Stayed here over the weekend on a get away with the wife. Overall this Hotel a bit dated but has been kept up nicely. Nice rooms, very clean, good beds, good location. Had a nice view of downtown from our room. If attending anything at the BOK center this would be a good place to stay. We will stay here again. Parking is in a garage next door and does cost about 9.00 but your going to pay to park most places downtown.

So my bff booked the DoubleTree for our quick visit and we're not disappointed! Their staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was even a few events held at the hotel and we didn't even know they had happened because the place was spotless! If recommend to anyone visiting the area to book their stay there!

This hotel is very convenient to the Tulsa Convention Center--even connected via an enclosed overhead walkway. Ample parking in the hotel's garage, although a bit confusing to get to the entrance to the garage and the hotel lobby but otherwise a good place to stay.

The best thing to say about the site is that is across the street from the Convention Center, so highly recommended for meetings there. Otherwise, there are probably better options in downtown that are are more convenient to the center of the action (Doubletree is on edge of downtown). Most staff were not that interested in helping guests, with the exception of the van drivers. Restaurant food and service was mediocre and unfriendly. Rooms look just like every other Doubletree I have been in. Bu... Read more

Not the best in the Hilton Stable. 60's decor matched by poor maintenance is not a great look. Downtown Tulsa may be a great location at weekends but after 6 pm mid week it's like a scene from the walking dead except the zombies stayed away. You need a car as hotel has very limited choice and any reasonable food is miles away. Staff friendly enough but insufficient. Breakfast they make big noise about no butter or tram fats in cooking translates to no taste at all - but it was included.

I really have nothing to complain about, this hotel was not only beautiful & clean, there staff was very friendly & helpful, we arrived a little early & our room type was not ready so by 3pm (check in) they moved us up to a hyper allergenic room (not much difference between the original room), we requested a fridge, which they took no time to deliver, while we where waiting to check in they stored our luggage & Gave us each a very yummy Chocolate chip cookie. A very pleasant and comfortable hotel, with large rooms. There is no "lively Tulsa downtown" scene nearby, however, and the bar/restaurant at the hotel is merely adequate. It's a good value, Tulsa isn't a city with a lively downtown.

Great location for anything you have going on downtown. Only complaint I had was the rooms was smaller than expected and we was by the service elevator so that was annoying to hear throughout the night but over all was a great stay. We will stay here again however we will choose a different room next time.

Visited this hotel during June 2016 for a conference. This was the conference's main hotel which is very conveniently connected to the Tulsa convention center. Although the pedway that connects the hotel to the convention center isn't air conditioned and rather stuffy, it provided shelter when raining or just too hot/cold to walk outside. Just had the best customer service ever at this hotel. Everyone was more than helpful and went far beyond what they had to do to make our stay comfortable. I asked the front desk which way was a restaurant and they said that they would check to see if it was open, because it was thew 4th of July. Good thing they called, because it was closed. Gentleman on the shuttle got out and helped us with our luggage as we were walking by.

The Hilton's Doubletree Hotel is a well run higher end establishment in Downtown Tulsa. It's primary draw is the Cox Business Center, Tulsa's main convention center, which the hotel directly connects to through a sky bridge. I spend abut 180 nights a year in Hilton properties. I won't be back to this hotel. While it was clean and centrally located, the internet service was horrible. It kept kicking off and the signal was weak. When I inquired about this at the front desk, I received un un-interested response to call tech support. Great all around hotel brand and location! Rooms are modern and beds are extremely comfortable. Open Market (convenience store) concept is a win win. Restaurant and bar are good values as well. If you are attending a function in the convention center, this is the best located hotel for that purpose. There is a convenient walk bridge linking the hotel to the convention center. This is an added benefit to keep you out of the traffic and elements.

There is a shuttle service but it is also close enough to other places to drive out to and enjoy such as shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. The shuttle travels frequently to the airport and back which is extremely handy. It also has state and federal rates.

when you are staying in a public bedroom suite. This one was lacking that in our room and also in the hallways. The carpets really needed a thorough vacuuming. We are quite particular about the clean factor so we were not satisfied with the stay.

Rooms are nice but plain. Hotel feels plush but had an older feel. Beds are comfortable and room were clean. It was nice to be close to the convention center where we visited for the weekend. It was disappointing to pay so much for parking. The included breakfast was great. More than a continental breakfast.

Was at the Doubletree Tulsa for a conference at the Cox Convention center. The sky bridge made this hotel perfect for my needs. I believe I was in room 1119 on the HiltonHonors floor. The room was nice and had a good amount of space. The housekeeping staff had done an excellent job in preparing the room for my stay. All staff I encountered at check in and during breakfast were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast in the morning was decent and exactly what you would expect from a complementar... Read more

We arrived in Tulsa after very long day and the shuttle service was there in five minutes. Driver was excellent. Our hotel room was very nice and on the upper floor. Gorgeous view of downtown Tulsa. The elevators were always available. I have stayed in hotels where there are four elevators but somehow it takes forever to get one. Not at this Doubletree. Loved the hand lotion that was offered in our room. We had a meeting and luncheon at the hotel and everything was perfect. I am a meeting... Read more

This Double Tree is very typical of the brand. It is clean and convenient. The employees are very helpful and friendly and the restaurant and bar are very good. The location is near to downtown Tulsa. This up and coming area has many restaurants and gathering spots. I'd recommend it very much to the Tulsa business traveler.

We stayed at the DoubleTree, Tulsa, this past weekend while attending a wedding. The hotel is clean and neat. The breakfast, while free, did not include the standard healthy food options...no oatmeal, no yogurt, no fresh fruit, etc. For me, this was a disappointment, though my husband would be very happy living on sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Also, housekeeping failed to visit the room, which was weird.

I brought ten colleagues this time (4 states/4 different cities). We had seven rooms, and everyone was very satisfied, even pleased with the hotel. The rooms are large and well appointed with plenty of elevators to service them. The bar and dining area are very attractive, good for drinks, offer many dinner and snack options, and good for socializing, people watching, or catching one's favorite sports team on the tube. It is also very internet friendly - throughout all areas of the hotel. Th... Read more

My family stayed here to attend an OKC thunder basketball game. The location is perfect for the BOK center. We traveled with a 6 year old. The indoor pool was wonderful. It featured early and late hours (5am-12am). The restaurant served great burgers. We were running a bit late and needed to eat before the game. Our order was complete within 10 minutes. The food was exceptional along with the service!

My wife and I stayed here one night while we were in town for a concert at the BOK Center. The Hotel was clean and well staffed. It seemed like a good value for the quality of the room. The hotel is within walking distance have a lot of attractions, and they have a free shuttle service as well.

This hotel is a great facility and the staff is wonderful and helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and were extremely responsive. The rooms were nice, and clean and fresh (which is not always the case in other hotels). And your NOT to miss the cookies. I highly recommend this hotel and will use it again in the near future.

When the computer in the business center malfunctioned, the desk lady kindly offered me the use of her computer. When I signed out, the desk lady kindly suggested I leave on the shuttle that was leaving right then. The shuttle driver, Charles, was extraordinarily polite and kind. Every day my brother received a cookie when he requested it. I am so pleased with the value of this hotel, I am recommending that my club, Catholic Singles of America, have their convention at the hotel.

The breakfast was cold, even right away in the morning. There was a pile of dust on the wall. For the type of motel, I expected better. You have to pay $10 to park in the parking garage and my pickup barely fit. The beds were full size, not even queen. We have stayed at better for less.

Do not go here. Ac didn't work, they didn't care. Breakfast cold no seating, they don't care. Elevators not working well they are busy. For a hotel connected to a convention center they should be able to handle a crowd. Well they can't. And that is all I heard each time I complained.

We have spent a long of nights in Hilton hotels and Doubletrees specifically. Typically appreciate the clean rooms, people, and quality. The Tulsa Downtown Doubletree could be a 4 star hotel with their restaurant which makes great fresh foods and vicinity to downtown. HOWEVER, in this review it receives 1 star for the lack of clean rooms and rather insincere response from hotel management. We checked in to find several dark body hairs strewn throughout the bathroom. We let the front desk now ... Read more

The rooms were clean, albeit a little old. Again, many of these Hilton hotels can really use the renovations, and this is no exception. The staff was very accommodating to our need to check out at 2:30pm. We are diamond members, and that's a perk of the status, but they didn't even think twice allowing us to stay. It's nice to have people who are accommodating in that regard, as we sometimes have no idea when our trip (or duty) may start, so it's necessary to stay at the hotel late very often. ... Read more

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Doubletree in downtown Tulsa, on 7th St. We've stayed here whenever business took us to Tulsa which is generally once a year. What a differnce from last year to this year! We were in a room, while large in size, seemed to be the original decor, furnishings from years gone by. The carpet was old, the cabinetry in the "wet bar" area was disgusting, old, warped and nasty around the refrigerator. The bed was quite comfortable so that was a positive!! We h... Read more

This hotel was horrible as far as the fact if you pay with one night with points, your key cards will shut off at some point the next day and they did not inform me of this, even though they had 2 credit cards on file for me to charge the rest of the stay. The noise level was insane. The hair dryer barely blew. The internet didn't work even though I was an honors member. The parking is a nightmare with their scan cards.

The TV was big, in HD, and had a ton of channels. Lastly, the lobby was spacious and came with a giant and well stocked bar, with great bartenders. For a higher end hotel, the bar and restaurant were more like a Hampton Inn. No character or ambiance. Not an inviting place to gather with friends and family. As a frequent traveler and longtime Hilton Honors member, I talked up Doubletree as a great place. Won't make that mistake again for this property at least. Also, our room was not made up when we returned for the evening.

I stayed at this hotel in conjunction w/ the Rte 66 Marathon - GREAT hotel for this kind of event. The parking price was reduced for us, free breakfast (though I had to pay extra for a banana - ironic since it's a classic runner food), and late check out. The hotel was loud and you could hear people in the hallways, but I wasn't sleeping much anyway. I recommend this hotel for a group.
