Comfortable bed, good shower, and decent amenities. Superior tv menu and okay breakfast. No complaints, no raves. The employees were friendly and helpful, the location uninspiring. Nothing to make you avoid it or want to return.

I was driving across country and needed a place to stay for the night. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly services, cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. I would stay here if passing through again.

My sister-in-law and I spent 3 nights in this Hampton and the experience was great. The breakfast bar offered more than the usual fare and the food was also fresh. There was something for everybody on the bar. The room was perfect. It was clean, roomy and the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet and this and the temperature control made for a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This was an excellent place to stay and I will stay there again.

The room and breakfast were both great as I have come to expect at Hampton Inn. I left some clothes in a drawer in my room. I called two days later and they left me know later that day they had my clothes and made arrangements for pick up. Great service and follow up by the staff!

My coworkers and I were in Oklahoma for a few days and stayed at the Hampton Inn in Midwest City. It was amazing, the location right off the freeway was nice, we were close to the base as well well as Bricktown. The rooms were clean and large, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff was absolutely incredible with whatever help I needed. The breakfast spread every morning was tremendous, and was different everyday. Whenever traveling on a budget, that is worth it's weight in gold! In February ... Read more

I chose this place place as it's on a good location and I like Hampton Inn in general. This hotel provided decent survive and I feel comfortable staying there. Breakfast is of good quality and I enjoyed it. Will come back for sure!

Front desk lady was rude both on the phone as well as in person. I was not satisfied with the way that she spoke to me on the phone. Snapping at me and constantly cutting me off when I asked basic questions over the phone. When I spoke to her face to face she basically blamed my disappointment in the way she treated me on me.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this hotel was excellent. We had 10 11yr old boys and the staff was very patient with them. The pool was very helpful in entertaining them. The breakfast was awesome! I would say the best I've ever has at a hotel.

During a summer of travel, this hotel ranks near the top. Great front desk service, very clean with an over-all tone of service. Resolved a problem quickly and efficiently. Breakfast area was very clean and well managed.

I had a good stay at this hotel, but it was not perfect. First, and minor is there seemed to be only one size pillow (seemed to be same size and firm) available on the bed and they seemed to have been used a good bit. I would prefer more varied options from soft to firm. As it was I woke with a stiff neck each day. The main criticism I have is the state of the bathroom. Although clean, it masked a problem with tile grout and caulk coming apart, especially around the bathtub/shower. In addition... Read more

This hotel was very expensive, >$200 for one night. Upon arrival we noticed a lot of people just walking around the parking lot at night. One person approached us and said his tailgate was stolen. It was difficult to sleep and rest when worried about our vehicle. The bathroom was subpar. The towels were placed far away from the shower, so you had to get out while you were wet and go get the towel. The coffee maker was not fully stocked, we were missing regular coffee and no creamer. We've... Read more

The hotel is nicely decorated and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, nice, but the beds were terrible. Very, very hard and so I slept fitfully. The room was quiet, though, which was great. Also had trouble with getting the temperature right, but that may be my own issue! Breakfast was better than expected.

The mattresses need replacing. King size bed felt like you were rolling to the center. Mentioned this to the front desk and they said they were going to remodel soon and replace the mattresses. Noisy A/C unit but forgot to mention it to the front desk. Needless to say, didn't get a good nights sleep. Nice breakfast.

I recommend that people stay at the Sheraton across the parking lot where the rooms are better, the food is great, they treat their guests like royalty and the room cooling system works great. I bailed from this Hampton at 1:30 in the morning after giving it my best Sunday punch. It was an awful experience to stay at this Hampton and I typically stay at Hampton Inn hilton Family Hotels

Nice budget friendly Hilton Brand-Hampton Inn, close to Bricktown for dining and entertainment, fantastic complimentary hot breakfast, comfy beds, clean rooms, nice staff. Traveled with 4 young children, and they also enjoyed the room and breakfast, although they were a bit disappointed we didn't have time to swim in the indoor pool.

My stay was average. I had an issue with my keys never working and my door didn't close unless I let it slam several times, disturbing other guests. Finally got moved to another room after several days of the broken door and returning from work after 13 hours to my door open. Got moved to a room where the tub did not drain well and had a huge rust stain in the middle of the tub. Was not happy about that situation and felt disgusted every time I took a shower, but didn't bother complaining.

The room is outdated, the bed was not of the hampton I am used to. The bathroom tub had rust stains and an old phone jack on the wall. THE AC WAS MOTION SENSORED, the room was hot when I arrived and went off as I slept, miserable

If you need to visit OKC, I will recommend. Free parking and only 10 minutes from downtown. And it's close to a lot of places that you can find off the food network. I am going to travel back very soon.

We've stayed in a Hampton four out of five nights this week and this particular one was the absolute best! The folks at the desk when we first arrived were great and the room was sparkling clean. The housekeeping staff suggested a restaurant and it was superb as well. Just a really great hotel all the way around.

Relaxed o'night here after long day's drive; really comfortable sleeping w/quiet a/c unit; nice to have 24/7 coffee, cookies & apples. Minor disappointment at b'fast when many items not replenished by staff (who seemed too interested in 'cleaning up for departure' than tending b'fast only 9AM ;( Desk staff or Mgr should monitor this more closely. On positive side: bathroom TV like 'high-end' luxury hotels :)

I was very pleased with my stay. The level of quality, from check in to check out was very high (high meaning that it took less then 5mins for each process). The rooms were large and very clean and well stocked (towels, coffee, TV, and desk) The entire hotel was well lighted and highly maintained, providing a secure feeling. The parking lot was clean and well marked

Very poor effort by Hampton, rooms not ready, dirty bathrooms...we called several hours before the normal checkin time to ask about an early checkin, we were told maybe, maybe not, so we waited until an hour after their stated checkin time and the room still wasn't ready...why did they give us the keys?

Our room was spacious and clean but had two negatives. The electrical outlets were insufficient for modern travelers and were well worn so that plugs fell out easily, for most of them. Also, the bathroom had an odd layout with a huge door making use of the toilet inconvenient, plus the tub was oval shaped and smooth causing it to be dangerous for older travelers. We felt it was priced competitively considering the positives.

I come here often for business travel. Convenient to the work locations I need to get to, always clean and very friendly service. For those long business trips, there is a Walmart nearby and many restaurants in the area.

This hotel is close enough to the freeway for convenience' sake, yet far enough away to be a quiet, restful place to spend the night. We found our room very clean and comfortable. The beds were great! And a nice surprise - our room was at the back of the hotel, which abuts a business parking lot. We stayed on a Saturday, so the lot was empty. We had a nice view of trees, and even a fountain! The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable enough, however, the friendliness was lacking with both our check-in and check-out process. That surely makes a difference to us as to whether we are received warmly. We were tired when we arrived but were frustrated when we waited for 10 minutes at the front desk to wait for the guy to come back. We needed to do some laundry and needed his assistance with change, etc. That seemed like a long time to wait when you are just wanting to get your laundry done and having ... Read more

We enjoyed our stay all went well. We could have used a luggage cart. We were told both were in use. Hampton needs more carts. Being so close to the convention was a plus and the best family owned Italian Restaurant was the best. I will stay every year for Painting Palooza OKC. Used the indoor pool. All was very nice.

We weren't on a trip we live in the area. But we just finished up repainting the entire house. So we figured that we'd book a room to let the paint dry and let the paint fumes air out. The rooms were clean. They were a decent size. The staff was nice. Didn't have any issue while there. Thanks for a good nights sleep!

Efficient service, rooms are clean and comfortable. Check in is easy (especially after digital check in). Refrigerator is adequate but there was no temperature control. Microwave and coffee provide. Decent free breakfast. I have stayed there before and will stay there again. A/C heat is a bit loud and there could be better venting in the bathroom to get rid of steam from showers.
