We were very pleased with our accommodations at this hotel. But were disappointed that there was no Gideon bible anywhere. Also, tried to use cash at check in but it was a hassle. They finally allowed us to use cash but they didn't really want to. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay there very much. Very clean and comfortable.

Clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff and convenient location. I was part of a spirited group of 50 ladies who take an annual trip together. Our love of horses and the unique history of the city led us to Bartlesville. The sales director, Angie and food & beverage manager, Angela, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one. Room arrangements and banquet facilities were great & we were treated like family.

A great place to stay. Rooms were great. Hotel was very quiet. Staff was very nice. A group of us gathered in the lobby late at night for some wine and visiting. Staff furnished wine glasses from the bar area.

We were visiting Bartlesville and stayed in this hotel. Very nice hotel and clean. Staff are courteous and friendly. Walking distance to ConocoPhillips tower and museum. Downtown is very quiet even during Monday morning. Has coffee in the atrium. Quiet inside is good. Fresh and tasty.

I typically refuse to stay in hotels and opt for bed and breakfasts instead. I have found most hotels to be unclean, over-priced, and with staff who really don't seem to care. This hotel has really changed my mind, at least for Hilton hotels anyway. The property was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. There were cookies and lemonade on a table in the lobby. There was a bar and restaurant that looked very nice, though we didn't eat there, so I can't speak to the quality of service of thos... Read more

Overall, a good stay. Breakfast was just OK, not as good as most Garden Inns. Rooms were clean, but a little worn. Good location if you are needing to be near the downtown area. Staff were average in service.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Our family stayed one night here, it was very comfortable. The snack shop that is located by the front desk has a wide variety of reasonably priced snacks and bottle drinks, something to please everyone. The complimentary bottled waters were a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling to Bartlesville, OK.

When I just need a nice place to stay--without a pool, spa or workout room--this Hilton Garden Inn always gets my vote. Clean, comfy, quiet, first rate customer service, and complimentary wifi. The food's not bad either!

Stayed for just one weekend night in June. Hotel was spotless, room was clean and cool and the Jr. King Suite was perfect for 2 couples (one on sofa bed), allowing for a little privacy. Adjustable firmness on bed mattress was a nice touch. All staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was good - both cold and hot options. Spouse had hot option - said omelet was great. Location was perfect for access to Price Tower, downtown restaurants, etc. which were all within walking distance. Plen... Read more

Very nice Hilton Garden Inn, right in town and adjacent to Phillips offices. The place is very clean, easy parking close to the entrance and the back door, and friendly staff. We paid $100 on a Friday night, booked via the Hilton website to get the Hhonors points. Only downsides were that the indoor pool is SUPER-chlorinated. I get it, but my kids smelled like chlorine for a day after going in the pool. Both pool and hot-tub are inside, clean and evidently well sanitized :-) Also, no free ... Read more

I have stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn for many months and have got to know most of the staff quite well. The front desk staff, waitpersons, bar staff, housekeeping and pretty much everyone is trying as hard as they can to do a great job. However, I am giving the hotel a low mark for one single reason. There is nobody who knows how to cook. That is apparent by the total lack of customers in the restaurant even though the hotel is nearly always full. Nobody dares to eat there - they all prefer t... Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Bartlesville during a recent business trip. Great experience! Super clean facility inside and out. The room is perfect, convenient workspace set-up with hassle free wi-fi. Comfortable bed, and the cleaning pays attention to the details - coffee, towels, bathroom items etc replaced as needed. Great staff, the breakfast experience and evening appetizers all good. Would definitely stay again.

My partners mother lives in Bartlesville & that is the only reason we went there. The Hilton was the nicest of all the hotels in the area that I could find & we actually had a better rate than our friends who were staying at the Econo Lodge that had inferior beds. Somehow the reservations got screwed up & they thought we were coming the day before we got there. We ended up in a room for hearing disabled people, which was much wider than the typical rooms. Our room was very nice. Big nice towels. You could adjust the firmness of the bed by moving a dial on the side of the mattress. The room was equipped with a microwave and fridge. The water was hot as soon as you turned on the water. The room was quiet~ the doors were heavy which helped to keep out the sound, but were loud if the neighbors let them slam shut. The only down side to the room was that when the bathroom door was open, it blocked the door to the room.

The beds were 'adjustable' using air, suffice it to say that we would have been more comfortable on an air mattress! The heating/air unit in the room was very loud too. I hope it was an isolated incident, because I can't imagine every room has one so loud that it wakes the guests abruptly when it starts to kick on. The hotel was clean and staff friendly enough, but I would not recommend this hotel due to the low sleep quality caused by poorly crafted beds and loud HVAC unit.
