My room had obviously not been swept. I asked the next morning that it be swept at the front desk. It was not. The white duvet cover was dirty and needed to be washed. All housekeeping did each day was make the beds, empty the trash and sometimes replace the dirty hand towells and wash clothes. I will NOT be back.

Accommodating and friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and spacious . Not only were we given a free delicious breakfast every morning on Wednesday's they offer a buffet with hot/chili dogs cheese, sausage and crackers vegetables and dip they offer adult beverages and soft drinks. I will definitely stay at Hawthorn Suites when ever I have a chance while out of town.

We booked a block of rooms for our team & requested non-smoking rooms. Some in our group were put into smoking rooms. We were in a non smoking room, but on the only smoking floor. Their housekeeping is not the greatest. The floor in our room had not been vacuumed & the pullout bed's mattress cover had glitter all over it. Housekeeping needs to step it up.

I have to agree that this hotel does not meet any cleanliness standards. We have 2 rooms rented and chose to stay on an extra 2 days to see family after a funeral. We did not expect greatness but we did expect towels and a made bed. Neither room was cleaned. We are very disappointed since we were exhausted and emotionally drained, and then had to deal with a rude clerk and inefficient housekeeping. No towels. Trash not picked up. Beds not made--- one housekeeper left a note that we left personal... Read more

Food at breakfast buffet was marginal, had bananas first day and none after's like the hotel shuts down on the weekends because they don't clean your room or restock anything so we ran out of towels and toilet paper, never had Kleenex, no outdoor pool, coffee was like water, air conditioner sounded like a semi truck half the time, on the up side there seemed to be plenty of parking and there are a couple of decent restaurants near by. This is not the first Hawthorn we have stayed in that smelled bad. It was very musty smelling, had sticky drink rings on the nightstand. Hair ties on the floor, saying to me that it was not vacuumed, Long dark hairs on the sheets.(definitively not mine or my husband's) Another person in our group had their sheets changed right away. Theirs were also dirty. I was not comfortable walking around in bare feet, touching the remote, or using the dishes or coffee pot. We ate breakfast there, but ... Read more

There was hair in the sheets when we checked in. It did not appear the bedding had been changed. The beds are extremely hard, springs in your back, uncomfortable. Bathrooms walls had a shabby paint job. Eat the prepackaged food for breakfast! The front desk staff however are very nice and as accommodating as they can be!

The staff and service at the hotel was excellent, however the room itself was very disappointing. The room was never cool enough past the bed because of a full wall and the room was dirty. We opened the hide a bed for a guest and found the mattress filthy. No paper products in room till we asked for them, our stay was interrupted by maintenance changing out light bulbs they deemed necessary, and shampooing carpets in hallways during busiest time of day.

But starting with second night I started getting horrible headaches and it would go away after being gone for the day only to come back once I returned to my room. Breakfast was very disappointing. My room was not properly cleaned. I found a dirty sock in the sitting area and a full size bottle of lotion in the bath room. I noticed the next morning that there was a used bar of soap and used travel shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Breakfast was below average. The bacon tasted like I was eating a plastic straw.

We were there for a ball tournament. The hotel was nice. Large room. Good breakfast. Charlene at front desk was awesome! Only downside was there was a large reunion going on and the kids were noisy going back & forth to pool as well as loud adults in the hallway. The 2nd night the fire alarm kept beeping due to a storm. But none of that would keep me from returning again.

My family and I stayed here for 4 months several years ago and really liked it. When moving back to Oklahoma and waiting on a house, we were excited to stay long term again. The hotel did not age well at all. The beds were bowed and hard and the pillows were heavy and lumpy as if full of dust mites. The only things that saves this property is the extremely nice staff and oversized rooms. There are several WAY nicer hotels to stay in.

Third trip to this hotel probably be the last. AC's noisy and the food has started to taste like microwave meals ready to eat, yes the old MRE's. Also when I made the reservation I requested that the not charge the card I was using for the guarantee ans would pay with another when I check in for the 3 days. Also again, this hotel must give better rate discounts to kids sports teams than they do for Seniors... Again the hotel was inundated with kids. At one point I had to wait to get a cup of co... I'm having a really great stay. My housekeeper Marquis is one of the coolest people her. Very friendly and nice to talk to. I've stayed in a few of the hotels around this area and this one is by far the best.

The room was comfortable but I needed double beds which they didn't have a room available so our kids had to sleep on the pull out couch, also the first room they had us in the t.v. wasn't properly working so they moved us to the room with the king bed and pull out couch, the pull out seemed very uncomfortable but overall a comfortable nights sleep.

Rooms were being remodeled when we arrived so our room was not done yet and not vacuums on entry. The house keeping staff was less than good. On Sunday on our way out we mentioned to one of the cleaning staff that we needed new towels but when we arrived back to our room, not only was the towels not replaced the room was not cleaned at all. In the week we stayed there our room was cleaned twice. The bright spot at this hotel was the head of maintanence. He went on and above in all areas. W... Read more

We always enjoy our stay. I was concerned about mold being in my room this time. It was the only time I have had this problem. Hope they can fix it.

Traveling solo tonight for a doctor‚??s appointment in OKC tomorrow morning. Hawthorn‚?? Suites by Wyndham we usually consider in the same group as hotels like La Quinta, Hampton Inn, and Holiday Inn. However, after my stay tonight I will group this hotel with low budget hotels and thereby, way overpriced. Location is good for either visiting OKC or Tinker AFB. It‚??s right off I-40, and therefore traffic noise is a little bad; the noisy air-conditioning unit does take a little away from the tr... Read more

Our stay at this location was great! The staff was very friendly. The location was close to restaurants and shopping centers. Very clean! The only reason I didnt give it a five because they were in the middle of remodeling so our room had a bad smell.

The hotel needs updates like new carpet, beds, more pillows and towels. Our room was musty smelling. Had to ask twice for an extra pillow because the first staff member told me none were available. Also had to ask for more towels because we only had one in our room of 4 guest.

The hall way carpet was dirty. the room seemed dirty and just not a very clean feeling. Cleaning lady was at our room at 10:00am. Your check out is 11:00am. I probably would not recommend this Wyndham to anyone. I could have easily driven home but thought with the special rate due to the event at the Reed Center thought it would be a nice get away. We didn't have breakfast but I didn't see anyone having breakfast.

Decided to stay at this hotel for the location, reviews on line, and pricing. Once we got checked in and entered our room, it was disappointing. While the room was roomy and okay, there was a large white stain in the carpet by the bedside, and a stains on the bed skirt at the end of the bed. I did take pictures but decided not to post due to the gross factor! I had to keep dodging the stain in the carpet due to it was as you get in and out of the bed. The next morning we decided to check ou... Read more

Property had a very comfortable feel to it and employees were great in person and when had spoken to them on the phone. We had a great experience with our stay and only noticed a couple of small things that could have been an improvement ... the soap tray didn't seem to have been cleaned as it had soap residue on it and a couple of spots that were a bit dusty and a couple of the glass drinking glasses looked dirty. Other than those minor things, it was a pleasant experience.

Not a luxury hotel. Bathroom door wouldn't shut, scratchy, old sheets on bed that kept coming off during the night. Small shower. Toilet slow. Staff friendly.

My company and employees have stayed here many time extended while working at Tinker AFB. Our stay has always been good and the staff is very accommodating. The last week or two the plumbing drains ie, shower, commode and lavatory have been draining slow. We are returning today for a week.

Appearance is the reason I thought this would be a good enough place to sleep during my trip... However. The room and hall ways look 50 years old. Holes in the walls above my headboard, 6 inches of white stuff on the bed skirt, stained carpet, short bed below my knees.... But there was a nice tv. That's it. Nothing was good but the tv

I was not happy with our recent stay. There were dead bugs in the closet, cockroches in the kitchen and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. We also had trouble with the lights not working. The employees were friendly and professional but due to the room not being clean I am never staying here again!

This hotel has some awesome staff! I would stay on occasional weekends for respite time from caring for my dying father during his illness. They were wonderful to me and I always had a clean room. I live only 3 miles from the hotel, but it was my oasis in the desert time of my life. The pool was clean and the noise was kept to a minimum. You know a hotel with an indoor pool is going to be a happy, loud place!

This place was surprisingly great. Extremely clean, brightly lit everywhere inside and out, and plenty of quiet surroundings in the neighborhood to walk (felt perfectly safe after dark). Very nice spacious lobby, polite and helpful staff, and very open pet policy. The room I stayed in was very clean, not at all stained and grubby like the pet rooms often are in hotels.

The hallways to room were dirty as small pieces of stuff were in the hallways. The room had a hair band on the dresser, carpets hadn't been vacuumed, empty soap box thrown behind the bathroom door, dirty bathtub and many more things like that. I was very disappointed as I'd never stayed in Hawthorn Suites before.
