This is a good place to stay. Good for people with children. The rooms are virtually sound proof. I guess there is a children's soccer tournament going on because my floor had a handful of rooms w/ ages 10-14 (I think). I never heard any noise. I just saw them in the halls & at breakfast. Oh and breakfast was great! The host, AK (like AK 47) was so polite! Great customer service & preparer. He stayed on top of the guests needs & spoke with everyone. He's definitely represents Fairfield I... Read more

First off, this hotel had GREAT front desk staff. Other than that this was a very average stay. The breakfast was normal powdered eggs and cereal. The hotel didn't have their hotub filled in the pool area. The one major issue I ran into was the paper thin walls. I was able to hear an average volume conversation in the room next door without an issue. Not sure how they fix that issue without closing for renovations.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and efficient. The entire hotel was very clean. Our room was nicely appointed. It is located in an area that is very close to Qual Springs Mall and there are numerous restaurants within the immediate vicinity. My only minor complaint is the access to the hotel. I would stay here again.

Two night stay at this location. Upon an early arrival, the front desk checked with housekeeping to see what rooms were already clean. Able to get in my room 1 1/2 hours early, which was very much appreciated. This location is close to shopping, dining and hospitals. Only reason for not giving a five was the breakfast. Just your typical hotel fare, however I wanted a waffle and when I tried to get the batter, it came out in a clump and than just milky water which made it to thin to even pour ont... Read more

Hotel is located in a nice area with ample options for restaurants. It is across the highway from Quail Springs Mall and a quick less than 10 minute drive from the OKC Zoo and Science Museum. The pool is indoor and great for kids. Rooms were clean and breakfast was sufficient. Staff was very friendly.

Stayed there a couple days. Kiera at the front desk was so helpful she had excellent customer service and the breakfast attendant was super friendly. Its right next to the mall not many stores but great for kids it does have an indoor play area. Hotel even gave me a 10%off coupon for Texas Roadhouse which was right next door!

Friendly front desk lady and good cookies. We stayed here 2 yrs ago and had a great experience but it is not the same hotel today. They removed the hot tub and changed the pool to saltwater.Tub wont hold water,a/c whistles when it shuts off,amd breakfast tastes cheap if there is any left. It was a holiday weekend so you would expect them to be prepared.I went to breakfast at 830am.Out of coffee, knives, napkins, biscuits, gravy, eggs, and waffle batter. One lady trying to keep it all full. They use to ... My Husband and I stayed at this hotel recently, as usual we were happy with the welcome that we received, Sarah on the front desk made us feel very welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed. The room was nice and clean, the usual standard of the Fairfield brand. The hotel is located at the side of a major road but we had no trouble with noise and it was only a short (10 min) walk to the mall and restaurants, the TGI Friday's there was a lot of fun, the staff were very friendly and fun... I travel on business and generally do not complain about overnight stays. However this particular hotel had issues such as, the bed was uncomfortable, there was a roach in my bathtub, there was a hair on the shower wall which was not mine, the room had an unpleasant odor to it, and when trying to fall asleep at 11:30pm there was extremely loud noise of running, clanging, banging, screeching, more running etc. this went well beyond midnight and into the early hours of the next day. Needless to sa... Read more

Girls away trip...Everything was great! The breakfast attendant on Mon & Tues was NOT capable of that job duty...cold or nothing kinda of breakfast. Thanks to the black lady on Wed.-Fri. She made it worthwhile the remaining of our stay. I've stayed in lot's of Fairfield hotels. Overall this one could use a few upgrades especially in rooms. Management & other staff was very helpful. Loved the warm cookies served midday! I would stay here again.
