My wife and I stayed because the location was close to the Muskogee Castle. Breakfast was great. The place did seem to have a little bit of a dust smell to it from the construction but this should be finished soon. Parking was a mess due to construction. All in all a quite and comfortable place to sleep and a good breakfast.

I enjoyed the stay at the Hampton. Large breakfast with multiple choices. Cookies in the evening. AND a take out snack for the travel. Room was clean as was all the structure. I could not be more satisfied.

We got into the Hampton Inn in Muskogee OK at about 9pm. Our grandson wanted to swim but we told him he better hurry because the pools in hotels close at 10 pm. Very pleasantly surprised to find the pool open until midnight. Beautiful pool area with a heated pool, whirlpool and sauna. They also have a outside patio area with furniture and a fireplace for cooler evenings. Nice room and beds up to the Hampton standard. The room rate was a little lower than Hamptons we had stayed in before. Free a... Read more

I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me! The website states a "little contraction" needs it!!! The beds were Horrible!! Coffee pot on the bathroom?! Walls peeling, cigarette smoke in the hall, Spanish speaking men scraping and talking right outside our third floor window before 7am. Not worth the was gross!

Not my first stay. I enjoy the customer service and cleanliness of this hotel! Ressie was ready and smooth check-in. Check-out was smooth and complimentary breakfast was varied and a nice touch. Beds are comfy and great lighting in the bathroom. Shower had strong pressure and I love the milled soap.

On our way home from a long week-end, we needed a good night's sleep. This Hampton Inn provided the best rest we'd had anywhere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The housekeeping even took the trouble to fold our towels in a special way to show they cared. How fun! The facilities were clean, the breakfast bar varied and tasty. We would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn in Muskogee.

The mattress was stained on top and bottom with water and blood. It was something you would expect from cheap motel. The general manager Sandy Hass lied about refunding my money spent. Were is the 100% guarantee? She refunded one night and I stayed there 7 nights.

Make sure to ask if the renovation is complete. The only negative was that we learned at check in (we were never told while making reservations) that the hotel is under renovations that start at 6:45am. Not what you want to hear at 1am after 10 hours on the road!

This hotel is under construction at the moment but it's still a nice place to stay. It's conveniently located off of the highway and close to everything in town. I was just here for a wedding so we really just used the room to get ready and then came back to sleep. I got a great nights rest and would absolutely stay here again if I needed to.

Overall nice place. Little clutter due to renovation but it was no problem. I asked for pet free room due to allergies and room was perfect. Breakfast was free and OK for the price. Good coffee. I will stay there again.

This Hampton Inn is under construction but didn't affect the quality of service and level of comfort during our recent stay. The staff as well as the room, amenities, and breakfast exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling through or staying a week.

This hotel is undergoing massive renovation but I never was inconvenienced. He staff were extremely nice and very well trained. Even the late night desk clerk / I usually have to check in late & most of the time the night shift isn't well trained.

Yes, the hotel is undergoing renovations, but they are going out of their way to keep it from impacting guests. Other than some plastic sheeting on the outside of my window, I wouldn't have known there was construction. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. Just what I expect from a Hampton!

Moving my son down to Ok. for a 1-yr residency and chose to stay at this Hampton Inn for 2 nights. Undergoing renovations so a few minor inconveniences but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and service / breakfast was definitely up to the usual Hilton standard. Room was a bit shabby and not very modern but the renovations should help address this.

July 5th we pulled into Hampton Inn in Muskogee Oklahoma on our way to Houston. We picked this hotel based on the information from 800-hampton. I travel quite a bit and use the 800 service quite a bit. I've been a diamond member for quite a few years and typically are well taken care of. We were told the hotel had just gone through an extensive renovation. When I walked in it looked and smelled like new. As I checked in I told the front desk lady I was looking forward to the renovated room.... Read more

This Hampton Inn is like so many others with its good breakfast buffet and comfortable, clean rooms. Be advised that, as of this writing (July 2016) there is ongoing construction to add 30 guest rooms and a conference center. Once that is complete, according to one of the desk clerks, existing rooms and hallways will undergo renovation. So it wouldn't hurt to check with the property before booking your accommodations here. Otherwise, if you like Hampton Inns (as we do), your stay should be prett... Read more

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave this an average rating is the rooms could use some maintenance. Particularly the bathrooms, shower heads and such. The pool was quite murky, I used it only once and ended up with a very bad ear infection that required antibiotics to clear it. Breakfast was typical for a Hampton Inn but still very good. Rooms have a fridge and microwave, which is a nice amenity where most don't offer that any longer.... Read more

We visit Muskogee quite frequently and this was by far the best experience we have had. Excellent service-rooms very nice and clean-by far the cleanest one we have stayed in. One appeared very nice-but food boxes sticking out from under the dresser and some on top. You felt like it was not truly clean-just swiped over.

I spend at least one night per month in this facility and have done so for several years because I have a membership to the rewards program and this locality has decent proximity to two locations I supervise. They do a decent job. No complaints-typical Hampton Inn.

First of all, I would say that the staff at this Hampton is very helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and well cared for. Now that being said, watch out for construction at this hotel. Very warm in the common areas, and you can tell it is needing updating. Good highway access.

Very clean even though they are adding more rooms to the building. While we did not get up in time to take part of the free breakfast, it looked very good. It was very close to at least 25 places to eat. The front desk even had direction cards printed with instructions to different attractions and destinations.

We have stayed here on multiple occasions and each was a good experience. The location provides easy access to Muskogee. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are nice and they serve a decent spread for breakfast. The lady that services the complimentary breakfast did an excellent job of keeping everything filled and running smoothly. We will gladly stay here in the future and highly recommend it!

Friendly staff but not much to do locally. However, food and gas was within a mile of the hotel. The hotel was conveniently located and quiet. The room was clean and after driving all day, it felt like a luxury to crawl under that wonderful comforter! The breakfast selection wasn't as large as other Hamptons I have stayed at but was still adequate. A good place to stop if all you need is rest and refueling.

My room was WAY too dark. I turned on every available light and it was still very dim. I need to work while I'm in the room and I was very frustrated. The furniture is old and beaten up. Dust and lint on furniture. They are building a new addition with several new rooms but that isn't open yet. I certainly hope they plan on remodeling the existing rooms. The work-out room only had 2 machines and neither was a treadmill! The staff was friendly and helpful but the facilities were terrible.

Upon first pulling up all I noticed was all the scaffolding, as renovations were obviously well at hand. If we all want nice, modern places to stay, you can't complain when a hotel wants to make upgrades. And yes, as my title alludes to, I was woken out of a sound sleep by an earthquake (my first ever), which rattled the door to the point that I thought someone was trying to come in the room! Despite the above two paragraphs, I enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice and, like the king bed, ... Read more

We are former diamond Vip's so we know most of the Hilton property's. This one is at or near the bottom. The bathroom was rife with black mold and the tub did not drain. The front desk was friendly but was not allowed to act because of directions of property management. The breakfast buffet was near empty at 9:30 (open till 10). They helped in so many ways and we had the meeting in the dining room-- They helped with letting us check in early and was always at the ready to be there- Some of us used the swimming pool and hot tub - We would recommend staying there if you are in town. Back half has been under renovation for almost a year- still not completed. The part of the building that is available is run down and the rooms really show the wear. I have family in Muskogee and we have a doctor in Tulsa we are just not ready to find a new one in Texas so we come here six to eight times a year. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Now that the new rooms are open they are beautifully done! The staff always goes above and beyond in any request that we might have. When we come with our kids (we have 10 adopted children), they love the pool and the breakfast. Best place to stay for the price.
