We stayed here so that we could walk to Chesapeake Arena and enjoy Brick Town without having to drive and park all over town. Very easy walk to the arena and the minor league baseball stadium is right behind the hotel. Bass Pro Shops also located very close by. The room and included breakfast were great but it was the customer service that was most impressive. There was a problem with the elevator and the management went above and beyond to make it up to all their guests before we even had a... Read more

We stayed here for a concert. The location is convienent, the price is a little up there but then its all down to the location. Its not far to Chesapeake stadium. You can walk along the little river from here, or you might be lucky enough to get a free baseball game out your window like we did. Its a quality hotel. We did have to wait to check in though even though we arrived after the check in time. Staff offered a discount but the same staff where not available in the morning so our discount n... Read more

This is a great hotel overlooking the ballpark in Bricktown. We even watched the fireworks show on Friday night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, very comfortable beds, the pool has splash pad area for little ones and basketball goal for older ones, and breakfast is great! We will continue to book here when we go to bricktown.

This facility is in Okc Bricktown. Our room overlooked the ballpark. That was so cool to sit in our room and watch the OKC Dodgers play. Breakfast, room, beds and amenities were all excellent. The pool was great too. The best part was the service, every employee I had contact with treated me as if I were the only person staying at that hotel. Very happy with our stay.

We have been to OKC 4 times and this is by far our favorite hotel. Love the location, so much to do within walking distance. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. I didn't realize you can get a view of the minor league ballpark from some of the rooms, we will be requesting that next time. The rooms were very clean, the indoor pool was well kept, the breakfast area was clean, the food was delicious and had a really good variety of choices. We will be back!

Everything about this hotel is great, from location to clean and updated rooms. Breakfast is always great, plenty of variety and something for even the pickiest eater. Pool area is like a mini-waterpark that's great even for the youngest with the zero-entry area. Can get crowded, but everyone is always friendly. Staff is very courteous and friendly.

This is my first time at this location, Bricktown area in OKC. The hotel is right next to the stadium, which during game nights, cost for a room looking over the stadium is higher. However, I was not there on a game night but still had a room looking at the stadium (sort of). I was on the 2nd floor where the scoreboard was, so I was looking at the backside of the scoreboard. Rooms were clean, but you can tell there is high volume of use to the place. The hallway carpeting were clean, but you c... Read more

This is a clean, well maintained and operated hotel in Bricktown, located within walking distance of numerous restaurants and places of interest. This was our second stay at this facility and will not be our last. Parking is conveniently located in an attached parking garage for an additional cost.

Great location within 1 block of at least half dozen restaurants and bars, a couple of which serve food till 2 AM. Over a dozen within 4-5 blocks. Service is excellent . 24 hour coffee for those who like or need it at any hour. I loved that! I have stayed at the Skirvin which is a more upscale hotel but the service was not as good as the Hampton and it didn't feel as accessible to so many food options within 1 block. We would definitely stay at the Hampton again. They seem to understand the deta... Read more

Parking was a bit expensive and awkward because you have to check in before you can park your car in the garage. You need to use your room key to get from the garage into the hotel, but the key reader had some trouble reading my card and it often took awhile to get access. The hotel was surrounded by restaurants. Breakfast was better than average for a Hampton

Staff were great beyond nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was well done. Room had a lot of noise from the street, note we were on the 9th floor. Pullout sofa bed was horrible, even for a pullout it was bad. We went and bought an air mattress at Walmart it was so bad. Regular bed was great.

The hotel was nice and staff very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the loud banging from the baseball field at 8 am both mornings of our stay. The location is awesome if your looking to be right by Bricktown or the ball park. It's a nice location to walk right out the doors and eat and explore Bricktown. Central location to everything. The hotel itself was clean and staff very friendly. The pool is small and overcrowded on our stay.

Loved this hotel it was clean, comfortable with the most amazingly helpful and friendly staff. They didn't have any King rooms left which is what we booked so were given a ball park double as an upgrade, I'm not sure this really was an upgrade but I was happy enough with this, my husband wasn't so much. The hotel is in a great location lots of good eating and drinking options on the doorstep. Breakfast was included and was good. Self parking was available for a fee which I think was about 12 dol... We stayed at this hotel on our road trip. Although I found the location a bit confusing at first, we soon became accustomed to getting around. The hotel overlooks the the Brick town ball park, which was great for my baseball loving daughter. The staff at this beautiful hotel went above and beyond to provide directions and make sure that we were comfortable. The rooms and beds were beautiful, as was the rest of the hotel. We arrived one day after their machine that generates card keys for room access broke. It made for an aggravating few days as we had to be escorted to our room initially, then received keys which worked only for one day. Then, they had to reset the system so new keys had to be issued the next day. But, the attitude of every member of the staff made things bearable. They all kept a smile, and they were as accommodating as they possibly could be. The management of this hotel should be very pr... Read more

Our check-in was rough. The front desk staff weren't friendly and seemed bothered by us needing to be checked-in. After we got to our room, it seemed to have a different feel or that something was off. My kids began to jump on the bed and then we noticed a little bug on the top cover...upon further inspection, both beds had bed bugs. Not only that - the comforter on one of the bed had blood on it. I called the front desk who again, seemed very bothered by us needing their help. They sent a house... Read more

The morning breakfast has everything you need and is very well done. The dining area is clean and table can be moved so families can sit together. The 2 bed room suite is great form families and there is plenty of room to move around. I like the fact that they have plenty of towels in each bathroom. I arrived early for my Thursday check-in time and was told my room wasn't ready yet. So, I left my luggage and went on to my business appointment. When I returned that evening, I still couldn't get into my room. It turns out the problem was that the key-card machine wasn't working and the front desk could not issue keys for the room. Pros: Great indoor pool for the kids. You can see it through windows once you pull up to the front of the hotel, so the kids will spot it right away. Be ready with swimsuits! Cons: Small, dated room. This area is a little edgy. The parking garage for the hotel -- which is down the street -- is next to a burlesque club. The breakfast was just mediocre compared to other hotels in this price range.
