Stayed here for a week earlier this month. It was my second time staying at this hotel and I was disappointed with the housekeeping. They were stingy with the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and most of all with the towels. I had noticed as the week progressed that I wasn't getting new towels. My last night I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels which they eventually delivered, albeit delayed. Also, make sure you put used towels on the floor. If you leave them on the rim of the tub, ... Read more

The rooms are spacious and hotel lobby and atrium is very nice. The rooms are clean and well lit. It includes free breakfast and evening reception. The staff is average, expected better welcome service since it is a Hilton brand. Hotel is very near airport.

Hotel was nice, rooms are nice, breakfast is an abundance of choices. The snacks and drinks are cool to have in the evening. Pool is big and inside. Staff took care of issues quickly and we're always polite and willing to accommodate. Very large motel so parking isn't always close. Road construction makes it hard to turn north out of parking lot. Lots of restaurants nearby!

I had a flight delay that caused me to spend the night in Oklahoma City. I ended up choosing the Embassy suites from the Hilton Honors app. It was close to the airport and had a shuttle. Shuttle, check in, etc. was all easy and uneventful. The problem with this hotel is that it is outdated, dirty, and beat to hell! Furniture and fixtures in the room were dented, scratched and in disrepair. The sheets were dirty and the remote control was greasy. At no point during my stay did I feel clean. I was... Read more

This hotel had a couple positives, but it was mostly a negative experience. Let me preface this by saying I am a 36 year old women and traveling on business. The room itself was large, but dirty. There was mildew in the bathroom, dirty towels left draped over the curtain rod and an unknown liquid substance running down the door. Yuck. I was so busy I did not have time to check out and find another hotel right away. I normally tip housekeeping and tipped them extra in hopes that they would actu... Read more

My new favorite in okc. We have stayed at several in the same area but Embassy will now be our "go to" when we're in town. Located off of Meridian with plenty of dining options but the free drinks and snacks from 5-7 make it hard to leave. I'm not sure if that's an everyday thing or just because of all the events in town when we were there. Either way really nice. The room we had was a two room suite with TV in each room. Our family stays at many hotels and this was by far our best hotel experience. The staff was friendly, The meeting rooms were at a good temperature and a nice size for our meeting. We also stayed a few days as a family to see the sites, the meals were great, especially the breakfast buffet. Our boys were able to have their own room with Tv and refrigerator and microwave. We booked this specifically for the separate living room, so family could visit. The beds are double, a bit cramped compared to the queens found elsewhere. However, the free cocktail hour and breakfast made this a good choice for us. Our room smelled like a swimming pool but we think it's because our room was right above the pool. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Another very good stay at this Embassy Suites! Staff is very friendly and rooms and hotel are kept clean. Prior reviews saying this is a dated hotel, while a bit accurate don't allow for the fact that this Embassy has been remodeled sufficiently and does not have an outdated feel to it. The old configuration with the elevators being separate is a challenge and if your side of hotel has several riders, you have to wait for the ONLY two elevators on your side. Don't stay on the second floor if you're a non-smoker and have allergies. They do have HEPA filters, so you won't smell the smoke, but if you have serious allergies, those filters won't solve the smoke problem. Also, the second floor rooms are rough. We had a good night's sleep and in the morning had a truly great breakfast to get us on our way. I really like Embassy Suites and one of the things I like the most is the breakfast. I am not a big fan of most hotels breakfasts as they are Okay at best. Embassy Suites gives you a breakfast that meets or exceeds any you can get at a restaurant.

My friends and I were on a road trip and booked this location. It's a straight shot down the road to the local airport. We arrived late night and the hotel staff was fantastic and welcomed me as an Hilton Hhonors member. The only hang up was the road construction outside. But it did not affect my sleep. We left the next day after a great breakfast. I would visit again.

The Embassy Suites at OKC's Will Roger's Airport is a great place to stay. Not much more expensive than the cheap hotel chains and it included a very good breakfast. When you figure in the breakfast for two or more, it is about the same price as the cheaper chains. Plus the rooms was very comfortable and spacious, with a bedroom separate from the seating area.

Nice clean room and restaurant in the lobby was convenient for dinner. Quiet hotel and great breakfast buffet the next morning. There was construction on the road in front of the hotel in July when we were there but hopefully that has finished by now.

Wrote a review of this hotel explaining my recent experience with bedbugs.. Not too surprised that it was deleted... Found two in the middle of the night and put in a sandwich bag. In the I found one more, I went down to the front desk and told the young lady and she wasn't too surprised. She acted liked it an everyday event ... I checked out and told my home office to never boom anyone there wpever again.

I had a suite with a king bed. The rooms are very nice and very clean. They are equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. A breakfast buffet is available with a cook for made to order eggs or omlettes. There are many dining areas in walking distance. The hotel also has a bar.

As with all Embassy Suites you get a nice room with separate living area, and separate bedroom. Our room was large and clean. The reception was good, and always welcome after a long day of driving, with complementary drinks to include, beer, wine, and spirits. There were also snacks and soft drinks available. Their cooked to order breakfast was great with a large selection of cooked to order items as well as hot eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fruit juices, cereal, etc. They also had a lar... Read more

It was quiet... but it was also poorly maintained, with dirty dishes and dirty bed spread in the hallway, and pubic hairs in the bathtub. But worst of all was the smell. Definitely not representative a a typical Embassy.

Great breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever seen. Eggs to order and a big selection of fruit and other items. The only negative was the toenail clippings that we found in the fold-out bed.

This is a nice enough Embassy. As with many of them, dated, but well kept. My room was nice, but had issue on 6th floor with water pressure and it took about 20 minutes to get hot water, perhaps got better later in the week. Circulating pumps need to be updated and or plumbing system checked. I always get good water pressure at other hotels regardless of the floor, so something is off. Bed was fine, room clean, housekeeping does a good job. Elevators super slow, in fact the slowest I have ever r... Read more

Another business trip landed me in Oklahoma City and selecting the Will Rogers Airport Embassy Suites was a great choice. It's less than ten minutes from the airport itself but on busy road that has several restaurant choices for dining out. If you choose to go further afield and make your way into "Brick-town", the downtown area of Oklahoma City, you're not far away either. The suites are spacious, with a door separating the bedroom from the living room , which comes in handy when you wish to... Read more

Called front desk, maintenance came up twice and still was not working (10 pm at night), moved to another room (my boys had to be woken up), the 2nd room had no hot water, there was someone else's body hair inside the tub, all over bathroom floor, and the carpets were not vacuumed. Maintenance then came up (to 2nd room) to fix hot water could not get it above 100 degrees, maid came up and cleaned bathroom (11 pm at night). Felt so gro... Read more

Every time I went by the front desk she always had a smile on her face. The rooms are very clean and updated. From staying in many Embassy Suites in different locations, the hotel rooms are very consistent and look about the same everywhere. I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. The room was spacious and clean. I had a room on the front that faced Meridian Avenue, but traffic noise wasn't an issue. The bed was fine, but I have slept on better mattresses in hotels. The breakfast is above average and offers a variety, including omelets made to order. The only real complaint I have is that the ac blower unit in the room had an annoying rattle.
