Stayed here for game 6 of the Western Conference Finals. The game disappointed but the accommodations were excellent. The room was spotless although the bed was a little too soft for my liking. The breakfast was great. There was plenty of room available so you could eat and be on your way. Smooth check in/out process. I will definitely stay at this location again, very nice.

This suite has 2 Queen. The beds were too high for my husband to transfer without assistance. The bedroom is a little tight. But doable. The roll-in shower is outstanding. See the pictures on the website. There is no shower curtain. It is a unique design. We still had a little water outside the shower. The bathroom was large enough for him to move around. The bath has 2 doors, one to the bedroom and one to the living room area. There was a nice table for 4 and he was able to pull up... Read more

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for several nights back in December when there were power outages across Oklahoma City. The staff was absolutely amazing! Rachel, Tammy and Alee at the desk were all incredible... they worked with us multiple times to extend our stay until our power finally came back on. The rooms are spacious and clean with a modern feel, and laid out well for family or business travel. I can't say enough good about this property or its staff.

We love staying at Embassy Suites (not only for the great happy hour and their fully cooked to order breakfasts). The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and I love the plush pillows. I usually travel with my own pillow but I don't need it when I stay at an Embassy Suites Hotel. This was a new location and it had a convention area right off the lobby! Truth be told - I'd prefer to stay at Embassy Suites than any other hotel chain!!

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Air conditioning system failed in our room, was misdiagnosed, but eventually (same day) repaired. Traveling companions had similar issue in their room. Was not advised prior to the trip that there is a $10.00 parking fee per day to park on their lot. Shuttle service was well run and professional staff. Shop around.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel! Clean, clean, clean! Everything looks, feels and smells new! Took me until the next day to realize that this wasn't your ordinary open to the first floor Embassy Suites. With that being said the room was a-ma-zing! Wish I could have stayed a week! Used the shuttle service, they could use a bigger van as we were left off the first pick-up by some rude guests. The driver was apologetic and it wasn't his fault. This Embassy Suites is an excellent place to stay. It is close to Bricktown, and has very nice meeting rooms. The lunch that was served with our conference was excellent. I also enjoyed the evening reception. A great way to relax after a day of meetings. I also want to express my appreciation to the shuttle driver. He delivered us to the ballpark, then was back to pick us up within 15 minutes of the call. Excellent place to stay.

Can't comment on pricing because I did not pay the full rate. However, if you are looking for a place that truly has it all, you have arrived. The living room is huge with a table that can easily sit 4. The bathroom is huge with a nice walk-in shower and plenty of counter space around the sink. The bedroom is nice sized with a closet and dresser. The staff is super friendly. Parking is easy but is $10/night which seems pretty high given the location. That's my only complaint though. You're only a 2 minute drive from Bricktown. Perfect hotel!

The hotel looks newly built, with modern, clean rooms and lobby. The staff was pleasant. I did not experience any noise. Breakfast is typical for the chain and a bit better than many complimentary ones - arrive early to avoid crowds. Note parking is not free (captive audience, not prime real estate).

We had a wonderful experience. We stayed at the Embassy Suite in Oklahoma City, OK (downtown medical) for our 27th anniversary and we asked for a change in rooms since we wanted a better window view (our view was of the rooftop). The front desk person Sam Buick went with me to look at other rooms, and the other views weren't any better. I thanked her and said our current room would be fine. My husband and I then went out for the evening and when we came back, there was a wonderful plate of choco... Read more

In my 20+ years in the medical sales industry, I have never worked with such a great group of people when coordinating an event as I have with the staff at Embassy Suites Oklahoma City Downtown/Medical Center. Michael Pearne and Tasha Houck provided extraordinary attention to detail and went above and beyond to manage an unpleasant situation on my company's behalf. If you are looking for a place to host your event effortlessly, this is the best in class facility!

Nicest Embassy Suites ever. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Lobby is impressive. Breakfast, included with your stay, is the best "included" breakfast of any of the U.S. hotels I've experienced. Made to order omelets were great and the staff in the lounge and breakfast area were five star quality! It appears to be further out than it actually is. It is literally a five minute drive from the center of town and Brockton.

We had an unexpected stay here last night after our air conditioning at home went out. The location was ideal for us as we live in the midtown area and I work near the Capitol and my husband works downtown. This property is laid out differently from most Embassy Suites yet it still has the same basic idea--two room suites, happy hour (which we were not able to take advantage of due to timing) and breakfast the next morning. My husband and my son and I found the room to be very comfortable. ... Read more

Luxury at an affordable price. The staff is always friendly, even when you are just passing them in the hall. If you have time for breakfast, you will not find a better complimentary breakfast. Although it is listed as Oklahoma City Downtown/Medical Center it is not really downtown but it is close to the Medical Center. There is a free shuttle that will take you to nearby areas on a first come first serve basis and it is about a 10 minute drive to the Bricktown area. The parking lot is large and provides free parking. As it's name implies it is a suite hotel so all the rooms have two rooms with the bedroom separated from the "living room" and "kitchenette". I've stayed in a lot of Embassy Suites, and this was like the rest. That's a good thing. Rooms are clean and comfortable. My room wasn't huge, but it was plenty big for one person and did what I needed it to do. Staff was very friendly. My only gripe (a minor one, admittedly) is that you have to put a parking pass on your dashboard so you don't get towed. I've been to Embassy Suites around the country and this might be the best. Very friendly folks in the restaurant and better than usual snacks at happy hour. Rooms are new and well set up with two doors on the bathroom being a nice plus. Embassy Suites Downtown/Medical Center in Oklahoma City is an excellent venue for many purposes. Ours was a 40-year reunion of a medical training group.
