Average stay at a higher end price. Small indoor pool that is kept a decent temperature but the spa is the same temperature so there's no reason to have one. Parking lot is only in front and small. Rooms are kept clean the beds were the best part of the stay.

We stayed here on our recent trip home to Chicago. The beds were comfortable & the room was clean. Our only complaints were the damp odor & feel of the room was stayed in. It took a while for us to get used to the odor & the carpets still felt slightly damp in the morning. The room was also dimly lit in the seating area, which gave it a cheaper motel feel. There is a security guard that drives around the parking lot, which lead us to believe that there has been some thefts. He was very nic... Read more

After 7 hours on the road, it was time to get a room! I looked ahead and compared prices in the OKC area. Price is not always a concern but when I saw these accommodations for this great price AND it was located in a great area of OKC, I booked the room. Clean place and a friendly staff are great! The grill and bar inside the hotel are even better! If I am back in the area, I will be staying here!

Maybe the management changed from my November 2013 review because the stay was stellar this time. Customer service as well as the cleanliness of the rooms made my short stay in Oklahoma City very comfortable and my wife and I wanted to take the king bed home with us. In addition, our king room with a sofabed was very spacious and well appointed. This will continue to be my place to stay when I visit Oklahoma City from now on. My wife and I always stay at Hilton-brand hotels so we have a great deal of experience in what we would classify as a quality hotel. This hotel was 100% quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby area was nicely appointed and clean. The bar and restaurant were also very nice and our breakfast was wonderful. Our room was very clean and spacious. Also, this hotel has a sleep number type bed which we took advantage of, soft for me and firm for my wife. Overall, we were very happy a... Read more

The room itself was fine and the staff was very friendly, however there were a couple issues that detracted from my experience. The first thing I noticed was the the bed was super firm. After locating the adjustment knob and turning it to full soft, it was still too hard There is no dvd/Blu ray player in the room, so no redbox unless you bring your own player. The hot tub was a lukewarm temperature. Better than hopping in a cold pool, but not the relaxing experience I expected from a hot tu... Read more

This was a really nice hotel and ideal location for us. Our mattress was too firm. When I asked front desk if they had a mattress pad, the guy said he would look into it. Apparently the dial to adjust the mattress was broke which housekeeping pointed out. I should have said something and requested a room change. If the mattress dial works, great place to stay. Breakfast was really good.

This was my first visit to OKC. I attended the NCAA Women's Softball World Series. I was traveling alone and felt this hotel was very safe. I was very easy to get to from the airport. The hotel was in Midtown OKC so visiting the OKC Memorial was easy to do. Hotel was quiet. Parking was nearby. Staff was great. I plan on staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Midtown next year for the world series.

Only stay here if you like hard mattresses. It has a knob to select comfort level but it does nothing and after taking the bed apart it is designed to do nothing it is just an air mattress with no pump or valve. Hardest bed ever

Very nice hotel. Firm adjusted mattresses were uncomfortable and couldn't tell difference when adjusting. Very clean and friendly staff. Would have rather had a complimentary continental breakfast rather than a 10.95 all you can eat cook to order breakfast of similar foods. Overall a good hotel

Excellent over all with the rooms, service and the appearance of the entire hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. I was a little surprised to find out that the hotel did not have a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was all you would want but it was at a normal cost. Just surprised it did not have the choice of a continental breakfast or the full breakfast.

The onsite restaurant food was good (I like the pizza) and the bartender is friendly. I have been staying here the last 2 years and he has been there each time. The Hilton Garden Inn Midtown is very conveniently located as everything we did was only 10 to 30 minutes away. If you are going downtown for drinks it is only a $12 ride where the cab was more than 2 1/2 time that. The rooms were in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The bar was comfortable and the made to order egg buffet was good. I will now use more Garden Inns as they are vastly superior to what Marriot or Hyatt offer in the same price range.

This is my 'go to' hotel when I'm in OKC for a business overnight. Clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful. The location is good. I recommend it for an overnight or two if you are in the city. The restaurant and bar provide good service and better than average food. There were many enjoying breakfast that I think was $10.95. I'll be staying again. I like that Hilton Honors, the loyalty program, allows me to check-in online and choose a room. I know other hotel chains do the same.

I pride myself in always trying to be polite, but these people made me lose my cool. The restaurant manager refused to serve lunch to myself and a couple of my friends because they felt that 45 minutes was too short of notice to make food for us before we had to leave. We stayed a couple of nights in September. The rooms were nice - always comfortable, clean and quite. Front desk staff was very nice as usual and check in and check out went smoothing. They have a bar/restaurant attached - 809 Sports Bar, which I will review separately as that was a bit of a disappointment which really does not have an effect on the nice stay we had at the hotel.
