This hotel was not what we expected. Musty Smell, Dated Interior, Maintenance Issues and Standing Water in the shower. The interior was very dated and general maintenance was an issue. Great Staff, just sorry they don't have much to work with. The Manager was a Class Act and addressed our issues personally.

Floors were noisy. Could hear way too much of what is going on in other rooms and halls. Staff in bar was not attentive - After a long day of travel I wound up leaving without eating. Bed was comfortable and front desk staff was very pleasant.

Location was perfect for my business trip. Excellent property. Highly recommend it for business and personal travel. Staff was very accommodating with knowledge of local businesses for an urgent matter I needed to resolve the evening I arrived. Clean room. Restaurant service and food was very good. I will plan to stay here again if I'm back in the area.

The rooms were very comfortable though they look like they could do with a bit of a makeover. These were the quietest rooms I've had in a very long time. The price was reasonable although they should offer a free breakfast as most hotels in this price range do. The pool and jacuzzi were nice but overchloranated, I'll stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend when we attended the fiber event at the fairgrounds. A convenient location for us just up the road from downtown Wooster. There is a convenient mini-mart/gas station next door. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Didn't eat there but food is available. Used the inside pool and hot tub. Nice patio gathering area and gazebo outside with tables and chairs. Complimentary beverages in the lobby with fruit and a snack. We loved the lemon water. Rooms were... Read more

Sent to a dirty room, then had to move to a clean one two floors down, and had to move again the next day. Sofa bed had used linens -- kept my grandkids up past 10 pm to get it resolved. No wake-up call for our early morning departure to catch a flight. Manager seemed cold and indifferent.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. There were no WOW factors and the internet did not work properly. Overall, if I needed to go to this area, i'd stay here again. I'd like it if they had complementary breakfast items, but it wouldn't break my willingness to stay again.

The hotel was clean and acceptable. However, as a Hilton Honors member, I was disappointed in the accommodations based on the price charged. The hotel is certainly fine for just an overnight stay, but I don't recommend it for a multi-night stay.

First time stay at a Hilton. This hotel is very clean and in excellent condition. Coffee, tea, cocoa, water and cookies are complimentary 24/7 and very much appreciated. We ate breakfast everyday and it was excellent, we had a choice of a hot breakfast or cold. My husband loved his sausage and pancakes. The pool looked inviting, but we never had the chance to use it. The room was clean and the staff did a great job. The room was decent but is about due for a renovation. The price was a little high for the quality especially without including a simple breakfast but with limited hotels in the area there isn't a lot of choice. I was really impressed with the staff so I want to just mention again that they did a great job.

The floor in the room had trash from previous tenants and the vents in the rooms were gray covered dust. Gym equipment did not work, complimentary water always empty, trash in public areas over flowing for over 24 hours, and cafe was available but incredibly overpriced for the area. Also towels places in floor to be replaced left on floor and not replaced.

After a bad experience last fall with a different Hilton brand, I was slightly concerned about booking this motel. That said, my concerns were put to rest. The night manager was courteous and helped me with several questions about the area, giving me some additional insight into the town. Room was exceptionally clean and quiet, and property appears to be well-maintained. I would most certainly stay again.

Stayed here 2 nights. Rooms are large with adjustable softness mattresses. Rooms need some renovations but are still nice. We ate breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby for $10.95 per person and it was cooked to order & all you could eat. Good deal and the food was very good. The front desk person who works in the morning is not very friendly but that is my only complaint. We stayed at this hotel for a softball tournament.

The hotel is pretty good. It is very clean, and the rooms are very modern, obviously been updated recently. The only issue with the hotel is the breakfast, I paid $15 for a sub par continental breakfast. I don't mind paying for breakfast, but I expect it to be better than what I get for free at a Hampton Inn. The omlet was edible, but that's all I can say about it. When you pay double for your stay, you expect more not less. Unlike facilities that provide a free breakfast, this motel offers no menu and a cost of $10.95 for an adult's breakfast. Be careful of room rate changes, should you to opt and stay an extra night it can be 40 to 50 percent increase for the extra night, depends on whatever the hotel management and/or system arrogantly deems necessary! You have to exhaustingly negotiate the same room rate as the previous nights of your stay.

I stayed in this hotel because my best friend got married and this hotel was the closest to the venue. One (and probably the only) perk was they offered a shuttle from the venue to the hotel and back in the morning to pick up our vehicle. Apparently the e-check in process does not guarantee you a room. Neither does a call to the hotel telling them you are working extreme hours and to bill me and hold the room.
