Spent two nights, rooms were clean, not sure bedding were fresh, nice bed and mattress, comfy comforter, in-room coffee was horrible, as was breakfast, very limited selection. I will definitely stay again, but if I dont it would be because of the "complimentary" breakfast. I'd rather pay for a good breakfast...helpful, friendly staff.

This is an older hotel, nice, but has seen better days. The building next to it appears to be getting ready for demolition. The desk staff was friendly but not overly so. We asked about area restaurants or things happening in the area and were referred to a smart board in the lobby. Not helpful at all.

Manager Ladonna unable to uphold 100%/Satisfaction guarantee with stride..... She took request personal and said to leave and escalated the matter by calling police as I agreed to go... Breakfast was missing, I was woken to loud banging noises at 7:45 am which continued all morning.

Right off the expressway this hotel is easy to get to. If you are a HiltonHonors member (free) you can check-in on line and when you arrive it takes all of 2 minutes to check in. Great staff. Really enjoyed the public areas. Rooms are very nice and super clean. Quiet even tho it is close to the expressway and city street. Great bedding and huge bathroom. Wired and wireless internet is quite fast. Also a 4 station business center on first floor.

We had the king bed room, and it was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. The free breakfast on Saturday was scrambled eggs, and sausage, plus fruits, waffles, pastries and oatmeal. Sunday had western omlettes, and link sausage, plus the other items already listed. Breakfast is served from 6 - 10.

The room was showing its age but was certainly clean enough with a comfortable bed. It was a little off-putting looking out the window at the tagging on the long vacant building next door. The refrigerator in the room did not work. And the breakfast was one of the worst we've ever had as everything was cold, cold, cold. The only thing that was decent was the waffle from the waffle iron. Even the powdered orange drink tasted kind of funny. This was disappointing as other Hampton Inns we've ... Read more

This hotel is always nice to stay at when my family and I come up to OKC various times during the year. The hotel staff is always kind and friendly and the room is wonderful from a nice bathroom to a comfy bed. This past stay there was work that was happening to the parking lot early Friday morning and a majority of the parking lot was blocked off Thursday evening when we arrived back to the hotel. No one mentioned the work that was going to take place and we had to park illegally, go in and ask... Read more

I stayed here back in April and it was great! The room we had was a little small, but since there were just two of us and were only there for one night, it wasn't too big of a deal. The bed was very nice. The breakfast was good as well. The location of the hotel was very convenient with it being pretty close to Penn Square Mall and the highways. I would stay there again!

I was there for the night preparing for a test I had the following morning. I didn't use the tv so I can't comment. Internet was good. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Good hot breakfast! The price was good as well!

This Hampton Inn stay was a low travel experience for us. I did not prepare for this to be a very aged and tired Hampton. The lobby area was updated and very nice to start with. The rooms are old and tired with what looks to be many attempts to upgrade with cheap and ineffective wall cover... like putting lipstick on a pig. I'd suggest some other hotel in the area if you are looking to stay in this part of OKC.
