, the gym is a bit worn out and the pool/jacuzzi are in need a upgrade. For instance, the jacuzzi water was only luke warm and the bottom of the jacuzzi looked worn out.

This is an exceptional airport hotel that is right adjacent to airport property. This hotel is the better of the 2 hotels adjacent to airport property. Rooms and updated nice and spacious. Breakfast is cook to order so that is always a plus in my book. Can't go wrong with this hotel.

This is a fine hotel, very clean, nice staff. The only issue I had was that I arrived at 9:30 and the restaurant closed at 10, so the meal was a bit rushed. Quite a picky point I know. But otherwise everything was really fine.

I had a great experience at this particular hotel. I travel a lot for work and felt that I had a wonderful time here. The staff was helpful, the food was delicious and my room was very well cleaned and stocked full of the extra amentities I had asked for. I will definatly stay again once I am back in town.

The people are friendly with their Oklahoma Charm. The rooms need to be updated and taken care of better. We had an issue with the bathroom tiles being loose. For the price we paid it was fine. The service was great for the breakfast, real helpful. The eggs were a little over cooked. They did supply plenty of bacon.

Very clean and quite place to stay, especially since it is next to the airport. I would recommend this hotel and will be staying again in the near future. Staff was very professional and helpful. You can tell the management is engaged with their employees and guests.

The staff was friendly at check in but I found the same issues as outlined already. I'm a Gold and have stayed at about 20 Hilton properties this year and this one falls short. The first room I checked into smelled of smoke and the second, while not smokey, was very musty. The finishing in the room were sub-standard with poor workmanship around the tub and trim paint. The hotel was great except the bed. Food and drink in restaurant was very good. Food was surprising good and staff was very nice. I was traveling alone and all made me feel quite comfortable. Only issue was the bed.

We had a block of rooms for a family/friend wedding party in Tulsa. This hotel gave us excellent rates and the entire staff treated us as valued guests. Rooms were clean and the made-,to-order breakfast was cooked well and our server was not only friendly, but competent.

We stayed here before catching an early flight. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the on site restaurant!! Another perk was the onsite parking at half the cost of the airport parking lot with a free shuttle provided!!

Been here a few times now. And each time here is a pleasure. Rooms were always very clean and staff very pleasant to deal with. The hotel is in walking distance to airport and they do offer shuttle service. Made to order breakfast is a plus. Checking in and out is a breeze.

The only advantage to this hotel is its close proximity to the airport however I'm not sure the noise level from both planes and trains is worth the close location. The desk clerk I had to deal with wasn't attentive and the two times I had to stop at the desk I felt as if I was bothering him. The airport shuttle van is dirty and had no air. I was dressed to go to a wedding and the driver had the windows down which blew dust and my hair everywhere.

Stayed one night. Flew out early the next morning so proximity to the airport was important. Staff was very friendly. They asked if I was a Hilton Homers member. We had dinner at the hotel . Good was good along with the service. Nice seating area outside to relax after dinner. Plenty of parking. The departure terminal was less than a half mile away. Will stay there again.

Our stay was not bad, but it wasn't really good either. General maintenance issues needed to be addressed. The pool was dirty, the hot tub was out of order, the business center had a non-functional printer. Nothing to make it hard to stay, but not really nice either.

Our stay was last minute do to entire city was basically without power.. luckily rooms where still available at the Hilton near the airport.. The rooms were nice and the hotel had a bar, restaurant and lounge area.

I stay at Hilton brand hotels whenever possible because they used to have the best service and cleanest hotels for the money. The Tulsa Hilton Garden Inn is a perfect example of how the chain is seriously going down hill. I was not acknowledged as a Diamond Member, given a breakfast coupon, or asked how my room was after checking in. The desk drawer would not stay shut so I wedged piece of paper in it. This was for a room that was >$150.

Ac didn't work the beds was terrible I honestly feel like they robbed me for 150 bucks.. the clarion across the street is way better and only 65 for a double bed!! And they have a amazing big pool..........

I had a great experience here at this Garden Inn. I usually stay at Hilton brands when travelling, but this is my first time at a Garden Inn. A co-worker and I were stranded in Tulsa for 2 nights due to technical problems with Southwest Airlines. The staff worked with us to get us in rooms early so we could work and keep up with our jobs while our trip was paused. They helped us get to a restaurant. Although the temperature was very hot the accomadations near the Tulsa airport proved be very nice and very convenient. Close enough to places nearby to visit and shopping was good to take advantage of.

Hotel entrance and staff are excellent. Arrived to an extremely hot hallway (90F). It was 105 outside, but it significantly hurt the eff of our room AC. Need to look at this. Bar and breakfast were good. Had a good selection and good value.

Motel was clean and service was excellant. Loved the location next to airport. The beds were hard to adjust and just not comfortable. Pillows were big and fluffy, no firm ones to choose from. Could not sleep well which messed up the stay.

Used the swimming pool and chemicals were so strong that it bleached out my new swim suit top. Hotel is clean but very tired. Staff is always great and friendly. Only complaint is the pool chemicals. Might look into getting a new pool person.

Couldn't be better situated for an early departure. Being within 3/4 mile of the departure terminal made it easy to get some rest after a long day before a ridiculously early flight. Clean, comfortable, close. The only downside is the railroad tracks out back. If you're not a heavy sleeper, ask for a room on the side away from the tracks. Less than a quarter mile away to the airport terminal - you cannot beat the location if you have an early morning departure. The hotel is apparently going through a renovation. Some common areas were showing some wear and tear - but a nice and enjoyable hotel experience. The bed was very comfy. The dining area provided very good food and service. The staff too were very friendly and accommodating.

I stayed here recently on a week night while in town for a meeting. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was excellent and I got a great nights sleep. The breakfast staff is great and the food was very good. Even with this property next to the airport, I did not hear any take offs or landings. There was a noisy party in the courtyard until 4 in the morning and hotel said there was nothing they could do about it. I stayed 2 days and they didn't even make my bed or clean my room by the time I got back from my meetings.

We have stayed here before and it's always clean rooms. It's at the airport but you rarely here the planes taking off or landing. We have never had a problem here. Just a nice place to stay.the people at the front desk are always pleasant. Breakfast is cooked to order and there is a charge for breakfast. But you order what you want.

The check-in process was slow and not very thorough... the lady was clearly overworked and harried. The staff at this hotel went the extra mile to make us welcome and comfortable after a late-night flight. They sent a free shuttle to pick us up from the airport, the shuttle driver was kind enough to stop on the way so we could get food for our daughter (we hadn't been able to eat during the flight), check-in was easy, rooms were clean and very comfortable, and staff are all friendly and helpful.

I am a Hilton Honors member and am always satisfied with the service and the experience at the hotels. This was no exception. The lady at the front dest was awesome and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, plus you can dial the firmest of the bed which was great. It was great to be so close to the airport (7:00 am flight). They had a shuttle and parking for $3.00 a day. Will stay again.

Ideal location to stay, park and fly whenever you are leaving out of Tulsa Airport. Service to and from the airport was quick and easy and the entire staff insured that I left on time and were prompt. Shuttles were extremely comfortable and I did not feel cramped.

I've stayed here in the past, and once again the staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze, the restaurant last time was excellent, this time it was just ok, the lone waitress at dinner was a little overwhelmed, but kept very professional and did a great job, several diners including me were complaining about the food not done right e.t.c, but she kept it going. Breakfast was great.

I have stayed in MANY HIlTON Garden's and this one was by far the worst experience ever. I'd shop around before coming back again. The room was like all Hiltons. The pool was saltwater but he hot tub was full of sand in the bottom and due to design lacked water. You had to sit on the bottom if you wanted the full effect of the water and the jets were not positioned to be helpful at all. It was very clean. Walking distance to terminal but shuttle available. Public areas updated but rooms a little old and gloomy. The staff though are efficient and extremely Pleasent. Breakfast was not included which makes this an expensive place to stay for what you get.

The breakfast the next day is a full, hot breakfast. All in all great value for price paid Bonus, we were able to park our car for $3.00 per day including a round trip transfer to the airport. Room smelled. Bathroom door wouldn't latch. Everything was clearly old and below what I would consider to be standard for a name like Hilton. The snack bar area was really depleted in the lobby. The adjustable beds didn't work. Staff was friendly, not their fault that the hotel was poor.

Two mornings we went down for breakfast and over half the tables had dirty dishes still on them. Yesterday we found one table still clean and food was good. Today, again, dirty dishes. We gave up and instead will grab a bite at the airport. I don't blame the server, she's busy, but management needs to hire a person to clean tables. I wonder how clean the back area is.

Staff was over-the-top friendly, to the point that it wasn't sincere. It was obvious that they were well-coached. Didn't offer a complimentary breakfast, but it was my fault for not reviewing the amenities more thoroughly up front. Coffee was not available 24-7, and it was cold both times that found some. Poor variety of blends, creams, and sugars. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Overall, not much better than a typical Hampton Inn, but 50% more expensive. Not a good value for the money.

The entry and common areas are nicely appointed. The rooms have been updated and are well appointed. Convenient location near airport, but some noise from airplanes and trains but this was rare. Driver of complimentary courtesy van from airport was very friendly and informative.
