Visiting OKC/Edmond for a family birthday and saw that this hotel was priced very competitively. Had stayed here twice in 2013/14 before but in recent years the rate was far higher so went elsewhere. Stayed 2 nights and had a pleasant stay. There was a large contingent of youth baseball teams spending the weekend there for a tournament so I expected rowdy crowds in the lobby/pool areas so avoided those for the most part. The room was spacious and clean - was greeted with a fun towel animal on th... Read more

Hotel and room decor/ambience very pleasing. Grounds are clean. Front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly, polite, and accommodating to requests. Room had loose outlet on bedside lamp, so I had to unplug something else to charge my phone. Only one premium channel. No channel guide in room. Desk chair is TRICKY when you're leaning back. Bed was creaky/noisy when I sat or lay down. Bar's glassware was dirty (particulates on the exterior), and I received a white wine in a margarita glass. ... Read more

This HGI property is located near a major expressway interchange and is set back from a frontage road, so even with a GPS you need to be looking for the driveway that takes you back to the property. The hotel is located within a commercial cluster of retail, restaurants, and other hotels. There is plenty of no-cost parking available. The lobby is bright and open. Next to the front desk is a (very) small "pantry" with a limited assortment of food, snack, and beverage items. The eating area a... Read more

Very nice hotel with an indoor pool. The people that worked there are very, very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. I gave it a 4 because they don't have free breakfast, they do have breakfast but it was $10.00 a person (it smelled good) It is a nice place to stay, comfy beds, plenty of parking, restaurants near by.

Bed was very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Loved the animal towel on our bed. Was a nice welcome. Great that we had a mini frog in room to put left over dinner in there for later. Restaurant, shopping and anything you might need within in a one mile radius of hotel. Most places you could walk to. Will stay again when I'm in the area.

We stayed at the Quail Springs Hilton Gardens during a softball tournament. Overall, the quality of our stay was good. We stayed in the Hilton in Arlington the weekend before, and that hotel was outstanding! I felt this facility was a little over priced. Complimentary breakfast is a must for traveling softball teams.

Higher rating would have been given on this if I had been told how to work the beds. This hotel offers sleep number beds but no printed instructions on them in the room. The control is a lever hidden under the fitted sheet and in a pocket made in the mattress cover. You must slip your hand into this pocket and feel around for the adjustment. You will need to call downstairs to the front desk to figure out how to work them. Our beds were set up half hard and half soft. It wasn't until mor... Read more

We stayed here one night, and had a package deal--double queen room, 2 free Frontier City tickets plus one at reduced pricing, and free breakfast for three. The room was great--love the Sleep Number beds! Breakfast was amazing! My only issue was that when checking in, and telling the front desk clerk that the Frontier City tickets were a surprise, she asked my daughter who walked up if she was excited about going to Frontier City. Needless to say, there went the surprise.

From the friendly reception welcome to our easy checkout, this was a really enjoyable overnight stay. The 'to-order' b'fast special California omelette was delicious, and other buffet items varied and fresh (costs $10., not included w/room). Nearby (walk-able) are several good dining choices...our 'Twin Peaks' experience (reviewed separately) was a pleasant surprise.

This hotel has a nice lobby, restaurant and the staff was nice. However, any room not on the first floor may or may not be maintained, repair wise. In addition, none of the halls, fitness center or rooms with vending or the ice machine had air conditioning. In early July the hall temperature is around 90 degrees. I recommend only booking the first floor and skipping the fitness room until they fix these problems. Also skip the larger rooms, the AC unit in these is barely adequate to keep the r... Read more

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but when I hot there we were told it wasn't available. The person at the desk said they were full because of a tournament in town. We were offered a room with 1 king bed. I was staying with my 13 year old daughter, so 1 bed is inappropriate. An hour later they happen to have a room. Not up to Hilton standards. The lobby was nice and staff friendly but it appears the AC units in the rooms, halls and elevators could use an upgrade. I stayed two nights and the room never got cool, so much so that i requested to move rooms, none available. Can't recommend this location.

This Hilton Garden Inn is conveniently located off route 74 and the John Kilpatrick Turnpike, within 30 minutes of the airport, and is convenient when visiting suburban OKC.
