I reserved this room months in advance for a good rate for it being located close to Bricktown for Memorial Day weekend. I checked in on the Hilton Honors App about a day in advance to choose my room and before arriving on the day of our arrival we were given a call from HGI to confirm our reservation and make sure we will be arriving since I posted our check in at 5pm and we didn't arrive until 6pm which was a good courtesy call on their end to assure our reservation was confirmed. We loved the location and service we received. The beds and room were very comfortable. The pool was a fun place to relax and the hot tub was a treat after a long day of hanging out in Oklahoma City. We, however, did not like the fact that the grill and lounge, as well as room service was closed while we were visiting.

This hotel was an excellent choice for access to Brick Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff did an excellent job. We did not have a chance to eat at the restaurant since we always made the short walk to Brick Town for meals and drinks. You can walk to all of Brick Town from this hotel.

Hotel is superbly located in Bricktown, close to some great restaurants and the boathouse district (for you rowers out there!). The bar staff did coerce my husband (he was made to feel it would be impolite to say no) into taking a "traditional" shot of hard liquor which made him very ill all night. He's no lightweight, so something was amiss. Otherwise a good stay.

This hotel met all our criteria for a great hotel stay- Clean, quiet, convenient & reasonably priced .Had a great room on 7th floor overlooking the ballpark. Never waited long for an elevator. We self-parked and didn't need our car the whole weekend. Walked to some great restaurants, bars and to the ball game. If I had any complaint it would have been that the pool was overrun with kids but its summer so we'll overlook that.

Wonderful experience with Hilton Garden Inn. From when I made reservation - graciously offered to make sure we received adjoining rooms for our Girls Weekend, to check-in one room was open at 11am and we were able to get right in, our room view was of the Baseball stadium and enjoyed watching Friday night fireworks from our room! Highly recommend the morning breakfast! Hotel and Breakfast staff were very accommodating and friendly. Highly Recommend!

Great hotel with great staff. Only issue I had was that the room was set up for one person even though I reserved the room in advance for four people. I had to continuously go down to the front desk to get items like shampoo, toilet paper, and coffee. It was irritating but other than that, our stay was quite nice :)

Bricktown is also a great location, for local bars and restaurants.

Hotel was good location, rooms were pretty clean. Price was high, especially with daily fee for parking. Don't let the valet convince you to use their services, it is not that far of a walk to parking garage. A very small complimentary breakfast snack would be nice for the price of the hotel.

This hotel is well located in the Bricktown area of Oklahoma City. It backs up to the minor league ballpark, and is very close to numerous restaurants and bars in Bricktown. The hotel is a bit unique, as there are two other Hilton-owned hotels on either side and you can walk from the Hilton Garden Inn directly into the adjacent hotels. In fact, I believe the Hilton Garden Inn actually shares an elevator with one of the other hotels. Our thought was that the "shared" arrangement makes it easier ... Read more

We had the chance to stay here overnight for business. There are a few hotels right in a row so we did make the mistake of pulling into the wrong registration area. Based on the response from the staff, this must happen pretty often. The "wrong" hotel was definitely family oriented with a kids pool area, our hotel was the more business related one with a great bar area. I worked for a little while in the bar because the atmosphere was perfect for feeling "professional".

I used the valet for parking and found it extremely congested upon arrival and two separate departures. I visited this hotel for several days while on a business trip. The hotel is wonderful. I really enjoyed the staff, always helpful and polite. I used both the exercise room and pool, and they were very nice. Really the hotel looks brand new (I'm not sure when it was built). It is in the old Bricktown area of Oklahoma City, and it is within walking distance of so many restaurants and fun.little things to do. I'll write a separate review for the restaurant at the hotel, but it was very nice ... Read more

Love staying at this Hotel! The rooms are always clean, and the staff makes you feel at home! I have stayed here nearly every week for a year for business, and I have not had a bad experience! .-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

Poor resterant service. Meeting room staff not helpful. Room was not setup correct and staff did not offer to help correct. They brought more tables and then left for us to setup. Overall customer service was very poor

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for one night after the Hampton Inn next door couldn't get me into my reserved room. It seems their e-key machine was broken and they couldn't issue key cards for rooms. Anyway, they put me up at the Hilton Garden Inn. My room was on the street side rather than the ballpark side I had selected at the Hampton. The room was clean, but much smaller than what I had reserved. I wasn't pleased with this stay, although I have to admit it wasn't the Hilton Garden I... Read more

Valet service extremely chaotic and disorganized !! Waited 1.5 hours for my car one day because they had to jump start it with another guests vehicle ( they left my hazard lights on all night there was nothing wrong with my vehicle). Front desk staff very nice and welcoming!!

There is no self service parking. Arrival was great, upon departure we had to wait almost an hour for our car after we called. If not for a driver asking for our number it would have been longer. He noticed that we had been standing there for such a long period.

I gave this stay an average rating based on the horrible valet experience. I stayed here for one night and it took over an hour to get my car. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming and the room was good. The hotel is located near restaurants and is easy to find.

I've been here for two weeks straight. The valet parking started off ruff I'll give you that. But it seems for the last several days the manager (Paul) has been working at the valet stand himself almost 24/7. Since that started things have run very smoothly. I for one am quite impressed with the turn around.

We always have a good stay.it is a very welcoming hotel. My daughter goes to Osu. We commute back and forth because we like it and are close to airport. It takes us one hour to Stillwater sometimes my daughter comes back and stays with us.

Everyone was incredibly polite and said hello everywhere we went. Breakfast was full of options and very quick. Valet was quick unlike some reviews I saw so it seems they have that covered. Enjoyed everything.

Super comfy beds and friendly staff. Breakfast is kind of confusing because the complementary items and the ones you have to pay for aren't clearly marked. Parking was a breeze since we stayed on a weekday night.

This was the cheapest hotel in the area. We we're going to watch the Clippers play the Thunder at Chesepeake Energy Arena. When first booking this I was a little worried it would be to far of a walk. It was maybe a 10 minute walk with lots of restaurants. That staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice hotel, very convenient to everything. The staff was great. Room service was great. We wanted to swim and we kept going down that evening and even the next morning to take our granddaughter swimming, but there were so many kids in the pool and no parents anywhere. The kids were running around and screaming. Same thing at 8 the next morning. Not hotel's fault.

good hotel overall... dining wasn't the best for the $, but the staff and room was great! would stay again, just would eat out! Had to pay for parking either valet or $5 down the block. Had a conference there and those accommodations were okay, would hear other people in the room across the hall.

Hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this to someone who was planning a trip in that direction. It was an easy walk from the bar across the street, where Kaitlin Butts played. I would recommended her to anyone who hasn't heard her too! Yay for the fiddle player!

We found it very accessible everyone was so courteous and helpful. Our rooms were great, food was wonderful. We plan on returning soon as a family and we will recommend your hotel to anyone going to Oklahoma City. Are you going to have entertainment at the hotel in the future? We would like to come and enjoy the entertainment. Fabulous, thank you! Can you recommend one of your hotels in Las Vegas?
