We stayed three nights. Room was clean, staff was courteous, hotel lobby was inviting, and breakfast was extremely good! You can literally walk across the parking lot to numerous restaurants. Also close to shopping area just across interstate that you can drive to for easy access.

This hotel is in a great location- very easy to access the interstate and cross over to shopping and OU. The rooms are also very quiet. We stayed for graduation and thought the building looked nice, but our room was lacking. We didn't have enough towels any night, the chair was dirty (food crumbs and hair), and the bed was broken and difficult to sleep in. We asked several times each day for sometime to fix the bed or move us a new room, but it never happened. However, the manager was understand... Read more

The Norman Hilton Garden Inn is located north of the town and campus off I-35 on the west side. Not far from many fast food and chain restaurants and shopping. Rooms not bad at all. Typical hotel room slightly upscale. Nice lobby. Close to highway, so go for EVEN numbered rooms. ODD facing highway, slightly noisy with trucks and planes in and out of Max Westheimer Airport.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the entire property, not JUST our room. Poorly appointed room-not enough towels, dirty bathroom, broken window blind, etc. Will not stay here again. And, I used my points!!

Nice Job! Maria and Ruby do a fabulous job during breakfast, they're always helpful, caring, and responsive! They should receive special recognition since they're the reason I stay so often. Please do something very special for them.

The first room we were given had a toilet that had been used and not flushed. We were given another room. The suite had one trash can, no dirty clothes bags, one wash cloth. I slipped on the water puddled on the floor by the front desk. When I told the front desk person her response was that she would get to the puddle later when she had time. My husband had same experience the day before. The morning clerk the first day was wearing headphones and looking at the computer screen, completely... Read more

I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this has been the worst. My stay was Thur-Sunday with a play pin in the room. Dirty wash rag hanging over the shower head when we first arrived. When mentioned to front desk all we got was "I'm sorry". When play pin arrived it had puke on it...I called down front and Colorox wipes were delivered to my room. No other play pin available. So I had to clean it my self. Friday when I came back to the room the house keeping had not visited the room BUT a mysteriou... Read more

Upon entering our room the bathroom was not all that clean with a dirty wash rag under the sink. The tub wall had dried soap scum. We came back to our room only to find the beds were unmade and the bathroom still unclean and I had to go to front desk for more clean towels and wash rags. Third day finally room had made beds but bathroom was supposedly cleaned but the dirty wash rag was still under the sink along with some pieces of toilet paper and trash with soap scum still on the shower walls. ... The staff was awesome during our stay and helped in everyway they could to make us more comfortable, The AC was out in the Lobby from arrival until we departed 5 days later. We used the lobby a lot as this stay was for my daughters wedding. I felt the management was dragging their feet on getting it fixed because it was a holiday weekend

Good Service. The breakfast is not complimentary, but is not outrageously priced. We did not have breakfast, so I can't say if it is any good. Cute little bar in the lobby. I would absolutely stay there again except for the bed. The bed was very soft. Not sure that is the term for it. It was almost like a bag I sunk into while sleeping. But I could not get a good night's rest in the bed. It states that it is adjustable, but neither bed in our room felt any different after adjusting it. ... Read more

The carpet hadn't been vacuumed, the bathroom floor wasn't cleaned. Coffee was not replenished in the room and it wasn't available in the lobby at 6:30. The fruit at the breakfast bar was aged and the oatmeal had so much water, it was like soup

50% of the chairs by the pool were broken (stacked in corner which means they knew they were broken but everyone played like "I will make note of that". Obviously they knew about it or they wouldn't have been stacked in corner. housekeeping only left fitted sheets and pc for foldout bed, no flat sheets or blankets...just silly stuff that most any hotel could manage with a little effort.

Within one week, we stayed at this property twice. The first room, on the 2nd floor, was alright but felt worn. The bed was terrible and when we checked out, the cheerful front desk clerk asked about our stay. She pointed out, after the fact, that the bed is adjustable. The bed we experienced was beyond adjusting, with sunken areas from which you needed to climb out. The second stay, on the first floor near the back door of the property, was not clean. We visited Norman for the Bart Conner gymnastics camp. The hotel is very conveniently located to the gym and many restaurants. Also to shopping places. The hotel staff were all very friendly! They were constantly asking us if we needed anything. If they saw you in the hall they would stop to see how you are & if they could assist you in any way. So above & beyond in service! Rooms were very clean too. Also be sure to visit the Sam Noble history museum.

We were budget shopping but such rough reviews of other name brand properties led me to upgrade to this Hilton and wow what an excellent choice. Professional, clean, attractive, basically flawless. You will know you made the right choice when you are in the pool after sundown and admiring the view of the building - it is like being in a resort. Why did I ever seek cheap hotels anyway?

This particular Hilton was not as welcoming as others. It was a blah kind of feeling at check out as well as check in. I was not told about bar or breakfast. I told the lady I was from out of town and there was nothing welcoming about it. I had an issue with my linen. It was replaced however I was left to remake the bed myself. Rooms are dated and small. Window based air conditioner is unfiltered and spread pollen throughout room - I could barely breath by the end of the night.
