We arrived late so I didn't really notice the condition of the room. When I woke up, I saw there were 20-25 gummy bears stuck all over the framed picture in the living room-- YUCK! I took a photo of it and showed it to the lady at checkout. She just laughed and asked if she could show it to a coworker. When she returned, still laughing, she said she couldn't believe that they missed this at inspection-- I left wondering what ELSE they had missed (EEK!) I received no apology, just a "Have a nice... Had a brief stay here for business. Room (suite) was very nice, roomy and clean and service at the front desk was wonderful. Only real issue I ran into was the outlets on the lamps next to the bed did not function. Not a major inconvenience, but one nonetheless because there were no other wall outlets nearby to utilize. Otherwise, decent location (about 10 minutes from downtown and near the airport).

Nice Get Away if you don't Mind many Bus full of kids staying at the hotel that are in town playing sports. I have stayed at many embassy suites over the past 15 years and every time I walk in the door I am met by 100's of different athletic teams that seem to frequent the hotel. I feel that the staff strives to keep the noise level to a minimum but it is still a struggle to relax many times when loud children run up and down the hallway. The one thing that is designed well is the Sleeping area... Read more

Hotel was busy and dining was extremely understaffed for a weekend. Food was good but took a long time to get food. Beds and linens were great, but hotel is dated despite a recent renovation. Carpets, wall covering and light fixtures need to be replaced. Overall an ok experience, but just not typical Embassy Suites experience.

Exceptional staff that go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable. Embassy Suites is one of the oldest Hilton names and their properties show there age. This one was extremely well maintained. The pool and fitness area were clean. Did notice that what appeared to be non-guests were coming in through the outside door to the pool area. Watched one couple pull up, come in, suits were under the street clothes and use the facility. The room was clean and well maintained with a nce quiet air cond... Read more

The staff at the Embassy Suites in Tulsa is GREAT! I worked with Gigi for our meeting needs and she was easy to work with and took care of everything I needed for our group. The group who was on site for the meetings gave an excellent report back to me after the event. They thought the hotel employees who took care of them during the event were very helpful and also thought the hotel and food were excellent and would definitely want to use the hotel again!

The place is dated in appearance and condition. It's appearance like tired. The water service to the hotel was interrupted. The staff was indifferent, bordering on rude. The staff failed to even tell us it was occurring. This was a bad reservation choice. I will not be back.

While the appearance is dated and one can tell they are due for a renovation, it was nice to make our destination that day before the reception hour that all Embassy Suites have. After a long drive I checked in and shortly thereafter I went to the main floor for drinks and snacks. Later that night my son and I ate at the restaurant. I just recently took on the Tulsa facility in my postion for work. I travel a lot 2 to 3 nights a week in hotels. I had tried a few other in the area to find a place that fits. I was pleased with the service and fiendly staff. I ate at the hotel the first night and that was good. But I was talking with a staff person, saying sometimes I get tired of eating at the hotels. She let me know about the 5 mile shuttle. I used it and it was Great. Excellent people. Thank you. I will stay each month.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and up to date. I have neck issues and forgot to bring my own pillow but the hotel's pillows were very comfortable as was the bed. Though the room wasn't cheap, the manager's reception and the ample breakfast make it a decent value. Just minutes before our arrival, while driving east on I-44, a very serious car accident unfolded right next to us. The manager's reception was a good setting to chill out after that shock. I was in Tulsa for two weeks for training on the Boeing 777. Our group had to be up and ready to go by 5:30 so we could grab some breakfast and be in class by 6:15. Breakfast starting at 5:30 worked perfectly for us!!! One issue we all had was the four bed pillows were not very good... Either way too side or too big.

Everything was as expected, but not having an Air Conditioner that would cool a room for the measly 8 hours we were there was not worth the trouble or time. The custom breakfast line is understaffed. My wife and I waited in line 20 minutes at 8:30 on a Sunday just to order our breakfast and then another 20 minutes before it was delivered to our table. My wife did not receive her omelet and it was another 20 minutes before the "rush" re-order was received. As a HH Diamond VIP member I found the previous reviews on this hotel much different from my overall view and opinion. First of all, I give this property in a classification with other Embassy Suites an "F". I cover 13 states and I have stayed in some old Embassy's and this one by far needs TLC in a very big way! It's outdated, terribly. The furniture has run its lifespan. The varnish is coming off the wood pieces (desk and chairs) and either needs to be re-stained or replaced. The chairs ... Read more
