Great facility, staff very accommodating and welcoming. Only complaint was the fire alarm went off at 6:30AM, due to kitchen mistake. Other than that one mishap we had a great nights stay, it has an outdoor pool so we did not get to use that on this trip. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location it is across from Walmart close to a couple of food places and just minutes from downtown Tulsa. The hotel is clean with friendly staff. the only thing I did not like is when I checked in I was not told the time of breakfast. The hotel has the new keys that you tap. Overall it was a nice stay

My family and I stayed at this "NEW" Holiday Inn Express in Sand Springs last month. It is a "NEW" hotel with a nice room, but unfortunately, our a/c's in the rooms that we rented were VERY VERY LOUD. Nobody hardly got any sleep and nothing was done about it. Also the blinds in the room windows are horrible and the carpet in the room look dirty.

We booked this hotel because we were in town for a funeral and it's a newer hotel. We liked the look and feel of the hotel in the lobby upon check in. When we got to our room our tile in the entryway was sticky so our shoes would make the gross sticky noise when we walked around. The biggest issue is at night there were a ton of workers from Burk Felter having a drunken party in the parking lot making all sorts of noise and making the hotel feel like a trashy party spot not a place for a family... I'm not sure when this location opened but it looks like it was built yesterday. Extremely clean, spacious rooms and common areas, great breakfast and VERY FRIENDLY staff. The entire hotel is non-smoking. If only the pool was indoors and had a hot tub and it would have been perfect. I'll be back!

Stayed here last week because it looked like new in the photos. The property is not well maintained and the AC was making loud noise which didn't allow us to get any sleep. The breakfast was OK, not great for the price that we paid for this room. Overall very bad experience and will not stay here.

The helpful staff got us into a first floor room, as the elevator was out. Room layout was outstanding - the suitcase rest was large enough for 2 large suitcases. The wall-mounted TV had plenty of channels, the computer desk was great, as was the wifi. Lighting was good. The wide west-facing window had an opaque shade, the HVAC kept as comfortably cool. A group of oil field workers staying there were having a cookout with adult beverages on the patio; we did not find it bothersome. Location ... Read more

First the good: This hotel is less than a year old (as of 6/16), and Sand Spring can definitely use it- there were not enough options right in town. It's easy access from whatever direction you're coming in to town, and the people are friendly enough. The AC works fine, beds are comfy & the window shades are a large single pull-down piece that does a great job of keeping the room on the darker side when you need to sleep in (unless the knocking on the door wakes you up,,,). Now about my stay: ... Read more

This hotel was very nice. It was clean and modern and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was just fine and the coffee was delicious. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It has an exercise room and a pool which we used and enjoyed. The location was convenient to the event we were in town for and there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We will stay here again next year if my daughter's roller derby team returns to Sand Springs. Overall a good hotel.

For a moderately priced hotel, this place was perfect. Outside of Tulsa, they allow dogs and the hotel was very quiet (we stayed a Thursday night). There is a $25 fee per dog but it is worth the money. The rooms are very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was impeccably clean, good water pressure in the shower. Bath and Body Works products (white citrus). Wish the tv's had a guide instead of having to flip thru all the channels. The rooms were spacious and had great seri... Read more

Room was nice and was clean. The window blind was broken and had been wedged between window and ceiling with a binder, Bible, and hair dryer attachment. This was a slight issue due to outside lights are bright. The breakfast was ok and staff was friendly.

The hotel was nice but the pool was not useable. I asked front desk about the pool being very murky. I was told that they had shocked the pool and it would not be ready until the next day. This was a holiday weekend, I would think they would do this during the week instead of a busy weekend. I also requested a room with two beds on the first floor but was given a room on the third floor with one bed.

We were traveling back from Vail to Little Rock. We wanted to go as far as possible the first day so Tulsa was our goal. We found this hotel by chance. It is new, modern, very clean and has a very courteous and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Nothing about this new design of Holiday Inn Express is very warm or inviting. The blue minimalist look of the lobby reminded me of a subway train station in East Berlin. The room was really utilitarian. Sparsely decorated with weird Ikea like desk and chairs and the cheap couch shown in the picture up top, the only thing comfortable was the bed, especially after we turned the lights off. We were on the second floor over the lobby an every time the sliding glass doors opened and closed it woke ... Read more

I didn't love it and I didn't hate it. The new design is stark and supposedly modern. It has a European/Ikea feel to it that is not inviting or comfortable. It's all very linear. With that being said, the room was relatively clean. There was a stain on the carpet and the grout was dirty in the tiled areas. The bed was comfortable, although I hate hotel pillows that compress to nothing and have no support. The bathroom was clean and the shower was larger than most. I couldn't get the shower doors... Hotel was very clean and the continental breakfast was great (sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, fruit, cereal, cinnamon rolls, muffins, yogurt, and more) There is also a dollar general, I-hop, Walmart, Quick-trip, and more very close. There was a mini fridge in the room as well. The staff was very friendly! The only complaint I have is that there weren't and curtains in my room, only a blind that didn't block much light so it was hard for me to sleep.

I had heard there is a modern style for Holiday Inn Express and this must have been it. Some would consider it a little Stark but I like all the colors and the LED lighting. This property is about a year old. Everything is very clean and the people were very pleasant. I only have two complaints: they put away all the food utensils plates napkins so those of us who cook and eat in our room have to wait for the desk clerk to have a break to go over and get us what we need for dinner. It's like the... Read more

Sorry to say that this Holiday Inn needs some help. No hot water for our two day stay and there did not seem to be any urgency for repairs. We also had ants in our room. Step it up folks! Please remedy for others.

I stayed here on a recent business trip to the Tulsa area. The hotel appears to be relatively new. The decor is ultra modern. The bed was really comfortable and the room was large and well appointed. The staff was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the fitness center was closed.

Where do I start? Lets start with the good. One star for the friendly staff, and one star for the cleanliness (expected for being as new as it is), that is the most I can give. As we walk to our room late at night, we are blinded by LED lights and daytime (bright white) fluorescent lighting everywhere. I have never seen a hotel hallway lit up as much as this one. I am not one to complain about being able to see, but having to squint my eyes to walk down the hall is a different story. We get to o... Read more

Hotel was extremely new and one of the most modern Express that I have ever seen. Very clean and well kept. A little slow on check in but very friendly! Rooms very clean and quite a few TV channels I'd stay here again.
